We stayed in a room on the first floor with a courtyard. The courtyard was open, and in the morning, a leisurely wild boar walked by, which made the children very happy. The pool area was like a small water park, and the large water slide was the children's favorite. Even though it was December and winter, we paid 50 yuan to extend our stay for 2 hours so the children could have a great time.
The rooms were beautiful but be sure to ask very specific questions about where your balcony is facing. Ours had a view of two huge parking lots with construction equipment coming and going as well. We couldn’t open our patio door without hearing loud equipment noise etc. One morning the management decided that employees couldn’t park in the lower lot so we got to hear almost constant confrontational...
Older resort, is dated, pathways for walking are not set up for convenience, pool and courts ok. Overpriced for what you get. Food is average except coffee shop.
Everything is wonderful at this place. If I went again, I would book directly with the resort to be clear on how much the on-site fees would be. I had a bill for another $1000 on top of my ******* bill after my 5-day stay.
The property itself is well maintained, offers various amenities which as a guest you pay a daily charge of $45. Staff is great and well trained on customer service and acknowledgement. The events manager Rob, I believe is his name really stood out. He went above and beyond for me as a first time guest. If you are looking to disconnect, this is your place. Unless you bring your vehicle, rent of uber...
Wonderful and peaceful resort in the Catalina Foothills. Grounds were nicely maintained. Staff goes above and beyond. From the front desk, bell service, coffee shop, and pool service you will get treated very well. This resort charges $45 per day on top of the room rate. Restaurants were excellent.

The room was clean, well kept, and surprisingly the bed was very comfortable! I didn't get a chance for breakfast or the bar but the staff was friendly and helpful and beautiful views even in the rain from balcony!
Everything was great. Beautiful resort. Staff great. Lots of food and shopping nearby if needed. Close to several hiking trails.
The grounds and views are gorgeous. Nice location. The chairs on the patio at our room are very uncomfortable. Bring your own cushions.
The hotel is really nice, outdated. The rooms dont have much and TV's are not able to work with netflix or apps, customer serviceis really bad in the front desk. Baylie wa terrible and not even a smile, they don't have information and are not helpful, the cleaning ladies were nice and accomodating. Maybe a little latin hospitality training from them would help the front desk.
this is a very nice resort and enjoyed the amenities. Im not a foodie and will eat anything....but i found the quality of the menus of the various options to be not at the same level of the resort. just lacking in quality. the chicken tacos. abysmal, just thrown together with precooked chicken that is so dry.
The ground was beautiful and so was the location in scenery. Front desk was amazing and the rest of the staff. The rooms however, was extremely outdated. We switched rooms because the first one smelled “old.” The second room didn’t smell as bad but it was definitely still there. The restaurant had great service and food was delicious though.

The restaurant service was fantastic bartender and chef were great and I loved your pricing I will come back next time I am in Tucson and stay there again thank you for a wonderful weekend
The staff were amazing, also the room was pretty clean and I love the decorations. Definitely a place I’ll come back.
I really enjoyed everything on my 3 days in the hotel, the room in the hotel, it was clean, big and quiet. Also the perfect service in the front desk.Thank you very much!!
Clean room, Alex at the front desk was the paragon of excellent service and the entire stay was perfect.
Was given a room with a broken heater. Had to move to a different room. TV did not work in next room. No shampoo in the room we were moved to.
Loved the pool and hot tub area and the fitness center! Staff was helpful and very nice! Easy to get downtown and airport!

The room was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was great. While the resort is an older property, it is very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The room was very nice and comfortable but the resort seemed a little worn out. Our check in experience was a little lacking as one key did not work and the front desk clerk didn’t mention the WiFi password or explain what our options for the stay was. View was great, centrally located.
Beautiful location. Clean rooms. All staff was very helpful and friendly. LOVED the private patio and jacuzzi.
Overall the property was good and I would stay here again. Cons, room felt old, worn carpet, no usb plugs, only one plug on bedside table, no mention of my VIP credit during stay. Pros, property was clean and beautiful, bed was comfortable, room felt clean.
We really enjoy the breakfast every morning. The server Judy is such a sweetheart and went out of her way to accommodate my family and me. Wonderful service. Beautiful resort setting.
Yvette and Daniel went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Yvette was new and did an amazing job welcoming customers.

The hotel is located in a central area, with several museums and restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away, which made everything very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing us with maps, extra bottled water, and even upgrading us to a room with a balcony. The entire hotel feels very new, and both the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it...
Room was pristine, well appointed and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful on all counts. Restaurant in the hotel served some of the best food I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to stay here again!
Clean room but hallway carpets not so clean. They absolutely need more staff in front counter and specially in the bar/restaurant. One person is bartending, waitressing and clearing tables so service is slow as molasses but the food was good
We went to a Roadrunners game and the location was amazing, the room was very nice and accommodating. It was clean and loved the air purifier kept the room smelling fresh. Highly recommend it.
We had a really nice stay.. family and friends all stayed for our sons wedding and the bar was super accommodating for a late night crowd The pillows in room were great! Also , housekeeping was wonderful .. vanity mirror wasn’t working and they took care of it super quickly and kindly
Typically a great stay. However, this time water pressure and hot water was almost non existent. The water pressure at some points during the shower would completely stop running. I normally take no longer than 5-7 minutes showering, with the last of water pressure I was in there for at least 20 minutes.

Literally everything about this resort was phenomenal. My criticisms are more like nitpicks because this place is stellar. Actually didn’t want to leave. Could die a happy girl staring at the view off our balcony. The rooms were like suites, seating area for 4+ in addition to a super comfy king bed, huge full separate bathroom with a plunge tub and shower, plus the balcony. I think my room was bigger...
Nice property and grounds, fun vibe, great service. Property needs some upgrades.
Staff is awesome. Everything is very clean. And, the views from this resort are amazing.
I had the best time...everyone was so nice especially in the desert farm restaurant. There was a woman server name brea I believe...who worked sunday December 8th at around 930am. She has lightish brown hair and light eyes...very sweet and over accommodating. I made sure to give her the best 👌 reviews. I hope to stay here again! I was traveling for work and was very tired and to see this type...
Amazing hotel Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms-we had a casita. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and during our stay went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Lovely pool and fitness centre. Will definitely go back there when in the US again.
The resort grounds were beautiful, scenic and offered great walking paths. The two pool areas were peaceful and relaxing. We also loved the dining options--we had lunch at Legends and breakfast at the Terra Cota cafe--both were excellent! We loved our stay and will be returning!

The guy at the front desk in the evening was awesome: helpful and friendly. The decor was among the best I’ve seen in a large hotel ever. Stayed here for three nights with no issues. The location was great, too. The streetcar is a 3 min walk away, and it’s entirely free (at least for the time being).
Easy check-in, friendly staff. Beautiful bar on rooftop, great bartenders, delicious cocktails. Walkable area for restaurants and shopping, and we had stormy weather so our views of the skyline were incredible!
The highlight of our stay had to be Taylor who was the bartender at the moon bar on the roof. Her personality is contagious and her hand crafters drinks were phenomenal!!!
The parking situation was terrible and overpriced for valet. It;s like they trick you into using valet.
Our second time staying at the Tucson Graduate! Great service, rooms and amenities. Need smaller pillows that don’t extend the neck so much.
The room and staff is here amazing! The food was delicious up top and the bar tender was just amazing! Will definitely go back!

My stay at Casino Del Sol in Tucson was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, impeccably clean, and offers a perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and entertainment. The rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable—everything you’d want after a long day of fun. The staff truly set this place apart: friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming at every...
Well furnished rooms. Unfortunately our room was not well cleaned. We found a pair of underwear in the closet and hair on the bathroom floor. Casino has many playing options. It does allow smoking indoors in a desginated space, but you can smell the smoke more broadly indoors. Buffet restaurant food was good. Workout room was small but nice.
We only stayed one night and everything was pretty good. My only complaint is that the TV didn't work so good in the room. The signal was bad and the remote seemed to have a low battery. Also the door to the bathroom didn't lock. The staff was nice, and we ate at Ume which was really good! We didn't come home with any winnings, but we had a nice time. I would definitely go back.
Fun environment with a bunch of slots that hit good and a bunch of table games! They give new customers $20 free play! Only seen casino portion so I don't know what the rooms are like. Tucson is building a new Casino Del Sol and if it is anything like this one it'll be great!
It's a casino. Put money in magical money disappearing machines. I've done it three times now. Twenty dollars on 2 separate occasions, and the 3rd time 10 bucks. Total playing time was probably less than 15 minutes. Result. 50 dollars gone. I'll never understand the appeal and I'll never put money in another slot machine as long as I live. Sure.. better odds with black jack, but gambling does not...
The hotel is nice, except that it is expensive. It seems that all hotels in Arizona are expensive.

My husband and I stayed for one night for a quick weekend getaway and can’t wait to go back for a longer stay! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully landscaped with a wonderful variety of desert We reserved the Sonoran King Room with a Mountain View and got a wonderful suite on the ground floor (rm. 71).
The resort is absolutely gorgeous and the staff couldn’t be nicer!!! Highly recommend
Quiet location with exceptional views History talk exceptional Restaurants exceptional Parking in carport in villa wonderful
Everything was amazing. The service stood out as one of the best. They treat you as royalty. The grounds are spectacular. Can’t say enough about how beautiful this place is.
Great unique rooms. Nice views, good food: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Excellent spa
For $500/ night I am not pleased. No one helped with my bags. I could hear the restaurant through the walls. The a/c was so loud I had to turn it off! Thank god it is winter! The sink was cracked when I arrived and there was no soap at the sink. Just crazy!

Greeted very nicely by Amy at the front desk who reviewed all the amenities. Then got a free suite upgrade!!
This is a lovely comfortable hotel w extremely helpful staff. The grounds are beautifully kept and accessible. We have been to the Inn before and look forward to returning.
Staff always courteous and positive. Lovely landscaping. Wonderful old room I hope they never renovate to modern. We never stay anywhere else!! Dont modernize!! Unless it’s done keeping the old style. Thsnk you!!
Absolutely gorgeous property and a beautiful room. I loved my stay and can't wait to stay again.
This place is a classic that I returned to regularly period everything done in a fine style with local flavor period we were here for Thanksgiving dinner and found it to be a great value.
We loved the historic hotel. Definitely would stay there again. What could they improve? Improve the draw in the beautiful library fireplace. We loved the real wood fire but there was a definite smoky smell in the room. Fix the draw to be perfect.

The rooms were spacious for our family of four. The views were spectacular! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!!
The resort allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Being a ******* VIP(?), we got a $27 credit and a room upgrade (to the next tier). When a second tier room wasn’t available, the resort upgraded us to a tier higher. Essentially a 4th floor room with a balcony and mountain views at no extra charge. It was lovely. Lobby, bar area were beautiful with music on Friday and Saturday evenings. The pool,...
Wonderful location near Sabino Canyon, great pool and fitness facilities and friendly service.
This is a gorgeous resort for the money set in the natural desert of Tucson. We stayed here two years ago, and it was perfect. Service, the room, the environment. LOVELY. This time there were a lot of quirky oddities , but management made it right. They truly care about their guests and want the service to match the beauty of this lovely property. We would recommend you check out Loews at Ventana Canyon
We have stayed several times at Ventana over the years. Last night was truly our worst experience by far. We wanted to take a night away from RV life so booked a room for Dec 30. A large part of our choice with this property is the setting and tranquility of the resort and grounds. We truly wanted the quiet since you never have that while in an rv park. We were woken long before 8 am by 2 barking...
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were extremely polite and courteous, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the heated swimming pool, which was a great feature, especially for families. The only downside was that the hotel does not offer complimentary electric vehicle charging. If this could be added in...

It was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful and well kept. The pool area was amazing especially at night. They had an amazing buffet breakfast that came with the hotel. Overall it was great!
Very good value for money, good breakfast, free parking.
This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip, completely exceeding our expectations. Not only was the environment beautiful, but the staff were also extremely professional and welcoming. The rooms were surprisingly large, and we could even cook our own meals. It was incredibly convenient.
Such a great experience. Quick. Simple. AND I got a cookie when I checked in!
