The staff was great, and the lobby offered yummy coffee bar and restaurant. Quiet room, and very comfortable beds.
Great personalities all the way around from check-in to the parking, the housekeeping and the hotel over all. Clean and walking distance to their cute downtown!! We loved our stay!
The coffee bar/restaurant in lobby was great, I ate there twice. The room was really nice, clean. Check in easy. Valet parking made things easy.
Workers were very helpful, eager to help in anyway. I appreciate that they helped me by providing a wheelchair for my son, that had difficulty walking. I love that they had VIP parking, even though it was not a courtesy, did not mind paying $25.00. Although they should come down on the price, so we can tip better the assistant help.
Lovely hotel. Within easy walking distance of the performance I was here to see. Restaurant is very good. Hotels pillows were literally lumpy.
Environment: Very convenient near the university

Reasonable price, clean and sanitary, first-class service, worth experiencing
Love the location, and staff in the front office are quick ,professional, and polite! General amenities and customer service out standing ! THANK YOU
Best thing about this place is the fitness center. It’s very nice and it was a lifesaver for me. Staff was also friendly. Rooms are nice. Biggest downside is that it is VERY noisy!! Depending on who you get in the room above you or next to you, you could get very little rest. I stayed 7 nights and several of those nights I got very little sleep because of thin walls/ceilings/floors. Slamming doors...
My mother and I have stayed several times, given it's close proximity to her Dr's. It's a great value, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there is no handicap accessibility from the parking lot to the rooms. It's a struggle to get a wheelchair or walker from the car to the room. In some rooms, the placement of the beds makes it nearly impossible to get a wheelchair into the room. Ground...
Everything was good. But if I had to say negatives, it would be- 1. The blinds were see through. Like if someone walked by, they could totally see me laying on my bed in my underwear. I had to shut the bathroom door every time I used it, even though I was by myself in the room. If someone walked by with my bathroom door open, they'd 100% see me(using the toilet or getting out of the shower). Nuff said...
Rooms were clean, smelt good. Location is fantastic. Felt safe and it was relatively quiet. Could use 2 more towels in the room as they only provide 2. Light fixtures were kinda dusty. Otherwise fantastic stay and would recommend.

Easy parking clean. Near shopping. No free breakfast
When opening the door to the room for the first time time, there was the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The staff on duty was quick to come in with a disinfectant but housekeeping should have reported the smell then not rented the room until totally cleaned.
Walls are thin- could hear the guy next door talking, upstairs walking , outside trucks
The check-in staff member was friendly and professional...very welcoming so the experience was stellar. I believe she said she was from Montana....she is a "keeper" because she made this experience great due to her friendliness!
The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Staff were indifferent. There wasn’t any shower gel in the shower dispenser, completely empty we had to use shampoo instead. The bed was horrific, old and squeaky. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I purchased coffee and unbelievably it was luke warm! Online says “omelettes available”. That means you can purchase them if you want but we didn’t see any...
Marriott use to have the most wonderful pillows, but now they've switched to half size pillows so kind of a letdown. Property was spotless, room clean, cool, bed comfy.

Room was dirty. Only one glass. A dirty glass on the floor under the table. Mold in the shower. TV impossible to watch due to angle. Shower drips Staff was nice.
Great staff and clean rooms. We enjoyed our quick 1 night stay
Room had some dirty laundry piled near the window.
This is an old property that needs to be completely renovated. I don’t recommend staying here.
The employees were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the pool and hot tub were not very clean. Only ate there once.
Affordable but musty room bothered my allergies.

Convenient hotel close to Tucson airport
My flight from Tucson Airport was very early in the morning, so I stayed here on the last day of my trip. It's right next to the airport, but there's no pedestrian walkway, so I was wondering what to do, but they offered to pick me up even though it was just before 4am. (Apparently, there are no drivers between 5am and 6am, so there are no shuttles.) I was very grateful. The hotel building itself is...
Very convenient, you can walk to the hotel from the airport. The room is clean and tidy
Very clean, breakfast is also good. If you add some other Chinese breakfast, it will be a perfect trip as there are more Chinese people going there during the summer vacation after graduation! Come on! I hope it will be improved next time!
The room is large and close to the airport. Good value for money and quiet.

My mom and I needed a place to stay because I had a doctor's appointment the next day at Tucson Medical Center. First, I liked to read good reviews or negative reviews. I came across a Spark by Hilton Tucson Reid Park which used to be called the La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tucson Reid Park. I reached out to the General Manager Otton Suarez, he gave me a good deal which was not too bad since we were...
Pros: Check in was easy. Lobby was clean and bright. Cookies at night was a nice touch. Breakfast was as expected from a hotel except there was a refrigerator labeled "yogurt" but it was empty. The swimming pool area looked beautiful. Cons: Hallway carpets were nasty. Paint was chipped throughout. See the below pictures. These are not things the cleaning staff does not see. The drawer.....
Room was a clean, service was amazing
On main bus route to centre Quiet room overlooking swimming pool and mountains beyond
One of my favorite places now!! The staff is awesome... Not just one or 2 but everyone I encountered over my 2nights 3 days here. Even the people in the office made it a point to make sure I was good. They were very accommodating... When I got there I had booked a big room but I wanted a poolside if it were possible and of course they made it possible!! One of the housekeepers went out of her way to...
Amazing hotel! They have a good layout and the lobby is beautiful. The price is perfect, the staff are very helpful, and also happy. The room I stayed in was furnished well and had a microwave and fridge that worked well. Other guests enjoyed the pool immensely. The parking lot was also easy to navigate, even with a large moving truck. The location is a bit into the city, but is quiet. Would stay...

This is not an Hyatt hotel! There needs to be more work to improve the overall look of the hotel.
We are a family of 5 that traveled across the country. This was a pit stop before moving on to the next leg of our trip. The place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was regular hotel food, such as powdered eggs and sausage.
The hotel is smaller but it is quiet and clean. Super close to the airport approx 3 minutes. I didn't have a chance to have breakfast.
The breakfast was perfect for what was needed. The staff upon check-in was perfect. The room was just what the doctor ordered...and not an airplane was stirring throughout the night...at least I couldn't hear one.
The bathroom needed some TLC. It appeared to have some needed maintenance done to the door frame and the door got stuck, and the body wash was out, shampoo and conditioner were close. Overall, quiet and close to where we needed to be, but the housekeepers need to be more diligent refilling stuff.
The environment is average; but it is close to the airport. Suitable for business trips

I was so surprised that I decided to stay another night just for the pleasure of it. The staff was top-notch; they made me feel right at home. I travel a lot and rarely take the time to write a review and recommend a place. Highly recommended!
Lovely community vibes motel with individual rooms, lots of art and murals to look at, bar area etc. we didn't use the pool or gym but they looked good. Front desk check-in was exceptionally friendly and warm, thank you! All else was great as well, no complaints and will definitely look to stay again next time I am going through Tucson.
Amazing omg so much fun, lots of homeless around the area some spooky characters, but nice staff. Overall clean rooms great breakfast
Comfortable and clean room, good a/c control, plenty of towels. BUT, terrible hot water/ coffee maker (get rid of these terrible things). Also-not pleased with 3 decaf coffee packs and only one regular…. This is poor room quality control.
Superior service from all staff. Brenda, Robbie, Sarah, and the lady and man from the afternoon shift who were angels so very helpful. Shift Upon discharge from Hospital to Hyatt Place Tucson my elderly spouse and I would never have made it to the room if not for the kind help from such professional, courteous, thoughtful, staff. Parking very convenient. Pool and hot tub area so clean and appreciated...
Property was fine for one night and interior was clean and served its purpose. Staff was nice but they gathered outside together at night to smoke in front of the property which was not very classy. Right outside the lot were homeless people sleeping, etc. The area did not feel safe. But the doors to the hotel locked so it was secure.
Good part - the front desk person when we checked in was very welcoming, friendly and lively! Even when we spent some time in the lobby late in evening, he was a very good company to spend time with.  Not so good part - the shower in the bathroom was absolutely useless! There was no water pressure and the water was just a trickle. Not anywhere near normal expectations.

Staff was kind. The room was not very clean there was hair in the tub, and the floor in the bathroom had not been swept or mopped properly. There were dust bunnies and bits of paint on it. There was also pee on the side of the toilet. Breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed the waffles. Heater worked well at night as it got chilly.
Convenient location with comfortable & clean rooms. Service was friendly & prompt. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t say how that was but… this is our second stay here. Only issue is the room deposit is still pending on my credit card 7 days after our stay - we were only there for a quick overnight stop. Odd, but not terribly inconvenient.
The building is old and dated. The maintenance and repairs are obvious, and look like they were done by an amateur. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent, average, nothing to rave about. Just okay. The AC worked but wasn’t necessary as the weather was cool.
Maintenance was bad,who ever was cleaning my room daily, wouldn’t take my dirty towels.
The room was generally clean...The shelves were dusty but the sheets were clean.
For the price and for the room, it all balanced itself out and was very nice. We had a great time spending our days and nights here and look forward to returning very soon,

We definitely enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and having separate rooms was a benefit with the kids. The pool and hotub were nice, and we liked that they had a game room with several different things to play. Housekeeping is only once a week though, and we did build up a lot more trash than the little cans in the room could handle, so we did have to get our own larger bags to manage it. Also...
Clean room, friendly staff, loved the pool and hot tub and the bed was comfortable. I really liked having a kitchenette and the work out room was great!
The staff was amazing! All very helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was very satisfactory except the bed. Unfortunately the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. I would have been more comfortable on an air mattress on the floor! Surely Hilton can invest in a decent memory foam mattress.
Room was okay, felt a bit cramped when walking in with luggage due to the layout. I booked a King bed suite and thought it would have a wall separating the bedroom from the living room, just like one I had booked before, but that is not what I received (maybe I misunderstood the room type?). It felt much smaller somehow and there was no wall separation between the bedroom and the living space with...
Room was incredible! Wonderful kitchen area. Very roomy and comfortable. Staff was awesome! Our check in was great! Even saw my exhaustion and gave us water and a bottle of wine!!

I believe this hotel is no longer in operation. I tried calling them at 520.622.3000 listed on their business cards and the number has been disconnected. Another victim of the New Depression caused by the results of COVID?? Tripadvisor should verify if they should still be listed.
On the Internet this large establishment presents better than actual, largely because it has an impressive foyer. Elsewhere, in passageways and the lift, it is rather worn. Rooms are spacious and clean. Its location next to a U-Haul industrial site detracts from its setting which is close to the university area, some good restaurants and easy return back on to the I 10. A modestly good breakfast is...
Very nice hotel. Super quiet. Would love to see it at its full potential with an open restaurant and the pool and hit tub open past 6pm, as well as the fire pits working. The front desk girls were great amd helped with whatever I needed. Comfy bed. Quiet. Clean. Beautiful property. Close to everything. I'd stay again.
Winter for business conference. I haven't been there in many years since they remodeled it. And it was beautiful the double staircase is coming down into the lobby kind of reminded me of some old movies. It was just beautiful very well done staff is very friendly. The architecture inside the historic Hotel Tucson is very warm and inviting. The dining at the restaurant The Cup Cafe is spectacular. You can enjoy drinks in their cozy bar Tiger’s Taproom. Then you can retire for the night in your hotel room upstairs. The rooms are small as it is historic but it is awesome to stay right downtown for a reasonable price. We will do it again soon.
Beautifully renovated rooms- the decor is high quality - no particle board here. The room doors are impressive (I love a nice door) - definitely quality. We stayed in the renovated section and were pleased with our pool view from our balcony- watching the monsoons from our balcony last night was awesome. MISREPRESENTED. The first picture on their website is non existent. There is no bar in the middle of the pool like the picture shows and infact the bar that was there was never open so there went their poolside drinks they advertised. Casino is an ok size, had a decent about of different machines. Drink prices were fair. Didn’t win really at all and didn’t see others hit for much either. $ went very quickly
Beautiful hotel and casino. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The happy hour at the 777 hotel bar was fabulous: $6 margaritas and $10 burger and fries. Delicious! I travel for work and stay at many hotels. I just need clean, WiFi, and essential items. This hotel is clean, great staff, good location. They did a weird lighting remodel that I never use. Good rooms, very in tune with the vibe of the hotel, you feel in a movie. Cup coffee offers amazing vibe and food and at night the whole hotel turns into a great place to dance and hang out. Love hotel congress!!
I hope this saves someone from the mistake we made. The hotel does a very good job letting you know in advance that the hotel is loud. We thought we were prepared. However, on a Saturday night very loud was even an understatement. The noise level inside the room is to a level that I cannot believe they even offer these as "hotel" rooms. The only use for them would be to crash after a late night ...
Centrally located in old town Tucson next to the train depot this historic hotel is attached to a Jazz Bar concert hall called the Century room. It’s the most convenient place to stay if you’re taking in a Jazz Show. The 2story hotel doesn’t have an elevator so be prepared to lug your luggage. The windows and the walls are thin so it’s noisy and it’s also ******* with an Ouija Board in the lobby...
Simple and antique kinda but perfect , and not plain!!!! Good to focus on who you're renting the room with and not the TV and stuff. Great Club and Bar downstairs the Tap room I think.. Bar Duo, Barb and Billy were awesome! Great drinks and great service!!! The drink was delicious and the guy was really helpful!!!
Normally it smells pretty bad right when you walk in the door. Kind of like a dirty mop. During this visit, it smelled like Christmas. The large patio with music and a dance floor is a great atmosphere for hanging out. During the winter, the heaters are on outside. There are a lot of tables and 2 bars on the patio as well as inside.
So cute such a fun place to visit while in Tucson. All the staff was so super sweet and the bartender Barb whips out fantastic drinks and keeps up with a busy crowd. It was a good mix of a fun atmosphere but cozy seating to sit and chat! Loved it all! I love that they sell the postcards. They’re so cute such a fun little souvenir. I picked out four and a T-shirt and I just love them.

Stayed here for a week in the early summer. Room was a good size, plenty of space to move around. Beautiful oasis in Tucson This is a fantastic place to stay in Tucson! Dina, the hostess, is a wonderful person and takes good care of her guests. We especially loved the beautiful pool and backyard patio. Daily varied breakfasts were a highlight. You should stay here!!
I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. Interesting decor and everything you could need to be comfortable, thank you
