Excellent communication from the hotel. Seamless check in! The only, really minor issue is parking. There's a tiny lot in the alley that fills up quickly, so it can be a couple blocks walk. It wasn't an issue for us. Overall, this was a cool old hotel and we enjoyed our stay!

Newly rennovated and restored, very charming hotel in the center of town. Clean. Easy free parking.
Greeted by a very hospitable receptionist. We would definitely stay here again.
We had to leave early and couldn’t enjoy the breakfast.

Friendly front desk staff. Historic hotel located on Main Street. Adjacent to a variety of restaurants. Williams is a quaint little town with in a short drive to the Grand Canyon.

A black shop, no free parking, but it advertises that there is free parking, no breakfast, no water to drink, itchy body after sleep, may be bitten by insects, the bathroom is small and far away, the lights are dark, I dare not go to the bathroom at night, the room is very small , It’s hard to turn around, there are no toiletries, we only live in 30 rooms, and we have been terrified! There is a so-called history of more than 100 years, and the facilities are old and dilapidated!

The location is great. The room very clean. Just the bed needs upgrade, a bit uncomfortable.

Fair hotel, in a great location. Very beautiful historical building, but also very old building with rickety floors. However, it’s well kept, clean and staff was very pleasant. The interior of the building is very interestingly decorated, almost like a period museum. I’d stay again. 👌

This hotel is centrally located in Route 66. Please be advised that only some rooms have full bathrooms, most only have a sink. You will have to share a washroom with all current occupants of the hotel. The wash rooms seem to be only cleaned once a day. I found that the showers might be dirty due to this factor with floor mats left behind on the wet floor. Also the showers contained what ever hair and dirt others did not clean up after themselves.

It is a quaint hotel with old west feel, since it is the oldest hotel in Arizona. There are no cooking facilities, but restaurants are a few steps away. There is coffee or tea provided in the common area downstairs, but do not expect much. This hotel also does not appear to have air conditioning.

The hotel provides free wifi, but myself and my other quests found it to be frustrating. The wifi is very much hit or miss, you log in and it promptly fails or you are booted off repeatedly. I found it was better for me to use my phones data rather than the provided wifi. Netflix or any other tasks were not able to work properly due to this issue.

The staff here and the owners were very friendly and courteous.

All said and done I probably wouldn't have chosen this location except for the quaint look and feel.
