The hotel was perfect for our little family of 5. The room was cozy with a living room separated from the bedroom (loved the door for privacy reasons). The morning breakfast is another plus of this hotel.
The only complaint I have is that the hotel charged us more than the rate per our trip.com’s booking. We were told to deal with trip.com ourselves. According to our booking, the rate that we are supposed to pay is RM1677.52 with USD30 to be settled @ the hotel upon check out. But the hotel charged us USD 576.41 instead which translates to around RM670 more that what’s listed in our bookings. This is my 1st time booking a hotel stay with trip.com. I usually use *********** and under ***********, what’s listed is what we usually paid. Hope someone from Trip.com will contact me and clarifies.

The hotel is large, the suites are spacious, clean and sanitary, the breakfast is rich (cereal, bread, milk, fruit, juice, scrambled eggs, sausages, no Chinese food), there is a luggage scale at the door, the airport bus is available 24 hours a day (every 15-30 minutes, free), and it is very close to the airport car rental company, a 15-minute walk.
Most of the front desk staff and staff are black, as are most of the guests. Everyone is very friendly and safe, and there are not too many Chinese staying. The only thing is that the parking fee is expensive, $60 a night, you can park by yourself, and I didn’t see valet parking. I didn’t find other cheap parking lots nearby.
It’s close to the airport, and the sound of planes taking off and landing is relatively frequent.

Nice breakfast but fruits easily run out during our stay. Airport shuttle, at first we struggle finding the shuttle because there is no label or name of the hotel written on the bus. Convient airport location but expect some noise from the airport (or the plane). One of the black man staff in the lobby is rude but the rest are very nice and accommodating, this is during our stay. Love “Winnie” AI robot.

This hotel is convenient for connecting flights. The toilet was clogged when I checked in. No one repaired it at 10 o'clock at night. They waited for an hour before telling me that I was off work and then changed rooms for us at 12 o'clock. It was very inefficient. Secondly, parking is very expensive. . .

Pros: Close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus, the room is large, the bed is very comfortable and soft, and the pillows are not too high, which is very good. There is a balcony!
Disadvantages: Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Remember to bring your own. It's a bit noisy near the road.

Near the airport. Poor sound insulation of windows. During the night, we kept hearing the plane take off. Poor sleeping.
Others were good. There are free shuttle buses to the airport and charged laundry for guests.

It's better than I imagined, and it's a hotel with a relatively low price among the star hotels around the airport. But it is not much different from the nearby Hilton, and it is better than the diagonal Four Points. The price of Four Points is actually above this hotel. I liked to order Four Points before because it was close to Budget (maybe 30 meters), but this one is actually far from Budget (maybe only 20 meters). The room is also relatively large, just like the name of the hotel, it is a suite. Breakfast is complimentary breakfast, which is considered free breakfast, in the middle of the lobby on the first floor. I think this hotel deserves to stay again.

Decent place to grab a quick drink before heading out. I only had a quick bite there one night and it was pretty tasty. The staff is very friendly.

The food is perfect. There is no need to go anywhere else. It is better than most stand alone restaurants and outdoes Chop everyday plus Sunday. have the Roasted Salmon or the Flat Iron Steak. When you order ask them to make you some garlic mash on the side. The wine list is good too. Now I am hungry.

My husband and I had the opportunity to have a buffet breakfast at 96 Street Bistro while staying at the Los Angeles Renaissance Hotel. The restaurant is located to the right as you enter the Renaissance Hotel lobby area. The breakfast buffet offers an array of fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, fresh breads and pastries among other standard continental options. For those of us who like to have omelets for breakfast, the chef did a great job preparing one of my favorites, an egg white veggie omelet. The food was fresh and nicely displayed. Though the restaurant is not very large, it did not seem overly crowded. The servers were all very friendly, polite, kept our drinks filled, and came by often to check on us. A huge plus in my book! While 96 Street Bistro is comprised mostly with tables and chairs, there are also a few booths located toward the back of the restaurant.
The Renaissance Hotel has a very stylish contemporary décor with ambient lighting in the lobby area. This theme is reflected in the restaurant as well, and lends a colorful and fun aspect to the room.
I would recommend 96 Street Bistro for a very satisfying buffet breakfast.

Walked in for a coffee and the employee was very rude, he just threw the coffee he dont listen me askung for cream n sugar, actually he pretended that he dint listen and was too rude.

This place is very clean and the workers at a time I was here they ware friendly. It is beyond. The store to deny entrance to anybody. Remember this is a fast food store. Not the Astoria Hotel. If you don't like to see homeless people and taxi drivers this is not the place for you. MtG

Prices are inflated.... probably for being close to the airport. A crispy chicken meal is 9.99... and the sandwich alone is over $7... for those prices I was expecting the place to be much cleaner than it was. All the tables had crumbs. .. no to mention the restroom was iffy looking.
