I really enjoyed my stay at the citi hotel Aberdeen.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. It's near restaurants and shops.

The receptionist I dealt with was amazingly helpful. He explained the car parking situation and how to deal with the lock and code.
I didn't get his name but he was excellent at his job.

The car parking was free. Which for a hotel in the city centre was incredible.

The environment was quite poor, and the hotel was still under renovation. There was no internet either, so I only stayed for one day and then switched hotels.

The room is very large,and its reception service is so good that you can not find the receptionist in any time. If you wanna choose this hotel, you maybe blind.

This place is amazing value for money. Bearing in mind the price, it’s good. Went in with quite low expectations, but it was fine. Spacious room, everything worked, hot shower, nice and quiet.

The location was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly. However, they unfortunately forgot to provide towels for the room, and despite requesting them, they weren't delivered; it was only for one night, so it was manageable.

Its indeed good to stay if you want you are near in the bus station and some amenities in aberdeen, the staff i must say is kind and reasonable all in all the experience is good for some people who wats budget friendly hotel to stay …

Takeaway- Poor value for money
Food was absolutely awful and uncooked chicken throughout
All dishes were slimy and unnecessarily greasy, I feel like someone has just puked in mouth and rubbed oil all over my insides, would throughly avoid this, the whole order is in the bin as unedible.
Now I feel like I need a McDonald's to feel better, what is that.
Put me off Chinese for life.
Can't give 0/5 because Google won't let me.

Quick stop early on a Friday Evening. Service was spot on. My food was Amazing. Would recommend and definetly will be returning.

The starters are overpriced for the portion size.
The food was good. I just felt that for the amount it wasn't value for money.

Food tasted horrible, vegetables from the can. The soup I've ordered was sticky, just disgusting. The salad was rotten already.
I would only recommend this place to my enemy.

Buttons on keypad for payment are not legible.Pointed this out to staff 4 times over past 2 months.
Really poor service today .

Latte was fine but not well made. Daughter asked for a strawberry and cream Costa ice and was given a chocolate one. Went back to counter to get it changed only for the original server to be very rude and say my daughter had ordered it wrongly. Oh also had to ask for my change back. Not a great experience.
