Hotel has wonderful staff great food in the restaurant. The drivers from the hotel from the airport are wonderful. Just a great place to stay. I stay there when I’m always in transit on my way to China.

The hotel's biggest plus is its airport convenience – just a 5-10 minute drive away, with a free shuttle service waiting in the designated red zone at the airport's departure level. This is incredibly helpful for travelers with layovers or early flights. For check-in, a $100 deposit is required via credit card.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the coffee machine is easy to use. The water temperature and pressure are much better than the average for similar hotels in the US. The only downside is that, due to its proximity to the airport and ongoing construction nearby, guests on the 4th floor might hear occasional noise after 11 PM, which could be an issue for light sleepers.

I had a 10 hour layover in LAX and after reading the reviews for the Sheraton I decided to book a room before my next 15 hour flight. Best decision! Spent my time relaxing in the spacious, clean room. I went to the gym and even sat by the pool! I’m definitely booking once I’m around lax again.

This hotel is super close to LAX, so it's highly recommended for anyone with an early flight. The rooms are spacious, and they offer a free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. The soundproofing is also quite good. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The hotel looked a bit outdated from the outside. Check-in was super quick—barely any words exchanged. But at night, I realized the plane noise was really loud.

The next day, when I went to the Club for breakfast, my key card didn’t work. So I went to the dining area on the first floor, but they said I had to pay. When I asked the front desk, they said that as a Platinum member, I should have breakfast access—but only on the 15th floor. I told them that no one had explained this at check-in, and plus, my card couldn’t even open the door. Seriously, what a mess...

After arguing for a while, they reluctantly gave me two breakfast passes for the restaurant. But even the restaurant staff seemed unhappy about it. Sigh... next time, I might try the newer Westing instead.

Great stay. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is a super quick shuttle ride from the airport and it’s walking distance to a lot of places like trader joes.

Mediocre customer service, very unpleasant staff. We called immediately after booking in order to postpone by just 24 hours because our flight was canceled, and they wouldn’t let us and were rude on the phone. We lost all our money and were unable to check in the next day.

Would not let me redeem my rewards on my Starbucks app but will let me use my app to pay and not clean at all for being inside a hotel BEWARE the menu says $5.25 for a venti but paid instead $6.75 they are crooks here!!!

Beware of the Starbucks inside the hotel. The price they charge is different to the price list. Check your receipt carefully after you have ordered something or else they will charge you more.
