Have stayed there several times. As i normally do when I'm in town. As im checking out I'm told im not allowed on the property. I have no idea why? Linda in her infinit wisdom, states " i left my stuff in the room" about 8-9 months and 3-4 stays prior. Having conversations with Linda, saying Hi in passing and this was never addressed? But she wants to try and charge me now and cause a scene so...here you go. I was in town and ended up getting very sick with an extended hospital stay. I told them that the day prior and the day i left. that i would not be in the room my family would get my stuff. They weren't allowed to get my stuff, which is fine, weeks go by,i got better and call about my stuff. All my stuff is gone! All of it! And told we thought you just left it? (I was livid but let it go,just happy to be better) Now several months and a few stays later... I owe them $110? I reminded Linda of that phone conversation i made proactively to let her know.asked why nobody called? No email? No mention of it the following stays? aggressively she told me she will remove it as long as it doesn't happen again? And to let her speak? I walked out having my name yelled. Repeatedly. If you wanna play that game. How long do you legally have to hold property Linda? You owe me about $500? You can even take the $110 you claim off of that. Im more than happy to speak with any Ramada personell.I would like to be compensated for my missing property.

The facilities are very old and the lights in the room can't be turned on.
Not recommended to stay

The staff are all amazing. Love being able to have a weekend getaway here. Pool and spa are great. Breakfast is well served. Tried dinner menu had BLT wrap yummy.

No iron and ironing board. Couldn't see when I entered to room. No light switch by the door. When I found the light switch the lights did not come on. I had to stumble around until I found the lamp and switch. Limited TV stations and very fuzzy. Breakfast bar was wondderful. Bed was a was awesome. Be careful with the toilet it may rock when you sit down and get up.

It's a nice hotel. 4 stars because it's a little dated, but the breakfast buffet was really good (better selection than you'd expect, and an omelette bar as well) the pool was fine for the kids, and they we're out friendly. All in all it was comfortable and we'll worth the low price we paid to stay.

I started with booking a premier room when i got to the hotel the was a wait only for one person! Then I was told nearest way yo the room was to the lobby, my father can't walk long distance due to hear problems. The room was to the other side of the hotel.i felt horrible for him. When I got to the room it was wrong room. I then called told them it was the wrong room. I had to have my father walk to another room which also was wrong. The customer service here is bad too. While you stand in line you can hear the clerks making gestures as to how stupid people are. We are now wait to a wedding and my father is exhausted! Won't stay here again!

This fading beauty is more of a resort than a hotel with spacious suites, a large outdoor pool area, restaurant and fountains in the bright central courtyard. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best- with a nice mix of Hispanic and Western favourites, along with a fresh custom while-you-wait omelette station, all served in the bright airy inner courtyard. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The WiFi was a little spotty, but the staff were gracious and friendly. We even had a nice view of the mountains from our room. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
