Liverpool, Ranelagh Place (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The building is beautiful, staff were pleasant, breakfast was tasty. One thing that needs to be changed is the beds! I can only describe them as ‘stone haphazardly wrapped with bubble wrap.’ So unbelievably uncomfortable, and the single pillow was also hard as stone.
Stunning hotel with spacious rooms , 2 great bars and central.locatiin.. Fantastic rate also. Would not stay anywhere else in Liverpool
It was a great experience. I was staying at the hotel for 3 nights.I was at Merseyside Latin Festival, wich was absolutely brilliant. I would definitely come and visit Liverpool and stay at this beautiful hotel. 🤩🥰😇
Great location , friendly staff with great value
The location is great!right in the middle of the city.I stayed 9 nights and had a great time there.
Just a few minutes' walk from Liverpool train station. It's an older hotel with plenty of rooms, and it was pretty quiet at night. The room itself was quite spacious. It's super convenient for exploring the city center. We stayed one day in Liverpool mainly to catch a home game for the Liverpool team. The bus stop right across from the train station gets you to Anfield Stadium in less than half an...

The bed sheet are not clean and the towel are quite old
Hotel is getting tired and attention to detail is lacking. Hygiene is poor and bathrooms need intensive cleaning and overhaul. Disappointed at the lack of customer support from the hotel when requested. We will be looking at different chains in future
Breakfast was super tasty and well organised. Staff have been friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms were clean and roomy. Good discount on the parking too.
Very good, great location and friendly staff, breakfast was great
We stayed in this hotel two nights. The TV was set to read every setting back to you as if you were blind and could not see the channel and volume selections on the TV. We tried but could not disable the feature. The room was cold and took hours to warm up. The rest of the building was fine. Lots of walking scenery.
We stayed in the Victoria & Albert room (457) & it was really lovely & spacious. Unfortunately, there were two dirty hand towels in the bathroom. They were removed & changed immediately when we told the front desk & we were given two free drink vouchers as a gesture of good will. Unfortunately, the bar staff left a lot to be desired. They were consistently surly & more concerned with smashing glasses...

Basic, clean hotel with friendly / helpful staff in good location. Only slight issue the aircon was not the best but did not affect our stay
We booked two rooms for 3 nights for us and our friends at The Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Hotel. It’s a located close to the shops, night life and Liverpool Docks. The staff were polite. The rooms were clean, however we paid extra for upgraded Superior rooms which come with upgraded amenities. One of the rooms did not have a coffee machine or fridge. Pullman Liverpool, Liverpool1 / 30High rating

Liverpool, Kings Dock (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately...
The hotel was conveniently placed right next to M&S arena in Albert Dock area.  About a 15 minute walk into city centre from hotel.  Hotel itself was very clean.  Room was a little bit warm but never really looked at the air conditioning to see if we could’ve made it a bit cooler as that was only really in the morning before we left.  Nice hotel and would definitely stay again.
The hotel staff was very good and enthusiastic. They helped recommend many scenic spots and breakfast shops, especially Joh wearing a hat. The view from the window of the room is also very nice.
We stayed at the Pullman hotel for my birthday in a king superior room. Had a great stay. Check-in was nice, and the check-out at 12 was a great fit, as we were travelling by train and our train was not until 2:30 pm. One thing that I want to mention is that I mentioned that I was staying there for my birthday, and we did not get anything in the room to mark the occasion.
An trip to Liverpool should always involve a stay at the Pullman. My husband and I have booked multiple times and it has been the best place to stay. It is where he proposed to me. Having a hotel on the docks gives you access to a very easy stroll around the docks and also a quick 10 minute walk into Liverpool One.
I have stayed at The Pullman before and had no issues, however this time we were not overly impressed. I paid for a king room, but when it came to the evening we soon discovered we had been placed in a room with a zip lock bed which had not been connected, causing there to be an uncomfortable and noticeable gap between the 2 singles. There was also dried blood on the sheets. We spoke to reception...

Good location service could be a bit better but as with most hilton its a solid 3-4 star place
Good stay but hotel decor a bit tired
Have been going to this hotel for over 25 years as have family in Liverpool. Hotel staff are as always, lovely and helpful. Great location for middle of Liverpool. Food resonable price and good quality. Drinks quite expensive. Where this hotel falls down is its getting a bit battle weary. Heating poor, had to get an extra heater brought in and cold spoilt the night. Lighting poor and bedside light...
Our view of the room was great.Expected better customer service for Hilton’s.Was charged £15 for early check in which was like 45 mins left until 3pm. It was a lovely stay with a great location in the heart of city centre
We visited for Scouse afternoon tea as a gift. Unsure of what to expect it was a lovely surprise. Daniela and Ethan sorted out our reservation easily, front of house were all excellent service and the thought was lovely. It was different from your traditional afternoon tea, it includes: salt and pepper chicken skewers, scouse on toast, fish cakes, oreo brownies, macaroni, New York cheesecake and topped...
Great check in experience, given a room on floor 2. Our first night it was loud, lots of shouting from the street and buliding works opposite starting at 7am, not the hotels fault. Went down for breakfast and asked if any chance of moving to a quieter room, higher up. I wasn't confident there would be a room available as it was half term but the lady on reception was very helpful and said that she...
Arrived early and expected to drop my bags but surprised to find my room was ready before 1pm! Receptionist was so lovely but didn’t catch her name. The room was perfect! I’m pretty sure I was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. Room 308 (hope to get that room every time I stay) Big comfy bed and little treats in the room was such a nice touch! I felt so welcome, didn’t get a chance to enjoy my welcome...
We stayed at the Novotel Liverpool Centre for 3 nights, for our short first time visit to Liverpool over half term. The hotel is well located, so we were able to walk everywhere in town during our whole visit. Our superior room was very comfortable, the queen size bed was bigger than expected (US size I guess) and the mattress was the right side of firm for me. The double sofa bed was a bit smaller...
A very good hotel and enjoyable stay. Located about a 10/15 minute walk from Lime Street. We were in room 1018 for 1 night and had a superb sleep. Not the plushest hotel but the room had a very comfortable bed, decent black out curtains, temperature was good, noise levels were decent/quite and the breakfast was superb. It's in a great location and the hotel was perfectly clean and the communal areas were grand and breakfast was great. However, we paid a bit more for a room with a good view but there was no mini fridge in the room, nowhere to hang towels, the room itself was incredibly basic for the price. The Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming...
Beautiful hotel. My ex-colleagues and I meet up each year and stay the night here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The price could easily be twice what you pay and would still offer excellent value.
Very old, dated hotel. No AC working. Room was clean. No sanitary kits included (4 star hotels usually have). Location good for airport but not city exploring. Had to pay for parking (not nice). Wifi was good. TV didn't work properly.

This is a uniquely beautiful hotel in a historical building. The rooms are lovely with a huge shower and bath. The staff at check-in were super friendly and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. However, be wary of the bar. The serving staff were inattentive. We asked to see a menu and the waiter walked past us for a second time as though he had never seen us before. Drinks took a long time to arrive...
It's a fabulous hotel and we've stayed many times but this time, in the cold weather, the hotel bar was so cold you had to wear a duvet coat and the bedroom was also very chilly. It wasn't just us , many guests were affected. I just felt the hotel lacked concern. They could have hired an industrial heater to keep the bar warm (the air curtain over the lobby doors seemed to have failed) but there was...
Huge rooms, nice amenities, beautiful hotel…location is a bit out. Need Uber to get around.
I had l lovely stay with my daughter, we were delighted to be upgraded to a HUGE room, and we had a lovely spa morning together too. It was a bit further out of the city than I expected but just a short uber ride. Breakfast was lovely too! Highly recommend for a spa getaway.
Great location and a really stylish, upmarket hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the room being far too hot – air con didn’t really work despite the manager trying to help. Gym is fine but fairly average.
Had a beautiful moment, good services from all the staffs, especially the lady in the spa reception, she’s an amazing lady, wife to be probably 😎😎😎

I’m a rather particular solo traveller with a sensitivity to light, noise, and temperature, so comfort matters enormously to me. No complaints at all about this hotel. Location was good and staff extremely helpful - would definitely recommend.
The staff were fantastic, which In the world of hospitality this is very important. The bed/mattress/pillows all were excellent for me. The complimentary fridge is great too which is restocked every day. The location is not perfect but its still very good. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel.
Lovely friendly welcome . Room had a lovely waterfall shower and towels were large and fluffy. Can’t fault the hotel.
Overall, I was a bit disappointed. I've stayed at Indy Court in York before. While the rooms were small, they were relatively refined. This one feels like an average third-tier fashion brand—not exactly trendy, just a bit colorful. The room cleaning was okay. The mini bar was free, with snacks and drinks, which was quite thoughtful. Breakfast was both à la carte and buffet-style, and both were pretty...
I traveled to Liverpool via the Isle of Man Ferry. It's about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The hotel has been newly renovated, and the rooms are very clean and stylish. There is a wide selection of complimentary wines and food. Due to my schedule, I was only able to stay one night, but I wish I had contacted them in advance.
Overall Value for money. If you stay at a Superior room, must try the steak house after the lobby area. You can get up to 40% discount on your steak meal.

Lovely welcome from the staff and a great size room, bathroom looked amazing, however the shower temperature was either scorchingly hot or freezing cold, no happy medium. Also the bed was uncomfortable - the mattress was so soft you felt like you were sinking in to it.
Hotel is in a great location, room was lovely and the views were great. Prices of drinks were good. Great stay
We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10
The room was small and dark. There was nowhere to put on makeup because the bedroom was so dark and it was difficult leaning over the sink in the bathroom. My breakfast was just ok too; I had the French toast which was cold when it arrived.
Lovely bar/restaurant area and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was ok, but felt a little tired compared to the rest of the hotel. I’d paid extra for a club room to get a view, but the view was mostly of a multi-storey car park which was a bit of a shame! Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Simply Outstanding. Every member of staff we met gave us a smile and a friendly greeting. Our room was spotless as always at Malmaison. We had a two coarse dinner consisting of a beautifully cooked sea bass with potatoes and veg and my partner had a very tender rump steak cooked to perfection served with chips and veg….Malmaison breakfast is also magnificent! Great location and a bonus having free car parking for guests
Had a lovely stay. I couldn't believe how lovely the hotel was, in an ideal location, and the service was second to none. I'll definitely be staying again.
Excellent location, short walk to city centre.  Used the Liner as watching Everton  match which was an easy 40 minute walk away.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Let us check in early. Only downside is it states on trip.com when I booked that kids have free breakfast but at the liner they said it wasn’t.
Great location within the city centre. Ask for a bedroom not facing Lime Street Station - otherwise you will hear all the train announcements.
The Liner is in a great location, staff were pleasant enough but had to queue to check in, room was adequate and clean although nothing special, plug socket was away from the wall on arrival however this was fixed promptly. Breakfast was adequate but would eat out if returning as there are better options locally.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very close to Albert Dock, with the Beatles statue and Titanic Memorial right by the water. There's an M&S and Tesco nearby. Liverpool city center isn't very big, so it's entirely walkable.
liverpool match day changed and we ended up booking another night. great and an even more spacious room. the shampoo and body wash ran out and the staff brought extra to us promptly. great service! near the train station as well. convenient location for liverpool lfc fans.
The facilities are a bit old, but the location is great. It's right next to the subway and bus stations, and only a five to ten-minute walk to the shopping mall. There's also a small supermarket about a two-minute walk away. Overall, it's pretty good.
Good - Front desk were polite and helpful and helped us restock on tea and toilet roll Average - Room was OK, cleanish but a closer look the mattresses and other spots were very unclean. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a while either. Bad - The room design had a weird AI pic as wallpaper. No plug in bathtub so shower was only option. This is always my hotel of choice whenever I’m in Liverpool. I stay here regularly, and it never disappoints. The comfort, consistency, and overall experience keep me coming back every time. It truly feels like my home away from home.
I booked the cheapest plan, which was a double room, and since I was traveling alone, I had plenty of space. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly.
