The service and resort was very nice. Beautiful pools and the place was clean. The food was very low quality for such a nice resort

We stayed in a room on the first floor with a courtyard. The courtyard was open, and in the morning, a leisurely wild boar walked by, which made the children very happy

The pool area was like a small water park, and the large water slide was the children's favorite

Even though it was December and winter, we paid 50 yuan to extend our stay for 2 hours so the children could have a great time

Wonderful and peaceful resort in the Catalina Foothills. Grounds were nicely maintained. From the front desk, bell service, coffee shop, and pool service you will get treated very well

Meanwhile the pools were all disgusting, the drinks are $18 a pop, and our room in no way commanded the price we paid for it. Single king was absolutely not a king

Almost no service at the pool. (Didn’t used to be this way) Laughably slooooooow service in the bar area for lunch, some of the patrons were very angry about it. Ok food.

The room was clean, well kept, and surprisingly the bed was very comfortable! I didn't get a chance for breakfast or the bar but the staff was friendly and helpful and beautiful views even in the rain from balcony!

Everything was great. Beautiful resort. Staff great. Lots of food and shopping nearby if needed. Close to several hiking trails.

Had a quick staycation with grandma and grandpa. Chose this location because of the pool, water slide and kiddy pool. Staff was friendly, pool was perfect and there were restaurants near by. It was great.

The hotel is really nice, outdated. The rooms dont have much and TV's are not able to work with netflix or apps, customer serviceis really bad in the front desk

The resort grounds are beautiful, with a nice patio area perfect for relaxing. There are two pools, both well-maintained and stocked with towels and a water station, which was a great touch

The room was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was great. While the resort is an older property, it is very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My room was huge! It does need some updating just to keep it fresh but I was very satisfied. The only downside was that I wanted to see the sun and have some warmth! It rained and was cold the entire time I was there

Our check in experience was a little lacking as one key did not work and the front desk clerk didn’t mention the WiFi password or explain what our options for the stay was. View was great, centrally located

The pools were immaculate with very comfortable furniture. They had lit pathways to enjoy for an evening walk that were nice a level

sad the pool was under maintenance but it is what it is. I don't like how you can hear everything from the lobby in the conference room it's a bit distracting

I booked a room by the pool online, but upon my arrival, I was told all those rooms were taken. They said I would get an upgrade so they gave me a single room with two full beds

I love that they had VIP parking, even though it was not a courtesy, did not mind paying $25. Although they should come down on the price, so we can tip better the assistant help

Workers were very helpful, eager to help in anyway. I appreciate that they helped me by providing a wheelchair for my son, that had difficulty walking

The coffee bar/restaurant in lobby was great, I ate there twice. The room was really nice, clean. Check in easy. Valet parking made things easy.

The Tucson Marriott University Park is in a fantastic location, right on the University of Arizona campus, making it an ideal spot for campus visits or exploring the area

We went to a Roadrunners game and the location was amazing, the room was very nice and accommodating. It was clean and loved the air purifier kept the room smelling fresh. Highly recommend it.

Literally everything about this resort was phenomenal. My criticisms are more like nitpicks because this place is stellar. Actually didn’t want to leave. Could die a happy girl staring at the view off our balcony

Mini fridge and coffee station. Even a little mud room by the entrance. Even if you don’t golf it’s not hard to appreciate the beauty. Sunset on the property is a magical time

When you walk through the casino, you feel like you are on the street. We went for bingo and the facilities are very good. We were lucky to win double bingo. Worth taking a day to get out of the house

This hotel is centrally located downtown with lots of good eating choices within walking distance. The daily parking rate is crazy high for downtown Tucson but other than that a good choice.

However, there is no handicap accessibility from the parking lot to the rooms. It's a struggle to get a wheelchair or walker from the car to the room

I had to shut the bathroom door every time I used it, even though I was by myself in the room. If someone walked by with my bathroom door open, they'd 100% see me(using the toilet or getting out of the shower)

In some rooms, the placement of the beds makes it nearly impossible to get a wheelchair into the room. Ground level handicap accessible rooms with ramps would be great!

Definitely weird and ridiculous. Water for shower wasn't hot, it was almost warm, but just hot enough to barely make it okay for me to not say anything

But if I had to say negatives, it would be- 1. Like if someone walked by, they could totally see me laying on my bed in my underwear

I stayed 7 nights and several of those nights I got very little sleep because of thin walls/ceilings/floors. Slamming doors, people stomping around upstairs, barking dogs, even the toilet flushing repeatedly

We stayed there for a 4 day vacation. Breakfast is poor to be honest for the price. Though rooms are well equiped, and no amenities on the room or bathroom. It is clean but cleaning service is not daily

The hotel experience was not aligned to a "Hyatt" standard, but for the price that they were charging for the night and also seeing that Hyatt recently purchased the hotel from Sonesta, I think it was a good experience

The breakfast was perfect for what was needed. The staff upon check-in was perfect. The room was just what the doctor ordered...and not an airplane was stirring throughout the night...at least I couldn't hear one.

The hotel is smaller but it is quiet and clean. Super close to the airport approx 3 minutes. I didn't have a chance to have breakfast.

I only visited the casino and didn't stay there but I had a wonderful time and all the staff are very friendly! First time guests receive a $20 credit for slots and a $10 credit for food and I love that they have free non-alcoholic beverages! Great time would go back again!

We stayed 2 nights here for my husband's birthday. We got a king deluxe room with a nice balcony with chairs and small table to enjoy the outside fresh air. The room was nice and clean and very quiet

We were only going to stay one night, but enjoyed it so much that we stayed an additional night. The casino has several restaurants. No matter the time, you can always find something to eat

We booked the King Suite for one night and the rate was very affordable!! I booked it online and it was super fast and easy! I didn't have to pay until I checked in at the office the day we arrived and I was able to pay cash! The staff was helpful and professional and I was extremely pleased with the service they provided

Our room was right near the elevator which was nice! We really enjoyed the breakfast bagel bar which was nice! The breakfast attendant who was wearing a Los Angeles Dodgers hat was really helpful! Overall, my mom and I we really enjoyed our stay! Special shout-out to Otton Suarez who went above and beyond

When I got there I had booked a big room but I wanted a poolside if it were possible and of course they made it possible!! One of the housekeepers went out of her way to help me. Rooms were super clean and comfy too
