The building is beautiful, staff were pleasant, breakfast was tasty. One thing that needs to be changed is the beds! I can only describe them as ‘stone haphazardly wrapped with bubble wrap.’ So unbelievably uncomfortable, and the single pillow was also hard as stone.

The bed sheet are not clean and the towel are quite old

Hotel is getting tired and attention to detail is lacking. Hygiene is poor and bathrooms need intensive cleaning and overhaul. Disappointed at the lack of customer support from the hotel when requested. We will be looking at different chains in future

Breakfast was super tasty and well organised. Staff have been friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms were clean and roomy. Good discount on the parking too.

We stayed in this hotel two nights. The TV was set to read every setting back to you as if you were blind and could not see the channel and volume selections on the TV. We tried but could not disable the feature. The room was cold and took hours to warm up. The rest of the building was fine. Lots of walking scenery.

We stayed in the Victoria & Albert room (457) & it was really lovely & spacious. Unfortunately, there were two dirty hand towels in the bathroom. They were removed & changed immediately when we told the front desk & we were given two free drink vouchers as a gesture of good will. Unfortunately, the bar staff left a lot to be desired. The hotel was conveniently placed right next to M&S arena in Albert Dock area.  About a 15 minute walk into city centre from hotel.  Hotel itself was very clean.  Room was a little bit warm but never really looked at the air conditioning to see if we could’ve made it a bit cooler as that was only really in the morning before we left.  Nice hotel and would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was very good and enthusiastic. They helped recommend many scenic spots and breakfast shops, especially Joh wearing a hat. The view from the window of the room is also very nice.

We stayed at the Pullman hotel for my birthday in a king superior room. Had a great stay. Check-in was nice, and the check-out at 12 was a great fit, as we were travelling by train and our train was not until 2:30 pm. One thing that I want to mention is that I mentioned that I was staying there for my birthday, and we did not get anything in the room to mark the occasion.

An trip to Liverpool should always involve a stay at the Pullman. My husband and I have booked multiple times and it has been the best place to stay. It is where he proposed to me. Having a hotel on the docks gives you access to a very easy stroll around the docks and also a quick 10 minute walk into Liverpool One.

I have stayed at The Pullman before and had no issues, however this time we were not overly impressed. I paid for a king room, but when it came to the evening we soon discovered we had been placed in a room with a zip lock bed which had not been connected, causing there to be an uncomfortable and noticeable gap between the 2 singles. We stayed at the Novotel Liverpool Centre for 3 nights, for our short first time visit to Liverpool over half term. The hotel is well located, so we were able to walk everywhere in town during our whole visit. This is a uniquely beautiful hotel in a historical building. The rooms are lovely with a huge shower and bath. The staff at check-in were super friendly and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. I had l lovely stay with my daughter, we were delighted to be upgraded to a HUGE room, and we had a lovely spa morning together too. It was a bit further out of the city than I expected but just a short uber ride. Breakfast was lovely too! Highly recommend for a spa getaway.

I traveled to Liverpool via the Isle of Man Ferry. It's about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The hotel has been newly renovated, and the rooms are very clean and stylish. There is a wide selection of complimentary wines and food. Due to my schedule, I was only able to stay one night, but I wish I had contacted them in advance.

Overall Value for money. If you stay at a Superior room, must try the steak house after the lobby area. You can get up to 40% discount on your steak meal.

Lovely welcome from the staff and a great size room, bathroom looked amazing, however the shower temperature was either scorchingly hot or freezing cold, no happy medium. Also the bed was uncomfortable - the mattress was so soft you felt like you were sinking in to it.

We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10

The room was small and dark. There was nowhere to put on makeup because the bedroom was so dark and it was difficult leaning over the sink in the bathroom. My breakfast was just ok too; I had the French toast which was cold when it arrived.

Lovely bar/restaurant area and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was ok, but felt a little tired compared to the rest of the hotel. I’d paid extra for a club room to get a view, but the view was mostly of a multi-storey car park which was a bit of a shame! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Simply Outstanding. Every member of staff we met gave us a smile and a friendly greeting. Our room was spotless as always at Malmaison. We had a two coarse dinner consisting of a beautifully cooked sea bass with potatoes and veg and my partner had a very tender rump steak cooked to perfection served with chips and veg….Malmaison breakfast is also magnificent! Excellent location, short walk to city centre.  Used the Liner as watching Everton  match which was an easy 40 minute walk away.

The Liner is in a great location, staff were pleasant enough but had to queue to check in, room was adequate and clean although nothing special, plug socket was away from the wall on arrival however this was fixed promptly. Very close to Albert Dock, with the Beatles statue and Titanic Memorial right by the water. There's an M&S and Tesco nearby. Liverpool city center isn't very big, so it's entirely walkable.

The facilities are a bit old, but the location is great. It's right next to the subway and bus stations, and only a five to ten-minute walk to the shopping mall. There's also a small supermarket about a two-minute walk away. Overall, it's pretty good.

Good - Front desk were polite and helpful and helped us restock on tea and toilet roll Average - Room was OK, cleanish but a closer look the mattresses and other spots were very unclean. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a while either. Bad - The room design had a weird AI pic as wallpaper. No plug in bathtub so shower was only option. The bed was supposed to be king yet it was 2 small mattresses...

..Perfect location-great base for exploring! The hotel is right in the heart of Liverpool city centre-a very short walk to Liverpool ONE, Albert Dock, the Royal Liver Building, museums, pubs, and restaurants.

It was a lovely stay but breakfast time was very hectic the layout was very different to other Hampton Hilton hotels which we’ve stayed in.

Hotel had provided basic needs. Bed comfortable, easy access to City centre. Breakfast was good, with nice variety of hot abd cold buffet options.

This is always my hotel of choice whenever I’m in Liverpool. I stay here regularly, and it never disappoints. The comfort, consistency, and overall experience keep me coming back every time. It truly feels like my home away from home.

I booked the cheapest plan, which was a double room, and since I was traveling alone, I had plenty of space. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and they even tidied up the room midway, so it was always clean. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, so it's a shame I couldn't have it on the second morning due to my flight schedule. I wish there had been slippers...

Hard Days Night Hotel is in the heart of The Beatles area, next to Mathew Street where The Cavern Club is located. Despite its being weekend, we didn't hear any noise at night from our room on the fifth floor. The bedroom was large and pleasant. (Our room had a picture of George - my favourite Beatle - on the wall, which made me very happy!) Things some people find remiss are (1) no fridge in the room...

The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste...

The location was excellent and useful. The room was very overheated and stuffy but overall it was good. The hospitality was great and everyone was very welcoming. Once they didn’t clean up the room, even though they went past us on multiple occasions. If you are looking for a central area then this is perfect. Would rate 7/10, a few hiccups but recommended 😁.

Early check in was made available for us after contacting the hotel. Pillows/mattress in the room were extremely firm which wasn’t great but location and value for money was there from what we had paid.
