The family room is perfect for 4 of us - and the whole space is futuristic, white and cozy. The service team was very proactive and provided great advice on nearby places to check out. Good location, 10min from the beautiful Ross Fountain.

This hotel offers great value for money, and the room size is quite generous for Edinburgh. It's conveniently located, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to the attractions. As soon as you step out, you're immersed in a medieval atmosphere.

Traveling to Edinburgh with my parents, we chose this chain hotel. The room was quite spacious, though there was no kettle. However, they do offer free hot water 24/7. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, but there isn't much variety, just enough to grab a quick bite.

The hotel is very close to the city center, making it convenient to get around. The environment is also quite good. The room is a bit small but very clean. There's no kettle, so I had to go downstairs to get hot water every time, which wasn't very convenient. Breakfast was decent, just the usual British breakfast items.

Two negative points:- no kettle for boiling water for tea or coffee; water pools all over the floor outside the bathroom if you use the rainfall shower head.

Had another great stay at Yotel. Check-in easy with friendly helpful staff. Free tea and coffee available in the bar all day which is a lovely bright airy space. We love the minimalism of the bedroom - wall to wall white but spotless with super comfy beds and brilliant shower. Also great location for restaurants and shops and Waverly a reasonable 20 minute walk away.

A wonderful, stylish place. Wonderful, friendly waitresses and bar staff. I just stopped in on the Street on a friend's recommendation. He rated the food highly. Even though I just had coffee, I'm looking forward to eating here again on my next visit.

Came here and had a wonderful time a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with a few people being a bit too drunk, and the staff was on hand in a heartbeat, ensuring we were okay while actively trying to move our table and then, ultimately, getting rid of the drunk girls. One of the managers, Sam, went above and beyond for us, and has since been there to accommodate our every need. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it!

Excellent customer service and delicious food. We went with friends for lunch and were very impressed with how the general manager responded to our feedback. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere and music were great. I recommend and will be back.

Hannah (the server) and Chris (the bartender) were absolute legends tonight. Hannah was the perfect server, giving us time to stop and think about what we wanted before starting a conversation and realizing we had food reservations elsewhere. Chris was superb; knowledgeable about his drinks and provided two perfect Highland Park Old Fashioneds. It was a pleasure to be back, and the customer service from Tiger Lily did not disappoint.

There for a leaving do and it was great. Good crowd, lovely atmosphere and great area set aside for us. Liked it so much I've booked our team Christmas do there this year!

Ordered a "Bye Felicia" and got it for half price during their promotion offers
The drinks were fine, but lacked of taste as the ice cubes took up half of the drinks...
The staff was on the other hand seriously poor, as we spend 20 minutes paying the bill...
The only positive thing to mention was that they didn't check our age:-)

Lovely atmosphere. Great food for £5. Mineral water a bit pricey but hey great meal.

Prices are far too high. Two double vodkas cost £20.40! There also weren't any seats for the two of us or space to stand inside so we decided to sit outside. Other than that, good atmosphere and music.

Came here for my 20th birthday and can honestly say I have never been more humiliated or embarrassed in my whole life. This was the first place that myself and my friends went too and the bartender refused to serve us because my friend didn't look like her ID. Now I could understand that, being a bartender myself I know the risk serving someone potentially underage. However, what ruined the night was the scene he was making and being incredibly rude. We had done nothing wrong to deserve that kind of disrespect which made us walk out with our faces bright red, scratching our heads questioning what it was that we had done to deserve that kind of treatment. It's safe to say that we will not be returning.
