We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so clean, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was amazing! They let us check in early and were kind enough to waive the fee. The floor in the room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, and I would really love to stay here again!

This is not what I expect from a Hyatt. The room had an unpleasant odor when we first walked in. The bathroom does not have a ceiling fan, making it extremely hot after showering. The bunk bed did not have a comforter, only a thin blanket, while the king-size bed had a very thick comforter, making it difficult to regulate the temperature or ensure everyone was comfortable. Although we paid full price for breakfast, the selection was very limited and spoiled milk was served. If you plan to stay here, I would not recommend choosing this type of room.

In general this hotel is acceptable for the price range and consider how old this property is. There are two main complains about this hotel is the sound insulation and safety. Basically we heard all the noise from the hallway including next door who open and close the door, and shower, etc.. In addition, the gap of hotel room door between the bottom of the door and floor is big. While we stayed there, we concerned if someone could use tools to open our room door thru that gap.

Excellent! The room was spacious and clean, much better than staying at hotels near Disneyland. There's a Starbucks downstairs and a large Target supermarket and an American-style Western restaurant right across the street, which was super convenient.

Ordered a pizza online, paid for it, and after around 2 hours I get a call saying they had an emergency and they aren't delivering pizzas. The guy on the phone was rude and short, refused to provide any explanation or compensation. He said I would get my money back in like 3 days but I never got any confirmation email or anything about my order being cancelled or refunded. I think they got robbed but their customer service still sucks.

Update: yes the got robbed. After complaining to corporate they offered me a $20 gift card but I told them I didn't want it. I won't be tricked into paying for more of their overpriced pizza, and like a $20 voucher could get me much of anything. I have ordered from three other local pizza joints and every one is cheaper and better anyway so thanks Pizza Hut for showing me how much more I have been spending for bad pizza. I endorse every other pizza place because everyone else outdoes the hut!

I placed an order HOURS AGO for a scheduled time of 11:30pm. Funny thing is I live 5 mins away from them....soooo why didn't they deliver to me first? I had a scheduled time. Fyi: they dont go by that. If you dont abide by scheduled delivery times DON'T GIVE CUSTOMERS THE OPTION.

Today was my first time ordering online and i got good customer service, but it would have been nice to tell me about any special offers. Back in the day, they did. Now that would be great customer service!! I think I paid too much for a large pizza. My bad, i should have asked. Next time, but you b sure to ask!! My pizza was good though. God bless!! ??

My meal arrived 45 minutes late and cold. I called for over an hour attempting to reach a manager and the call goes to a pizza Hut call center. The boneless wings were dry, cold and hard. We had to heat our food in the microwave after removing from the box. We were hungry! Currently on hold, to speak with a manager at the call center because the call won't go directly to local pizza Hut. I wouldn't ever offer my customer cold food after being 45 minutes late. The delivery guy didn't even apologize. I spent $62.00. I expect better service.

Excellent service (I was there at lunchtime, and there was no crowd.) and excellent food in a nicely kept up restaurant. Great price too. This restaurant was conveniently located across from the Hyatt Regency in Garden Grove, and just down the road from Disneyland. (I didn't visit the Mouse since I was there for a workshop.)

Too bright ,blinds open, music louder then I like it. These are three changes I don't like. Staff fantastic and I know they are putting up with many complaints from loyal return guest like myself. Lot of credit to Micki and Melissa, two extremely hard working girls.

Food was great(at home)....The waiter got my order wrong so I sat and watched everyone I was with eat and when they all got done eating my food arrived... So boxed it and ate at home... The waiter offered no discounts for this mistake and just grabbed the plate in front of me... When he should have offered it to me for the mistake he made... Really rude...

Food was good and atmosphere was fun. I debated on 1 or 2 stars as the service was awful! Place was busy when we walked in but no one ahead of us to be seated. I requested a booth for 3 and host said 5 minutes, but a table would be immediately...I said we can wait 5 minutes ? 25 minutes come and go and multiple people that came in after us get seated, some even at booths. I asked host for update, he said it would be momentarily. We calmly wait and chat losing track of time and another 30 minutes go by!!... At this point we're irritated, I would have taken a table if it was going to be this long! I question the host and miraculously he can seat us all of a sudden...at a booth that I could see from the front that was EMPTY the entire time and I had even questioned during my first inquiry to him... Not sure what all of that was about, but definitely makes me not want to return...

Garlic knots are amazing and the crust is prefect. A little pricey but you get your money's worth for sure. Highly recommend Oggi's.

The 5 cheese pizza was out of this world! It was greasy but that's what happens when you cram thin crust with hat much cheese. Delish! I also got Mediterranean salad with substituted shrimp. They gave me a garlic knots with it! For someone who would rather play it safe and go something reliable, I made a great decision. Thank you!

My Personal Favorite Locations to eat and one of the best places to have an amazing meal.
The pizza alone is why I love this place.
Hand made dough that actually has flavor, there is no comparison.
I highly recommend the Large "World Series"
You will thank me for my input later.
Service is always amazing.
Great for family outings, groups or simply to grab lunch.
