Very beautiful villas, green and nice with a few pools and hammocks. It is far from city center and no access to the beach directly, if you would like just walk out and explore, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach and to the city center every other hour (sometimes two hours), otherwise for a lazy weekend - just perfect.

The hotel offers valet parking. You'll need to hand over your car to an attendant at the lobby entrance upon arrival, and hotel staff will also retrieve it for you when you're ready.

The room is normal, the price/performance ratio is average, and the cleaning is OK

We celebrated our anniversary in key west, and what really made it memorable was our stay at parrot key. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious clean and with great views! There's lots of green and plants everywhere which make the experience feel like a resort. The four pools made it feel like it was never crowded and gave it a more private experience. The front desk was wonderful, room was good, pool area very nice. The problem was the cleaning crew. We wanted to stay until checkout at 11:00, as our flight didn’t leave until 2:30. At 10:00, two cleaning ladies with their cart parked directly outside our window, constantly looking into our window, just waiting for us to leave. We were extremely uncomfortable! No one likes to be watched from a peeping...

The Blue Flamingo is perfectly fine/average in all categories. As such, it is extemely overpriced (particularly for the outdated room furniture and bathrooms). The website photos portray it as more upmarket than it actually is. One oversight with the room set up... only 3 bath towels for the 4 guests. Otherwise it's fine.

The hotel's location was perfect, however the cleanliness needs improvement.

The room is a bit small. I chose a sea view room. In fact, the room is separated from the sea by a road, South 1, which is a bit far from the beach, and the traffic is very noisy. It is not as quiet as the pool view room. It is the hotel's own internal swimming pool with a good environment. The hotel kept reducing the price after booking, and it was still reducing after the free cancellation period...

The entire staff was professional, courteous and prompt. The room maintenance person was exceptional. The room itself was very nice. My only negative was the overall lack of maintenance with the grounds. There was not enough pool lounge chairs and the umbrellas were all broken. Also, the landscaping needs some work. Overall I would rate this resort as a 3.5. Not quite a 4 but more than a 3.

Waitstaff was friendly, food was excellent.The facility is very dated and in much need of repairs and upgrades. We booked the Presidential 3 bedroom suite for 5 nights. When we arrived they said the elevator in our building did not work. Our room was on the second floor so you’d think they would make some adjustment to our room rate… Nope. We asked if they had another suite in another building… Nope...

We had the most relaxing time in a long while in our four days stay. Great place, not too busy enough people, but not too many. Room was small and lacked seating. Shower was extremely cramped. Sore was not resort like and offered little service or amenities.

Fantastic beach resort stay. My kids loved the pool, and the restaurant was very good (though expensive). The suite was ideal for our family -- once the kids were asleep the grownups could enjoy drinks on the balcony.

The resort was nice overall. The room was a little dated and walls are thin. Could here all rooms around us. To turn on shower it was cumbersome, either move the showerhead or get wet to turn it on because you have to get into shower to turn it on, food was good but rather expensive. Staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. Location was beautiful and close to a activities we enjoy. Ocean front room was perfect. Rain shower water pressure was amazing!

The hotel continue to charge my account every night for the room even though it’s was paid in full through ******* . Every time I confront the front desk they said they fix the problem and the charges will be dropped. And I’m still waiting for the dropped charges . Something should be done for the losses

Service was okay. Tip added to bill automatically and made it seem like there was complacency in service. Coffee was refilled slowly. Also like every other place in the keys, was did the resort fee actually get you?

The hotel is right on the beach, had all the amenities and walking distance from Duvall street and Mallory square. Sunsets were beautiful

The hotel has its own small pier where you can go out to sea and ride jet skis. It's also convenient for swimming. The seawater is excellent, and your skin will feel smooth after swimming. The restaurant is also quite good.

The room was OK, but it smelled a bit like disinfectant when I first entered. Everything else was good, but I slept from 9 to 12 at night, and suddenly the alarm clock under the TV cabinet in the hotel room rang and woke me up. When you check in to the hotel, before going to bed, you can check the alarm clock in the room to see if it is set as an alarm.

The hotel was clean and quiet and all of the staff were friendly. The marina is great with a lot of different activities. We will definitely be returning to The Perry.

The pool is beautiful, the walls are a little thin and we could hear the room next to us puking in the am. But other than that it was a great stay. The staff from day to night is super helpful and friendly and they offer a shuttle the runs until 10:30 to Duval. The restaurant on site is okay but there is great restaurants in walking distance

It was a nice place and the staff was super nice. The Champagne was a nice touch. Room had a few older things that need fixing but no big deal.

Rooms need to be quieter lots of noise from hall and next door food menu needs more options and lower prices

Hotel lobby was very nice. Room was clean, but very outdated and old, furnishings need replaced. The entire stay their was a "sewer" type odor, not sure if that is just the water in Key West or what, but would not stay here again. Not what was expected from a Hilton hotel. Spend a little of the super high pricing in the Key West area to refurbish the rooms.

There are rooms with balconies, and the hotel is located right in front of a main road, so you’ll hear traffic, roosters, and sirens throughout the day. The fitness center is spacious and offers a good variety of equipment for solid workouts. Quick trip to Key West and Hilton Garden Inn did not disappoint! Room was spotless. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Tricky part was turning into the facility. Little confusing. La Concha is a very nice Hotel, located in a great spot on Duval St, accessible to whatever you may want to do while in Key West. Yes the breakfast were fresh . The room serves was not good two days of my stay had to call for room service and go to the front desk for service . Do not agree with the $30.00 charge to my account and if I do not use daily I am charged away did not know went I book will not use your hotel any more.

The hotel reception and lobby was under massive construction during our trip. We were not aware of this and probably wouldn’t have booked had we known. The noise and confusion was not ideal given the cost per night. Given the location and other amenities though I would consider booking again assuming the construction is complete

This hotel is under construction on their front part of the building. Very noisy and dusty. Room is so so. Don’t like the bathroom that has louvered doors facing the beds which is lacking of privacy. Staff is nice.

For my graduation trip the Coconut Mallory resort was a sweet quaint little get away in the FL Keys. Quaint, nostalgic downtown vibe but removed from the chaotic downtown area, which is only a few minutes drive away. We had a studio, which was perfect for the two of us. There are some minor repairs that need to be done - like broken towel hooks. Overall a great place to call home while exploring Key West if you don't mind driving to area attractions. Great place with its own bar and 2 well kept pools. The location is pretty far from most things so it is quiet which is nice but you probably need a car or be prepared to use ride share every day. Biking to Duval is doable but probably a 30 minute bike ride which is a bit long when it's hot outside.

My in-laws have a time share here so we are sometimes able to come down here with them. This place is great! Great spacious, comfortable rooms. A hurricane decimated the place a few years ago but they did a great job rebuilding it and it looks better than before! We loved staying here and will definitely be back. Great location near to Duval Street. Booked Winslow's Bungalows for a long weekend with my husband and two of our friends. Our stay was absolutely amazing! We absolutely loved the hotel! The house was classic Key west, so spotless, the staff was fantastic, the tortises and birds were definately entertaining, the pool was heavenly and being greeted with a glass of Proscuitta definately started the vacation off perfectly. We will definately be back!!

Wonderful property for those who appreciate a well maintained and decorated historic home. Parking is great, Free and they have an overflow lot next door so always had a spot during our stay. Very friendly staff. Street is busy and you can hear cars passing so if you want a completely quiet location this might be a concern to some but we didn’t mind a bit! Highly recommend!

Great stay at La Pensione Inn We had an amazing stay at La Pensione Inn. The rooms were clean, comfortable and amazingly well decorated. For an old house it didn’t even have a squeaky floor board. The bathroom was also spotless. The pool and breakfast were also enjoyable.

Great Location! Great location in walking distance to Duval and southernmost point. Staff is extremely accommodating and very kind. The house is adult only and remodeled. There is a sparkling clean and private pool, plus parking (which can be hard to come by or expensive in Key West). The breakfast is great, the only thing is you have to cross the street. We always like to stay here.

Nice Victorian B & B Great breakfast, accommodations, pool. The AC had gone out so the hotel staff had a portable unit in the room. It cooled ok but was loud, running the entire time. They did offer us another room that was multi-level but we didn’t really want to have stairs in the room. Hopefully the AC will be fixed before the next guest's stay.

Very expensive but also very convenient to everything. Walking distance to everywhere. The rooms were nice. The bathroom shower tile needs some "Scrubbing Bubbles" spray to get rid of the mold. This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Good location on a quiet street, but not far away from all the fun spots. Very very clean and has this awesome home feel. Stayed here recently the room was ok but things are in a state of being run down. They had mini splits in the rooms at one point but they died . So A.C. is now window shakers not sized for the room and takes half the night to cool down. Not only that the thing has black mold all in the vent supply. A friendly staff but again only makes up to so much for the run down conditions. Bathroom had mold in...

This place was way over priced ($450 nightly) for what it offered, styrofoam cups in the room, a buffet breakfast with small choices, long walk to reception, No restaurant, no bar, definitely NOT for the elderly.  It’s a typical Fairfield MOTEL,  nothing to write home about, far too expensive, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I had a hard time locating the hotel because the address is N. Roosevelt, but the entrance to the hotel is after the road becomes S. Roosevelt. He lacks professionalism because he kept leaving his front desk area and left a long waiting queue at 4pm which is the time they only allow us to check in.
