    The staff were very nice. Parking space is not enough, 2 cars have to parking together. My daughter got a bite on her face, not sure it was misquote or something else.

    The area was too scary. Was not about to show up there at 2:30am. Ended up staying somewhere else.

    The personnel was friendly and professional. I even left my laptop power cord at home and the desk agent lent me hers to charge my computer.

    One thing, they need to use a different freshener on the carpet. It didn't smell the best. However, I would definitely stay there again.

    Everything excellent, the room had a great size, the staff is really nice, and the breakfast was good and complete, the hotel has the amenities clan and complete. I don't recommend walking around the hotel, especially at night, but the area is generally quiet.

    The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The neighborhood had the amenities I needed.

    Bedding was stiff and super noisy. Anytime kids moved it woke everyone up. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and could feel EVERY SINGLE SPRING. We had to put couch cushions under the sheets on the bed to provide any sort of padding.

    Breakfast was good and perfect before our universal trip.

    The food was okay, not bad. Staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I would stay there again. We spent the day at Universal and also visited Warner Bros.. The Comfort Inn was a good place for rest, showers and breakfast.

    Very clean! The room with a jetted tub was amazing; huge room that was sparkly clean. Yummy breakfast and kind staff.

    This hotel is located on Lankershim and about a 20-minute walk to North Hollywood station. There is, however, a bus station outside the hotel.

    The receptionist didn't greet us very warmly and felt like we were inconveniencing him whenever we asked for clarification.

    The room was clean, though it didn't offer many amenities other than soap. There is a CVS nearby if you need to purchase body wash and shampoo.

    I would recommend hotels on the other side of Lankershim if you can afford it but this one was decent and comfortable.

    Clean & spacious room. But hotel feel dated. Heater has loud voice, feedback to receptionist and he said hotel is going to upgrade new one.
