We definitely enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and having separate rooms was a benefit with the kids. The pool and hotub were nice, and we liked that they had a game room with several different things to play. Housekeeping is only once a week though, and we did build up a lot more trash than the little cans in the room could handle, so we did have to get our own larger bags to manage it. Also some of the front desk staff were very helpful, but a few of them seemed a little bit dismissive and untrained. Overall it was a great place to stay with a family with kids, and we would, and probably will be back.

Clean room, friendly staff, loved the pool and hot tub and the bed was comfortable. I really liked having a kitchenette and the work out room was great!

09.01.2026 Penny

The staff was amazing! All very helpful, professional and friendly.
Everything was very satisfactory except the bed.
Unfortunately the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on.
I would have been more comfortable on an air mattress on the floor!
Surely Hilton can invest in a decent memory foam mattress.

Room was okay, felt a bit cramped when walking in with luggage due to the layout. I booked a King bed suite and thought it would have a wall separating the bedroom from the living room, just like one I had booked before, but that is not what I received (maybe I misunderstood the room type?). It felt much smaller somehow and there was no wall separation between the bedroom and the living space with couch and kitchen-dining area.

I thought the people at the front desk were excellent! Great service, very friendly.

The hallway carpets looked very dingy on the first and second floors. I also stayed on a different side of the hotel this time than last. Not sure if this is a heavier traffic side. In a prior stay, I don't remember the carpeting being this dingy. Last time, I was on a higher floor. For the cost, I expected a bit better cleanliness.

Room was incredible! Wonderful kitchen area. Very roomy and comfortable.
Staff was awesome! Our check in was great! Even saw my exhaustion and gave us water and a bottle of wine!!

Very enjoyable stay at the Tucson Varsity Club made especially noteworthy by the friendly and informative staff. Special thanks to Mary at the front desk who always had a smile and an answer for every question.

29.12.2025 Dan

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and was a very nice room. Unfortunately there was some kind of alarm that went off multiple times near our room. Once it woke us up at 5 am.

26.12.2025 Anton

Great service, fun games for kids, good fitness center and really nice swimming pool area. I'd stay at this hotel again.

04.11.2025 Dan

Overall, everything the hotel was really nice. Staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub were clean and the pool area was well equipped with bbq's etc.

The only thing that could've been better was our room. The room itself was clean and well taken care of. But it did have a slight odor and it was on a busy street so it was a bit loud at night.

03.11.2025 Heather

The staff was amazing ! Very accommodating and so kind. Shoutout to Mary and Bri for going above and beyond! The hotel was beautiful, spa and pool were perfect! Very clean and pool was heated. So many amenities and our rooms were excellent. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay while we were in Tucson!! ❤️❤️❤️
