Esthetically, as you drive up and enter the hotel, you are met with grandeur and beauty. However, once you enter the room you were provided, you find that the hotel is quite old and has not kept up with the times. They definitely have repair issues. In my room, though clean, I found holes in the drapes, veneer peeling off the bathroom door, holes in the top of the very scarred and sticky top of the bureau. The inside of the drawers were very dusty as were the bathroom shelves. On a safety matter, the switch of the bed's headboard light, it was very faulty and, honestly, worrysome to use. I stayed for 14 days and only had towels changed twice. Location is great. Plenty of parking. Good eats close by.

My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Viscount Suites Tucson East was extremely disappointing. I had to be moved into four different rooms because something was wrong in each one—TV not working, AC not working, phones that didn’t function, missing garbage cans, shower head spraying everywhere, lightbulbs missing from lamps, and even doors without a security latch.

The entire property felt dark, outdated, and honestly a bit depressing due to the level of disrepair.

The only bright spot was the front desk staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best to accommodate guests. Unfortunately, it’s not their fault the property itself is in such poor condition. I really hope management invests in major improvements because the staff deserves a better place to represent.

It was alright. For the price it should have been better. The floors were very dirty our feet would be brown from walking from the shower to the bed. Tv would barely work both nights we were here. Our curtains didn’t close all the way. Breakfast was good tho.

Please for the love of all hotels, please continue your search to other area hotels. We are here now and I can assure you there is better. The location is good. The separation of rooms is good (front living room area). That’s the positive. The negative….here we go ! We are here to visit family but working remotely. The WiFi in this hotel is the worst I have seen. Worse than a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. We had to hot spot our phones in the end. Just try to get Netflix running. Laughable. Front desk said “The WiFi here is really bad” - so at least they own it. We got here Saturday and it’s now Thursday and we have yet to see housekeeping. They came once because I called the front desk telling them we HAD to get some things replenished- ya know, like toilet paper !! I had to pick up two rolls twice from the front desk. Breakfast is food, let’s just say it should be free (as it is). We’ve seen some little flies/bugs flying randomly. It’s probably the sewer water that seems to be sitting rancid under the floor. Seriously gagging over the rotten egg sewer water smell that seems to waft into our room at random (too often) times. Oh! They have a heated pool ! NOT. Maybe in the 90 degree Arizona summer it’s heated by the sun. It’s about 70 at best and the most dated pool ever. It’s really unfortunate honestly. This place has a TON of potential but it needs a serious facelift amongst other things. We will never stay here again.

I expected something much better for the price I paid for this. The room looks like it would have been stylish when all of the furniture was put in 40 years ago. Please look at the pictures below before you choose this dump for your stay.

But hey, if you take the pillows, at least someone will know you've unethically obtained them since these geniuses thought to write the name of the hotel on them.

I'm honestly surprised there were no bed bugs with how filthy everything was. No mattress encasement, which with how many other reviews mention bed bugs, is a huge surprise.

No way to take a shower, or a bath in the room I got. Water pressure for the shower wouldn't work because the valve was broken on the tub, and no plug for the drain.

The Tv in the bedroom didnt work at all and I hope that you like local news channels, because that's all you'll get if your TV works.

Also, good luck if you're cold. The AC, if you can call it that, only moves cold air.

2 stars for at least allowing me to sleep a night in relative comfort.

Have stayed there several times. As i normally do when I'm in town. As im checking out I'm told im not allowed on the property. I have no idea why? Linda in her infinit wisdom, states " i left my stuff in the room" about 8-9 months and 3-4 stays prior. Having conversations with Linda, saying Hi in passing and this was never addressed? But she wants to try and charge me now and cause a scene so...here you go. I was in town and ended up getting very sick with an extended hospital stay. I told them that the day prior and the day i left. that i would not be in the room my family would get my stuff. They weren't allowed to get my stuff, which is fine, weeks go by,i got better and call about my stuff. All my stuff is gone! All of it! And told we thought you just left it? (I was livid but let it go,just happy to be better) Now several months and a few stays later... I owe them $110? I reminded Linda of that phone conversation i made proactively to let her know.asked why nobody called? No email? No mention of it the following stays? aggressively she told me she will remove it as long as it doesn't happen again? And to let her speak? I walked out having my name yelled. Repeatedly. If you wanna play that game. How long do you legally have to hold property Linda? You owe me about $500? You can even take the $110 you claim off of that. Im more than happy to speak with any Ramada personell.I would like to be compensated for my missing property.
