Neglected rooms the sink was dirty but the receptionist was very sweet.
Floor wasnt very vlean either to be honest. My shower leaked all night and the tub was dirty. I probably wouldn't stsy there again.

Walls really thin, the hallways didn’t get cleaned the entire stay, they hold they deposit too long, most of the staff is rude and lazy very unhelpful.

Loud Obnoxious people in the room above, Loud bass and loud music from what sounded like a party going until 1 am vibrating the walls

This was a budget room in a budget hotel. It lived up to the title. Not good, not bad. Adequate for our needs at the time. Staff was great!

The bed was horrible you can feel the springs every one of them, they don’t provide shampoo lotion and the shower didn’t have no pressure

Front desk manager is very rude with obviously no customer service skills ( only one front desk employee said hello in the days I was there). Heater didn’t work properly in my room. Loud noise and not blowing warm air. Only once did a housekeeper come by to clean, ( I was there Saturday-Wednesday.) The hotel is ran similarly to a jail and the front desk manager is the warden. I left Wednesday and went to another hotel as I had more days to spend in Anchorage. I will never go to that hotel ever again.

Very clean and very quiet and also staff was very nice and kept it simple. Ejnoyed that stay very much thank you.

Room was clean and smelled fresh. Furnishings were tidy and amenities well stocked. The soap bars were too small to be practical, so I would like to suggest supplying larger bars of soap. The front desk clerk was very cordial and greeted me with a smile and gave her undivided attention in our transactions.
