Clean, comfortable place to stay. By far the highlight of the stay was the exceptional customer service provided by the night desk clerk Om. Om went above and beyond to get us in and settled after a long day of travel which required some switching of rooms (self-induced key card problem & a chirping fire alarm battery low). Om helped us with a smile and a positive approach which we really appreciated!!

We stayed at the Red Roof Plus Inn in August 2019. It was reasonably priced and an okay place to stay. We returned to Williams in August 2022 and booked again. It was a mistake. The Inn has gone downhill terribly. The first thing we noticed was the outdoor pool was closed. After 8hours on a motorcycle the pool was something to look forward to. The desk said it was because of the recent rains but other hotel pools were open. This was due to a lack of maintenance and likely attributable to just not wanting to. The rooms are getting very tired. The AC does not cool the room. Paint is peeling and the shower barely gets warm. The room towels were stained as were the pillow cases. There’s no need to go on. There are much better places on Williams to stay!!

I didn't expect a 5 star hotel for this price, but I didn't expect the terrible condition of this place either. When we entered the room with our luggage, there was a distinct odor of mold, mildew and decay. Before we unpacked, we decided to tour the room and found it to be totally disgusting. In the bathroom, the mortar beneath the window was crumbling to the point that there was a hole all the way through the wall and the gap was crammed with TOILET PAPER. The toilet paper holder was broken and the roll of paper was sitting on the floor. Behind the door was a pile of dirt, bugs and assorted debris. The floor had obviously not been swept or mopped in ages. We gathered our things and put them back in the car, went to the office and let the clerk know that we would not stay in this kind of filth. We had made reservations for two nights and cancelled the entire stay and informed him that we wanted a full refund with no cancellation fee. The only bright spot in this debacle was that we actually did receive the full refund.

The jazzy was broken and dirty not safe. The pool had alot of bugs. The window had to stuffed on the sides plugging wholes. The air didn't work When I complained to the guy at the front desk he didn't even care

pool green , hot tub green, place is very dirty!!!!!!!!!! faults advertising !!!!!!!!!Do NOT go by the pictures you see on the web trust me you do not want me to use 200 words on this review new bathroom windows with paper towels as caulking !!! in my room the lock is held on with zip tie i have pictures but i am sending them to corporate . These people should not be aloud to use RED ROOF INN NAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hot tub is nice, pool area is clean. Bed was on the ground, no coffee/filters etc to go with the coffee pot. A/c was not on... room stayed hot all night... weirdest part if the stay: there was an uncovered window in the bathroom.... towels were cheap but clean. Fridge had no shelves, but kept my guy's insulin cold.

The room was clean and good sized. The staff was friendly, offering dining suggestions along with discounts. Nice to have a small fridge, micro and coffeemaker in the room. With no way to block the outside light sleeping was tough, so bring a sleep mask.

Our room was really nice! It was much bigger than we expected and the bed was a California king. However, it had not been cleaned before we arrived. The garbage had not been taken out, there were towels on the floor, and there wasn't any soap or shampoo. The woman behind the desk was very nice and breakfast was much bigger and better than what was described online, but it was pretty upsetting that the room hadn't been cleaned.

The employees at the front desks drink alcohol while they work. They are rude to other employees. They have banned all locals from their property. The rooms are all cleaned perfectly by the room attendants. They are also very helpful with things we needed while we where there. Extras we had no problems with our room. It's just the front of the place we didn't like.

This is now a Red Roof Plus, nice renovation and cozy rooms. It does have a mini-fridge but be warned there is NO freezer. Just an FYI, but it is very nice. I will probably stay here again, but only if the price is good.
