The location was great because it was so new. Everything was clean: parking lot, entrance, side stair entrances, hallways and room!
Everything was perfect. Just that the elevator didnt work so had to talk the stairs to the 4th floor
This was a really great place to stay for what we needed. Our room had a full kitchen which was pretty neat! You just need to bring your own cooking supplies for it. You get what you pay for, if you want something nicer then go to a 4/5 star hotel. This place was pretty good in our opinion and were happy with our choice.
My husband and I have stayed in many hotels in different cities and even states, but never experienced a front desk call asking if the room was up to our standard about half and hour after checking in. We booked at another hotel but for the wrong date so Expedia offered this place and we were surprisingly satisfied that the other didn't work out. The location is close to all the things we do when we're in Tucson and the lady at the front desk was excellent. A sound box would be a nice idea for those who don't know how to use YouTube. I never leave without my rain noise. We've decided that this will be our main stay when we're in the area. Grateful for the experience.
Probably the best room I've stayed in when it comes to hotels. I mean spectacular. It almost seems like the white glove test happend just before we got our room. It was super clean and very well constructed. No patchy walls or shoddy floors and hallway carpets. 10 Stars!!!
2.2/10. The walls are paper thin, you can literally here conversations and TV from rooms down the hall. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to change my room around 1a.m, but even then the new room had weird stains on the pillows, and I found two crickets in the room; I wonder what other bugs were in the establishment. I’ve never left a review before, but figured it would be a disservice not to warn people to avoid this establishment at all costs (if sleeping is important to you). Easily the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had, save a couple bucks and go to a motel, or spend like 20 more and stay at a Courtyard.
The staff was super nice and welcoming. However I had the same knocking situation that I saw in a previous review. I assume it may have to do with the AC or something? But it kept me up throughout the night. My sheets were also not clean and I only stayed one night. They don’t have tissue in the rooms and the towels are small. Atleast mine were, they were the same as the bathroom floor towel. Good location and nice staff, new hotel so I assume they’re just getting into the swing of things. Metal frame beds so not very comfy, no curtains over the blinds so more invasive light!
