Do not be put off by the dark check in area and the somewhat tired, old and shabby looking furniture in the guest area. This place is great!! service was fantastic, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a room on the top floor and had great views of the beach and the sea and the bays beyond Diamond Head. For what they charge it was excellent value. Will go again.

Our room was remodeled but that could not make up for the dirtiness and shabby quality overall. There was no nightstand, or bedside light. the air conditioner, was so high up we could barely reach it and additionally it didn't work. If you are used to living in a frat house or college dorm than maybe it would be fine but for the cost, it's better to stay in a regular hotel and forego the kitchenette.

Stayed at an air bnb, service at the security desk was great, and the amenities the hotel offers are awesome. Pool and hot tub quite nice and never too busy to use. Barbecues that are available to use were great too since we didn't have an over and had a very small kitchen

Gorgeous views of the Mauka (mountain side) day and night. Upgraded to a suite which was more than enough space for two. Felt like home as this is a residential condo as well with a little kitchen and living room area. Best part was the views since it was a corner suite we got views of the city with open windows and a patio right from the bedroom showing partial ocean views. Definitely staying there again, can't beat the price as well ?

Pool, gym, sauna, hot tub. Good security. Really nice views. Very central Waikiki. You can walk anywhere from here. Lots of floors. Don't lose your keys.

Disgusting filthy rooms. We had one of the renovated ones and it was just filthy. Bed frame had thick coating of dust. Curtains and bedsheets were stained. Carpets have not been vacuumed. Bathroom was tiny and disgusting. The view was nice but completely ruined by the constant smell of cigarettes at all hours of the day. Mold all over the balcony ceiling. I could go on but this place isn't worth my time to review any further. Just picture the dirtiest hotel in your city and this is it in Honolulu. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Stay away!!!! roaches everywhere. My first room had 2 roaches then I was given another room with roaches, just stay away. The guy who was helping me was nice tho.

It's alright. We don't hate it but definitely don't love it. We wouldn't choose to stay here again. The sliding door to balcony doesn't keep out any noise, so we constantly hear sirens, wind, cars, people at the pool, etc. Our room is also right next to a garbage chute... I think there are 42 floors, and we are on the 11th floor, so it gets pretty loud when people throw garbage down. There's a window from the bathroom to the room, so if you turn the light on, it lights up the room. Not so great for going to the bathroom at night if you don't want to wake everyone else up, especially our baby. Pillows aren't very comfy at all. AC unit is super loud. It does seem pretty clean, and the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and bar of soap are nice for hotel stuff (it's Hawaiian Tropic brand).
