People are very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast pretty good, a big variety to choose from. I'm enjoying it.

I stayed here alone for 1 night, and I was very impressed with my room and the service. I checked in and Lisbeth was very helpful and polite. The standard queen suite I had was clean and spacious for me, but I was thinking that two people might feel a little cramped, but would probably be fine. The kitchen was equipped with more than I thought, with plenty of glassware, plates, and even tupperware. I was expecting a stove top, but was a little surprised to even have a small oven. The TV was nice and rotated slightly, but wouldn't rotate so that I could watch it in bed due to it's placement next to a wall. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, and everything was enjoyable in regards to the room.
Excellent surrounding area. You are across the street from a grocery store, a brewery across the freeway, and other restaurants.
The only shock to my experience was the breakfast. I caught it on a sunday, and it was very basic. Everything looked kind of microwaved and not impressive.
Overall, I would stay there again without a second thought. It was a great experience from check-in to check-out!

I don't know why there was bad ratings on this hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and my room was not only clean but comfortable. The Only thing I was disappointed with was there was not hot tub. Lol the pool area is small nothing special but still nice environment

Quiet and casual but the hot breakfast was lacking compared to some of their local competition. Other than that, the couple of days spent here were comfortable. Located in a convenient location close to everything but not stuck right in the middle of it all it is quiet but easy to stay entertained. It would be especially convenient for someone who needed to be close to the Scottsdale Honor Health campus. I would surely stay here again in the future.

I stayed here for 7 weeks . I'm giving this hotel a five-star review. It may not be the Taj Mahal, but they have a very fair price for long-term rental with a full kitchen and all necessities you need (paper goods, soaps etc.) The front desk was Always friendly- I never had an issue and I was up there once a day for something. I noticed the negative reviews here are so old some as old as 12 years ago! I can tell you this hotel was constantly doing things like washing the hall carpeting, washing the sidewalk around garbage cans, cleaning the pool and tons of maintenance was done daily. After spending the summer in hotels throughout the western part of the country I found this hotel to be one of the quietest. The towels were thick, white, soft. That's the first thing I look at in a hotel and it's the first thing most hotels usually let go. So all in all, it was a great price, everybody was friendly, and I thought it was as clean as you can possibly keep a large long-term Stay Hotel. I did not find it dirty at all. As far as smoking goes...puleeze, there's not a hotel out there without some kind of smoking outside. Blame the population that smokes, not the hotel. I never smelled smoke inside unless it was on a person's body. There is also a strip mall with grocery store and a trolley system that goes all over Scottsdale within a block of this hotel . Huge bonus if you don't have a car . This was a pretty decent stay for me. So five stars it is!

Honestly rooms are clean, comfy beds and clean linens. Maids are friendly and say hello and smile, makes you feel welcome. Nice having a kitchen and even a over, plus 4 burners. Laundry is on site and included in rent. The doors lock to the building so it gives a little more security. I think it's Preet good for the price compared to a lot of others honestly. I forgot there's a pool and bbq with shade tables too
