First time in Arizona, and first time traveling alone as a young woman. Felt very safe and welcome for my entire week-long trip.
Staff was friendly and checking in/out was a breeze. Room was clean and everything I needed. The area wasn't bad. Hotel is placed in the perfect spot - not too far from most places and activities etc. plus right off the freeway so it was easy to get to and from. No issues with parking either. Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back for my future Tucson visits!
They tried to update this old property but it’s not enough. Worn out, loud (next to freeway), hard/springy beds.
We will definitely return to this hotel if in the area! Friendly staff, answered any questions I had immediately. Great breakfast and clean-- also helpful staff with breakfast. And the cookies were delicious! Nice pool to and good area.
