At check in they required both my ID and my wife’s. The photographed the front and back of our IDs.
When we go to our room we found housekeeping left three huge bags of garage piled in front of our door that we had to live to get inside. The garbage was still there two hour later.
The water was shut off when we arrived, which they did not mention at check-in. We had no water and could not get ready for our night out.
I called Extended Stay’s corporate customer service and it was a call center in India. They did nothing for us and had no record of my first calls when I called back.
I could have stayed at the Hilton for the same price, big mistake.

Old Rooms, not really kept up, kitchen cabinets were sticky, people were living in the parking lot.
Its pretty Ghetto.
My son was playing in the pool at 11am and someone came out of their room and told him to keep it down.
Breakfast was only a few limited options.

Poor condition. Didn't have towels or tissues on certain days when asked. Laundry room is disfunctional and the staff can't help because it's managed by a different company.

Avoid this Extended Stay unless you want to spend a night at the Old Bates motel from the movie Psycho.. gives you a feeling of a rusty 70s road side motel.. the only positive thing about our stay was that the location is really close to Fashion Square.. Lady at the front desk while checking in was really friendly though.

The property was clean and we had an end unit downstairs so it was quiet and convenient for the trip. We stayed in a room with queen beds that were plenty comfortable. The only set back was the hotel ran out of supplies. So we had no essentials for cooking or tableware. Fortunately, I carry paper plates and plastic ware, salt, pepper, teas. I had to ask for coffee pot and hairdryer. The gentleman was able to bring me pot, with coffee and cups. Yea! Only way to start the day as we were at the end and across the way, so no way was I going to get up early to get my free cup in lobby. The shower was decent and we had soap and shampoo provided. The refrig/freezer is great as Ice containers were provided as well. Overall, we made due.
So if you don't mind a few inconveniences, there is a goodwill down the road a bit to pic up cheap supplies if you are staying longer than 2 days.

It was a no frills stay, yet clean and quiet. I appreciated the minimal breakfast they serve ie: muffins, Nutri-grain bars and coffee. Staff was excellent.

This place was horribe some staff unprofessional . Rooms dirty bed broke moved up to a different room because we requested a pull out the pull out did not even have a mattress on it. Dishwasher old food stunk up entire room no extra blankets holes in wall and furniture . Yelling through hallways just nasty .

This property is quite lovely. It was very clean with plenty of space and decent amenities. Every interaction I had with the staff in the front office was very positive. The only thing I found a bit strange was the specific request required from the room to the front office for the kitchen items (ie pots/pans/cooking utensils/coffee maker/etc) that are typically already offered in the room upon arrival. This seems unique to this particular ESA property though.
Some additional amenities that would be nice include a pool, gym, and complete breakfast (hot food items like pancakes/eggs/bacon along with fruit and cereal). Some nice added options for the TV would be Netflix/Hulu/YouTube. Otherwise, everything was great.

This hotel had terrible reviews, so my experience was better than expected. The hotel is somewhat old but general maintenance was OK, the room appeared clean, the staff was friendly, I was provided with everything I needed, and the location was perfect for me. The walls appeared to be well insulated for sound between rooms and from above and it was handy to have the kitchenette. The bed was softer than I prefer and I did - once in my four days - find 2 tiny baby cockroaches in the bathroom sink when I surprised them by turning on the light. My only complaint was that the housekeeper woke me from a deep sleep on my last day to ask if I was going to check out later that day. For the great low price, this hotel is worth it.

It's been a while since I've been to one. However, I liked the new additions to the menu. The service was excellent for it being the holiday. While dining, I also was able to observe how the take out service was carried out. Everyone was polite, kind, and generous. Overall great experience.

Great food, excellent service. When you don't have the time or desire to cook at home this is the best Italian option. Wish there were more diet drink options however. I love how this location has an adult mature seating section away from the families with children section.

Absolutely fantastic! I've been to quite a few Olive Garden restaurants and have never had such good quality food as at this location! The service was great, the food was flawless and the ambiance was lovely. The chicken and shrimp are to die for and the salad is amazing, as always. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed :)

In a relaxed atmosphere and attentive server, charming and patient he was. Intuitive as well.
The food was prompt and plentiful. Even the second helping as you would in a real Italian home. The place was done nice and very quiet for the most. Definitely a family and friend establishment for dinning.

We saw this restaurant on a cooking channel and thought it would be a good place to check out while we were in Scottsdale. We were talking about going to Rehab. Everyone recommended it. This is the best place! The food was very good. We were told to order the larger size burger and share. Smart move and we ordered an extra side. We left with leftovers. Lastly, we sat at the bar, our server, Kay, was awesome. She made suggestions from the menu, good choices. I accidentally left my eye glasses, but Kay, ran after me to return them to me. Great experience and will come back again!

Food was very good. This was a recommendation that I can gladly share with others. Servers were quick and courteous. Happy hour prices were just right. Please enjoy.

It’s a small place with a fun beach vibe to it. The food is always good! They have a fun menu. I’ve gotten the Mac and cheese burger and the pbnj burger. Both pretty good! The best thing on their menu is the sweet potato tots with the dipping sauce. I could eat those everyday...yum!!

Interesting place, friendly enough staff, good burgers. I've had much better sweet potato 'tots', and the pulled pork on my burger was unfortunately rather cool. I found the dipping sauce for the tots rather bland. Still, I would say overall it was a pleasant enough experience with a relaxed atmosphere.

Food is just awesome and well worth the price. I thought the environment was cute. Waiter we had was kind of a dbag. We also sat outside for over 1 hr to get a seat which I can understand but there isn't anywhere to sit or hang out while you wait. You could walk to the bar next door but they don't have a buzzer or anything so snooze you lose.

This is now the 3rd try I have given this place and this time was by far the worst!! Not only were my friends and I consistently ignored, drinks were forgotten, we were served sliders with no top bun...when we mentioned it was missing the server said "oh yeah it fell on the floor" we then asked if we could get a new top to the bun...server replied "oh yeah"....like really you saw it fall yet you delivered it, didn't say anything about it being missing, then we had to ask him to go get another one. Then after the food was delivered we were completely ignored I'm talking a good 30 min before we were acknowledged again we asked for more drinks that were forgotten....finally it took a few people in my party to get our servers attention just to get our check...the icing on the cake to this evening is I asked to speak to a manager and no one stopped by our table. As someone who has worked several years myself in the food service industry I can truly say I am appalled how this establishment treats it's customers, and the quality of the food was just okay!! All I know RNR when a guest has to ask 3 times for silverware that's a problem..I won't be coming back nor will I recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate for I work very close and get asked for restaurant recommendations all the time!

Great atmosphere, weekend bottomless mimosas, food is delicious. Animal fries are ? and the XL cinnamon roll could feed a family of 4. Great place for a group brunch!

Was in town for business, Very cool place! Great to watch sports as they have many tv's. Didn't make it up stairs but heard that was cool as well. Food was good too! Service.. on top of everything. Even saw, GM Derek (?) Checking on tables and myself, always good to see from a GM. Awesome time, well definitely be back.

I can never get enough of RnRs Beer! They have the best beer selection in Scottsdale. If you are looking to have a quick bite for lunch, or meet for Happy hour. This is the place! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Chose this place for dinner to reunite with a high school friend I hadn't seen in over 20 years only to have the waitress run after us screaming "Wait...You didn't pay your bill!!!" What in the Sam hell is this. I've never walked out on a bill. After they communicated with each other the waitresses realized their mistake, then continued to tell my friend and I " Just Calm Down.." Let's just say, that fueled my fire the more. I'll never return, and it's sad because the food was really good.
