The room was fine. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Felt safe & relaxed. I was alone so feeling safe was #1 for me. I was very disappointed with whoever was next door or across the hall. This has nothing to do with the hotel at all. Crying baby that kept me from falling asleep right away then next door sounded like something was being thrown against the wall & just a lot of them just slamming the door. Honestly the hotel was fine just some people are inconsiderate to others. Just rude! I know I should've call front desk but I was alone & didn't want any problems

The receptionist Alfredo was superb and helpful. The suite was roomy, facilities excellent. We are happy with our stay and will not hesitate to recommend the property

The room was clean. Could use some updating. Michael at the front desk could use a course in customer service. It wouldn't hurt him to smile at the guest when they come and go.

This hotel is a great choice for travellers looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay when exploring Phoenix and nearby areas. My room was spacious and very clean with a large bed, good shower, and big TV. Air con was powerful and the sheets and mattress were comfortable. Amenities were okay but I would have appreciated if the bottled water was free and not just for Hilton Honors members. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, and breakfast available for an additional cost. The hotel is situated about 30 mins from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, 25 minutes from downtown, and 30 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Overall I had a pleasant two night stay at this hotel.

Close to the Deer Valley where I want to go. The hotel is clean, the room is big, and there is a swimming pool. The price may be a bit expensive because I booked it too late. I like this town and hope to have the opportunity to come often in the future! !

We enjoyed this location so much, we already booked a return trip. Staff was super nice. Close to dining areas as well.

Breakfast was amazing at this location. The wait staff who you order breakfast from were always happy to see you and definitely made my morning better with their perky attitude and great service. Rooms were clean and location is perfect with quick access to the interstate. Would stay here again
