I had an amazing stay at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-tier — warm, professional, and truly attentive. The staff made me feel welcome and taken care of the entire time.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt luxurious, and every detail in the room showed quality and care. The hotel itself is elegant and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy Beverly Hills while still feeling like you’re in a peaceful retreat. I also loved the atmosphere throughout the property — classy, relaxing, and upscale without feeling stuffy. Everything ran smoothly, and you can really feel the high standard that Four Seasons is known for. This was more than just a hotel stay — it felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I first visited Beverly Wilshire because I was invited there for a meeting with a potential client, back when money was very tight for me. Just eating at the restaurant was financially difficult. After I finished the meeting (which got me my first client), I tried to pay the valet and he refused to take my money. He said I didn't need to pay because I was a VIP. Not only did he help me, he did it in a way that made me feel good about myself when I needed it. I've come back to your hotel for several meetings since then because of how much that experience meant.

Everyone in the restaurant and valet is so wonderful. Thank you very much for many great experiences.

This is a fabulous hotel. Filled with heritage, an impressive property and great location at the end of Rodeo Drive. I’ve stayed here a few times and the standard is consistently high. The rooms are a bit dated but they are very comfortable, well maintained and generous in size. I highly recommend it if you want to be in Beverly Hills and want to experience the best of LA.

I stayed 4 nights at the Beverly Wilshire and it was my worst Four Seasons experience. From arrival, service felt inattentive, I came alone with three bags and no one assisted with the door or luggage, despite multiple staff at the front desk and concierge.
The room was spacious but definitely dated. The biggest issue was how my rate extension was handled. Due to an East Coast snowstorm, my flight was canceled and I needed to extend two nights. The front desk told me my room was available and they could extend me at my current rate and instructed me to have AMEX call to process it. But once AMEX conferenced in, the hotel reversed course and said they couldn’t honor the rate, quoting nearly $700 extra for two nights. A manager reiterated there was “nothing they could do,” which felt unacceptable given the earlier commitment and availability.
To make matters worse, the next day, while I was checking out the manager called to say they could now extend me at my original rate. By then, I’d already moved my stay elsewhere (Proper Hotel Santa Monica - lovely). Overall, poor communication and customer service, definitely not the standard I expect from Four Seasons. Next time in Beverly Hills, I’ll be staying at the Peninsula.

This hotel is just done right. The location is unbeatable; right on Rodeo Drive, but somehow it still feels calm and private once you’re inside.

Service is genuinely excellent. Not overbearing, not robotic, just people who pay attention and make things easy. You feel taken care of without having to ask for much.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which matters more than anything in LA. The bed was great, the bathroom was big, and everything felt polished without trying too hard.

The lobby and common areas have that old-Hollywood feel without being dated, and the pool area is relaxed and discreet. It never feels chaotic or touristy.

The suite is spacious, and has a spacious balcony.

If you’re staying in Beverly Hills and want something classic, comfortable, and properly luxurious, this is it.

Excellent food. Excellent service by our waiter. They did end up over-cooking my husband’s steak. Once it was pointed out to them they did not argue and they took it away for a redo. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive until the rest of us had pretty much finished our food. But they comped the cost of the steak as well as some of the side dishes. So… Given that mistakes can happen at pretty much any restaurant, for me, a measure of the restaurant quality is in how they respond. This restaurant get an A+ from me for how they dealt with the issue as well as the very hospitable yet non-intrusive staff, and the food - mmmmm.

Fun place for dinner with friends. The steaks are incredible and the staff gives excellent service. One of my favorite places. Make sure to arrive a little early and have a drink at the bar.

Came here for drinks. Tried the black mojito and pretty woman. Drinks were ok but at that price point I expected them to wow me.

The people hanging out at this bar were the worst kind of people, but that just may be who the Beverly Wilshire attracts. The one redeeming quality was the live music which made for a pleasant atmosphere (if you could ignore the sense of entitlement eminating from nearly everyone around you)

We looked forward to returning to the Blvd Lounge after five years. Before we even sat down, my elderly mother was side swiped by a fast moving waiter, who was oblivious to his assault.
Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. We were looking forward to sharing the beet salad and the mangeco cheese and fig sandwich.
The sandwich was extremely dry and jammy and the salad was the most awful presentation and unappetizing I ever seen.
The waiter offered an alternative, so we ordered the veggie flatbread, which was just as unappetizing. Thick heavy dough and limited veggies.

I doubt I will return unless it's for a drink but not for lunch

Great food.

The waiter kept on selling food we didn't need. Examples of his question:
- wheat or sourdough bread?
- orange juice or coffee?
- bacon or fries?

Afterwards, we found out they were all a la carte.

Enjoyed the food. Don't mind the price. Not liking the tricky way of selling food.

Excellent food with a great view from the patio. A little pricey but fair for the area. Menu is very small but each item is very well crafted and filled with fresh ingredients.

There are so many great Italian places to eat but Il Fornaio is always the most consistent for grilled seafood, handmade pasta and beautiful desserts. My parents always loved the vibe and freshly baked bread. We were there yesterday and had great food, great service and a new dessert that was amazing! The Spumoni ice cream. I don't what they did to it but it was phenomenal!! Going back soon!!

Good place for a pizza or any pasta bowl. Seating by the kitchen is fun when alone. Street tables are not really comfortable.

The food was amazing. I love the pizza here. Also the Ceasers salad is great too. A bit expensive since i can get the same food at a much cheaper place though.
