Easy to find and comfortable - but a bit basic. Need to walk to reception for hot water. Not many places to eat, but close to a pizza takaway. Easy to park right outside.

Great little motel, about 1.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. It was pretty clean and spacious, the TV worked and the beds are comfy. Also there were pastries and beverages available in the office for breakfast))))

The hotel was very basic; the room floor was dirty with many dead insects, and the windows let in drafts, with cold air constantly blowing in. Apart from its good location, it had no other advantages.

This was a great stay. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to NAU, also it was the most economical so we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Our room was new, upgraded and very clean. Our arrival time changed several times because of the erratic train schedule but the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place and will stay here again on the next visit.

Best outdoor room entrance stay I’ve ever had. Rooms were newly renovated, and so cute. Really great customer service. My cell service wasn’t the greatest (totally not their responsibility), but they do have wifi. I had people staying on both sides of me, but didn’t hear either one.

This cute, traditional Route 66 motel has a new owner and is under major renovations. Rooms are renovated-comfortable beds, great linens and pillows. Decor is decent. Bathroom is a little small but it is a 50’s type motel so not surprising. It is on a major road so there is pretty constant road noise but all in all and clean, nice place to stay-within walking distance of many restaurants and university. Would stay again!

super quaint little motel. the rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy! the only things that could have been better would be light fixtures that didn't flicker in the bathroom and sink area and the toilet was a little wobbly. but the shower was hot and the beds were comfy!
edit: the lady who answers the phone is one of the owners/managers... she could stand to have a little better customer service as she tends to be gruff and sometimes a little rude - i like the motel enough that I'm willing to look past it because the price is right and it's cute :)

For the price, not bad at all. Pet fee (for non service animals) isn't outrageous, and I'd stay here again. I agree with others, some improvements to update the bathroom, etc., would be nice. And they don't offer breakfast any more... that should be removed from the description. Great location for anyone passing through. Plenty of pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, and pubs within a mile or so– some closer than a mile.

I had a great stay here, just as when I stay in other nicer hotels.
You can say the traffic outside is a bit noisy but I don’t ever notice it since I travel with an air purifier everywhere I go, which drowns out the outside noise. Everyone should have one of these.
Rooms have great cable tv, a fridge, and microwave! I had room 111, and no bedbugs (I am highly allergic to them so I know right away).
Parked right outside my room (literally 2 feet) and. Loved that!
Funny I had such a great stay here that when I compared to fancier hotels like the Hyatt which the last time I had a horrible stay there, this one stands out as one I’ll return to.

Good place for quick stop if you're on the go. Limited parking but enough for small trucks and Rvs. Good for small or large families. Food is affordable and takes time for being deliver. Clean and handicapped friendly. Want ice cream? DQ across the street!
