Sonesta Simply Suites Phoenix Scottsdale in Scottsdale

Great location walking distance to almost everything, and the room had everything I needed

Spacious and clean rooms. Room only had 3 pillows and staff was una le to provide another one.

Hallway and inside rugs smelt musty. No security on ground. People outside in parking lot were getting high on ****. They were in a group of construction workers. Felt uncomfortable.

I arrived later than anticipated and was so happy to be greeted by Tammy-Kay! She is such a delightful woman, kind, & exceptionally helpful.
She explained everything to me as I was unsure of where my room was and ensured I had a convenient ground floor room to make it easier for me with my healing broken foot.
There was someone with heavy feet in the room above me but I was honestly so tired at night I fell right to sleep.
The room was the perfect layout with a mini kitchen space, stove, & full sized fridge.
The bathroom was also handicap equipped. Water pressure was good & room temperature was perfect.
There is also a small closet with iron, ironing board, & a hair dryer. There was a desk with a chair next to the bed and a chair with a coffee table on the other side of the room to relax in.
It’s perfect for short stays & was an exceptionally convenient location for me.
I would most definitely recommend this lodging option again for the future.
