If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I had the most disgusting experience. We booked a room with 2 queen beds only for one night and when we were ready to go to bed we discovered the most disgusting bed spread ever. One bed was covered in dry blood and the other had stains that appeared to be other bodily fluids. I was not offered another room and they didn't have any extra bed spreads/ blankets to give me only sheets. The next day the manager Kandice only wanted to give me a 20% discount and spoke to me like she didn't really want to deal with me. I was offered to speak to the owner who was arriving so he then gave me a 50% discount but didn't seem to care about the situation either. Unless you want to catch diseases STAY AWAY!

Hotel charged my card twice; had I not caught this they would have kept my money. Owner argued with me and accused me of being racist when I asked for him to do something to make this situation right. No refund of fees no offer to do anything other than tell me he was sorry. Watch your money if you choose to stay at this hotel- they will steal from you and then say "sorry it was a mistake".

Poor communication. Filthy room.
Not a pleasant experience, we arrived at the hotel at 2 am and I was told my reservation was canceled and that they would not honor my "employee rate". I did not want to search for another hotel at 2 am so I reluctantly paid the higher rate. When we got to the room I was mortified at the condition of the room. I took several pictures and called the manager at 8 am.
I spoke with the manager, Kadence about the room condition and I asked why was my reservation canceled. I also asked why the hotel would not honor the employee rate that was advertised on the website, she did not have an answer so she said she will talk to the owner, well (1 week later) I never got a call or email back. I left 2 emails and called 3 times...
I'll give them the benefit of doubt... maybe it's not normal to have a room overlooked as bad as the room they assigned us in but the room was in really bad condition.
Dirty carpet, food on the floor, room was not vacuumed, headboard was not wiped down (lots of dust), stained walls, stained bedding, bathroom sink stopper lever missing, AC was noisy and room had a funky odor.
I would have thought the hotel would try to keep their guests happy and satisfied but not all hotels are the same unfortunately.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Aka the Victory. Crawling with street urchins, prostitutes, junkies, and pimps. This is no place for the faint of heart. Definitely not recommended for your average, everyday "squarebear". If you're part of the aforementioned groups then this is a place that has a high probability of having whatever it is that you're looking for.
