The staff are really friendly. The hotel is very clean and is particularly close to the airport, only a 5-minute walk to the terminal building.

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the airport. I also enjoyed the free shuttle ride to and from the airport. The onsite amenities were awesome! The restaurant and coffee shop were an added bonus!

The room was awful. The curtains were different sizes. They were a mauve color with huge bleach stains all over. The toilet was dirty. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The shower was extremely small with no pressure. The toilet kept flushing itself all night. Wallpaper was peeling off. The carpet was damp and smelled musty.The light fixtures had corrosion all over them. We went to the restaurant and the menu was ok but around the dining area was filthy. Carpet was peeling back. Dirt and grime along the bottom of the windows. They acknowledged us as reward members and gave us that crappy room. Oh...and the cookies were stale. I will never stay at a doubletree again.

Staff was rude, I checked in at midnight and the female that was front desk was rude, the transportation guy was in a bad mood as well.
