The rooms were clean, the staff responded well to my needs. I won’t stay at any other hotel, I’ve been a customer for 20 years.

The staff, room, food, simply everything was fantastic! We needed to be close to St. Joseph Hospital, and it was literally 3 blocks away. The staff were super helpful and gave additional savings since we were there as visitors to the hospital. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Room was spotless, amenities great. We were awoken before 8am to an alarm that seemed to come out of the fire alarm. Did not appreciate this. Otherwise stay was wonderful

Overall our experience with the actual staff and hotel was normal. You can see in our room where some stuff was a little overused or out dated but nothing crazy. My biggest complaint was that I unknowingly booked at the same that the AZ national livestock show was in town. The hotel was packed full of families and the ones on our floor were extremely loud. We were woken up at almost midnight to teens ding dong ditching and yelling and cussing in the small common area in front of the elevators. The shape of this building makes the sound carry so it was even louder. These kids were out there for hours alone with no supervision. After hearing this for hours I finally decided to call the front desk. Staff went up and fixed the issue right away. When we got up early the next morning there was trash left on the tables and seats and looked like the teens had crushed up their snacks and threw them all over the floor right outside of the elevator. Our trip would have been great had it not been for that group of teens.

Great experience! Isaiah helped check us in and it was a smooth process. Grateful for breakfast being included. Only downside was the addition charge for parking. Otherwise, solid 10/10!

Clean rooms. Welcoming staff but in the past stays with the Hilton family, we would have been offered water bottles and not have to purchase. Overall great experience.

The pulled pork with the signature BBQ sauce is truly amazing. I brought daughter's to get a taste. The Mac and cheese & fries are also great with BBQ sauce to.

These guys are like my celebration of life. I've beat cancer twice this year, and every step of the way, have dined here the night before surgery, eating the best friend catfish I've had in AZ. This time they had to save some for me and when I called and asked, the guy knew who I was and made sure I had my fish available. That's what sets them even higher above the rest, the real people compassion and knowing their patrons. Thanks guys, we made it through the double mastectomy!

When I get a craving I go to this Phoenix original. I dearly miss the Tempe location but some things are worth travelling for. I would suggest going to the Original location though. It is easier to get at. 5012 E Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85008

Food is good not great. I like the ribs to be good without sauce. Theirs are drenched in sauce. Their booths are extremely uncomfortable.

My wife and I ate here mostly because everything around it was closed. We both got the beef sandwich. The beef is dry, the mac and cheese is extremely thin. The sauce tastes like a few I've bought from Wal-Mart.
Worst of all, the sweet tea they have is China Mist, which means its traditional Chinese tea, sweetened.
Avoid this place. I wish I could get my money back.
