Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Incorrect orders, not very friendly staff, no peach tranquility tea.

Wasn't the best service, but everyone has bad days. Spent a long time waiting for 2 drinks. Wasn't just me there was some other people that had mentioned them taking a while. Oh well drink was good lol

VERY POOR customer service. Asked for a pour over grande decaf coffee since they didn't have decaf brewing. They totally forgot about it. The "shift lead" Jason said it wasn't his fault that he didn't make it because he didn't know. Then they made a tall. We had already been waiting for 12 minutes and we were the only customers and I didn't want to wait even longer for them to redo the pour over. By then the frapp that I ordered to take home was melting. I asked to just have the tall but asked for a refund since we had to wait so long. Jason gave me the refund and refused to give us the tall pour over that they already had made. Even though they were just going to throw it away. He was more concerned about being stubborn and being vindictive, really, than give us the drink as an apology for the long wait. I KNOW this is not Starbucks standard. I ended up asking him to remake the frapp since it had melted and at first he refused to do so saying that I should have drank it...to which I replied that it was for my son who was at home waiting for it. He finally agreed to remake it, after arguing with me yet again, with an attitude and then passed it to another barista to redo it AGAIN when I told him that he was not supposed to put frapp roast in a creme frapp. I LOVE Starbucks. I LOVE everything they stand for. This experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. VERY POOR representation of the Starbucks EXTRAORDINARY customer service.

The service was decent not great but not bad either. The employees seemed to have checked out. My burrito seemed like it was on a diet, very thin. I will not be returning here again.

I came here twice while we had our vacation at Disneyland. The first time was at night as soon as we got there some... less fortunate guy came up to the car, asked for money and when I said no he asked if he could use my phone I said no again. He was mad, so we left. The next morning we went again no rude guy outside so that was nice. I went to wash my hands and some guy was... cleaning himself at the sink. The sight, the odor made me loose my appetite.
