Hilton Phoenix Airport in Phoenix

Awful. Even though my entire stay was paid in advance, when I checked in they charged me an additional $75 PER NIGHT without letting me know. My work card rejected the unauthorized charge and I almost lost access to my room. They also charge a very high price for parking even though it is in the middle of nowhere with acres of parking that is not secured in any way. In addition, the hallways, elevators and common areas were all VERY hot all the time, like upper 80s or higher. It's obvious they are trying to save money by ignoring the heat in as many hotel areas as possible. Finally, my daughter accidentally left her laptop in the room during check-out. Even though we contacted the front desk immediately to retrieve it, they forced us to file a claim thru their special, corrupt, "lost & found" department, who didn't even acknowledge our request or begin "looking for" the item for several days. Of course by that time, it had conveniently disappeared into the hands of corrupt housekeepers or front desk clerks. Also it was not very clean for the price, and every single employee expects a tip for every thing they do. Just awful all around, you can do better.
