The Amish Hotel has a very warm and considerate front desk. The interior environment is elegant and comfortable, and the hygiene is excellent. The interior decoration is very distinctive and it's a great value for the price.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the central air conditioning was very convenient and quiet – much better than most hotels in the US which have individual, noisy air conditioners. Breakfast included wolf cookies, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausages, and fruit, which was quite good. A very pleasant hotel experience.

I highly recommend this hotel! The check-in staff greeted me warmly. The room was large, new and very clean. The breakfast was quite rich and the waffles were delicious. It was also quite close to Siesta Beach.

The room is large, well-arranged, clean and the service is good. It seems to be related to the Amish, but I don't know if it is managed by the Amish. It is not far from the most beautiful beach. Recommended! !

We stayed at the Carlisle Inn in late March to be close to the Orioles' Spring Training. It was perfectly located, and the Inn and staff made the trip an absolutely wonderful experience. From the minute we walked in the door, the peaceful atmosphere and friendly face of Janet and her staff made it clear that we were honored guests, treated with kindness and courtesy and care. If we have occasion to be in the area next year for the games, we will absolutely stay here again. The afternoon cookies and free breakfast are very well done, the rooms are spacious, and the pool is inviting. What more could we ask for?

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and service of this hotel. The price point was very reasonable considering it is in central Sarasota (10 min from downtown). The facilities and room were very clean. Free parking and breakfast! The breakfast buffet was included and was fresh and tasty with multiple options - eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, etc and a variety of juices plus coffee. The staff was super accommodating and very friendly.

This was one of my best hotel experiences. The hotel is very clean, quiet and nice. It is only a few years old. All of the furniture is high quality and built by the Amish. I felt very at peace there. You can learn a little about the Amish while you are there. The front desk staff are very nice. The breakfast is good, I liked the baked oatmeal and apple donuts. And there are free cookies in the evening and the pool is heated.

Really really nice hotel! We have never seen a hotel as clean as the Carlisle! Every single member of the hotel staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet area and lovely pool area. Pool area was overwhelming with amount of Amish but the hotel IS located in the middle of an Amish community. Not far from several beaches. Breakfast was good but could have used some fresh fruit!
