I stayed for several days in a row, and I wouldn't really recommend it. We had a balcony room with a partial ocean view, and the sea was quite beautiful on a nice day. However, the biggest issue with this hotel is how incredibly noisy it is due to the constant flow of people. If your room isn't on a high enough floor, you'll be facing the third-floor pool downstairs, and in the afternoons, the hotel...
Great location, ocean view, and convenient!  Large rooms, with balcony.
This is my 4th time in Hawaii, and my 3rd stay at this hotel. Overall, the experience has been great. The only minor issue is the noticeable noise when doors open and close, but all in all, it's a very good hotel.
Location is good. Rooms are clean. Wiew is very nice. Swimmin pools are very small; not very affective. Housekeepers very kind. Luggage department very helpful. Tour prices extemely high.
Our room had beautiful ocean view and diamond head view which was exactly as I booked. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay.
The room was clean. The only things missing were toothbrushes, slippers, and Wi-Fi. From the room, you could see a partial view of Waikiki Beach, which was still very beautiful.

I booked a city view room, but it was on the side of the beach, so I could still see the ocean from the balcony. You could say it was a partial sea view. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area which was convenient. However, the shower and bathtub were combined and felt a bit cramped and inconvenient, but it was manageable. The soundproofing was quite poor; even...
Great location, right across from Waikiki Beach, which is super convenient if you want to enjoy the sand. It's also walkable to luxury stores, though it's a bit of a distance. The room amenities are typical of an old-school American hotel. The shower curtain in the tub is hard to use. The lower floors are incredibly noisy; you absolutely need earplugs to sleep, otherwise, the poor soundproofing will...
It was okay, pretty old staff was nice
The room was spacious, but the facilities were a bit old, though complete and clean. The location was convenient for getting around, and the view was lovely. The buffet was also great and met expectations, it was just very crowded!
Perfect Location for every where. Shopping mall, Food, Beach, It little bit old facilities, but good service.
Very nice and clean and perfect oceanview

The oceanfront room offered a truly beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled lovely, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The access was also excellent. I'd love to stay here again.
Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there...
The stay was great, lovely staff!! We celebrated are 10 year anniversary and had the best time
I've stayed at three hotels in Hawaii, and this one was the cleanest. The room size was a bit smaller compared to other hotels, but it was fine. Since it was Christmas, they were giving out hot chocolate in the lobby, which was delicious. It's very close to the beach, and the pool is nice and pretty, but for beach equipment rentals, you have to go to a place quite a distance away, not the hotel itself...
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location was super convenient. I loved the beautiful view from the balcony. My only complaint is that the soundproofing in the room wasn't very good.
Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Getting around is also a breeze. Since this hotel just opened in 2025, the facilities are still in great condition.
Very good and historical hotel, but needing some reforms. Banyan rooms are really, really small and generically old. Also, these rooms don’t have a balcony…
Nice room, but the front desk was terrible.
Perfect location. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Great breakfast but should have included in package. Daily charge very expensive. Naive about the daily resort charge which made it a very expensive stay, you’re not made aware until check out. Great holiday though. Will be back but better prepared for hidden charges
Perfect experience for our stay
Hotel staff very friendly, nice, maintained cleaned, lots of people coming and going. Pools close at 6pm Feet away from actual beach .. ocean water very WARM, FRESH feeling. Balcony was closed due to “safety reasons” -sucked If you walk/drive down towards HONOLULU ZOO there’s actual MAN MADE rock boarder .. where KIDS can swim freely … WAVES BLOCKED BY ROCKS. Very close to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can see the sea from the elevator lobby on the guest floors, and enjoy a partial city and mountain view from the room. Services like parking and housekeeping were prompt. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the small garden outside the restaurant was lovely, and the dining environment was comfortable.
Not bad, but still a bit different from hotels in China. Make sure to book a sea view, otherwise it's not worth it.
Amazing hotel location for the price! 5 minutes walk to the beach, big rooms, lovely queen size beds, and there were so many free services and lessons for the Christmas season. You can borrow a free surf board / beach chair and all, which is really useful considering the ridiculous prices for their rental at the beach! We stayed here for 11 nights and loved our stay. Huge shoutout to Magdalena for...
The hotel location is located one block from the beach. Room is dated
Clean, great service and rooms have a fantastic view. Real close to Waikiki Beach so you're never short of things to do!

It was pretty good. It really is a beachfront room with decent service. The only thing I remember about breakfast was the pancakes.
Great location, very close to the convention center and Waikiki is also not far. The soundproofing is excellent, and the price is very good value for money for Hawaii! The hotel's breakfast is also quite good.
Convenient location, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was also good!
There were no vegetables with the meal, but otherwise, it was very satisfying!
The hotel has a parking lot, a small gym, and a swimming pool, all fully equipped. There's even a small microwave in the room, which is quite convenient for heating up food. Shell and Foodhall are right next door, and it's less than a 5-minute drive away. Since it's a newly opened hotel this year, everything looks very new and clean, and it was indeed very well cleaned. I decided to spend my birthday in Hawaii and stayed at the Prince hotel which was amazing. I absolutely loved it there and I would go back and stay there again.
An excellent stay at price Waikīkī, we booked a twin ocean view room (bonus with this hotel is that all rooms face the ocean to some extent). Room was cleaned to an excellent standard everyday. Location is at the end of what we called the ‘Waikīkī strip’ close the the mall and the beach. Not the hotels fault but a balcony would have made this hotel a 5 star plus!!!
Location is good. Clean & quiet room. Suggest to add more chairs at poolside and more activities. Overall is great will back again!
I specially booked this hotel to watch the fireworks on Friday. The location is really a plus, and it is very close to the fireworks beach. The sea view room has a good view. Outside the window is the yacht dock, and there is the sea in the distance. The night atmosphere is full. Next to it is the Hilton Resort. The surrounding environment is very comfortable. There is also the largest outlet nearby...
Very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located for shopping, and the infinity pool is stunning. Unlike other resorts that are often packed with kids, this one is more suitable for adults, and perfect for business travelers or couples.
Location is great and near to Ala Moana Mall, beach park etc. Room is spacious and our room offers stunning view during sunset. Honolulu Coffee at the lobby is our favourite go-to for coffee & sandwiches.

Wonderful historic hotel right on Waikiki Beach. Everything was perfect, except the outside windows that haven't been cleaned for a while and which makes the room a bit darker :( And the swimming pool is extremely small and not heated so mid-January I couldn't go in.
This my dream resort, but to be honest for the amount we paid, that’s nothing so special. Sorry. It’s an old and heritage resort but well kept. The bathroom not really good . Pool not good too. Maybe for this amount can can many resort out there.

Prime location in Waikiki, a pink castle-like hotel right on the beach – perfect for a relaxing family vacation!
Hotel chosen for our honeymoon, what can I say Fantastic, for me it is the most beautiful resort in Hawaii because it has history and inside you can breathe the scent of this amazing archipelago. Thank you for everything! Mahalo and see you soon!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Waikiki. Even though we had a city view room, we could still see Waikiki Beach clearly from our lanai! We also enjoyed some relaxing time by the poolside, which was right in front of the beach.
The hotel is old and lacks character. The restaurant on the first floor always has long queues, but the food isn't particularly good. The floors are low-ceilinged, the room doors are small, and the shower is tiny. The mattress is too soft. The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy. The swimming pool is also extremely small. Overall, it's hard to recommend it. Several hotels in the area have their own...
This hotel was perfect for my trip. [Room] - Spacious - The sink was large. I was able to spread out all my amenities. I brought folding hangers but didn't use them. I was able to easily fit three inflatable...
The hotel is located on Waikiki Commercial Street, next to the beach. There is direct access to the beach from the swimming pool. There are many commercial restaurants and shops around, which is very convenient. The room is relatively large, the room type is a bit old, the overall hygiene is good, and the price can be a little cheaper.
Absolutely best location ever . Stayed here twice and it was good experience .
I will definitely stay at this hotel when I come to Hawaii! There are only a few hotels on the beach! I can spend the whole day by the pool!

I had to call maintenance to fix an error with the security box and ended up tipping them. The next day, the fire alarm blared loudly for about 10 minutes for no reason, and it kept ringing even after I called the front desk. The same maintenance guy showed up with replacement batteries, but it still didn't work. He took it away and returned 15 minutes later with another person. It seems like a common...
Being on the second floor, the music from the lobby echoed until late at night, which was a real shame. The location, however, is great and makes it easy to get anywhere.
My husband and I went on a trip to celebrate his 60th birthday. We had only briefly mentioned our trip plans in our prior communication, and yet, they surprised us with a box of chocolates! Everyone made us feel so celebrated, and it truly created wonderful memories. We will definitely be back again! And the location, needless to say, is absolutely perfect.
Well located hotel close to Wakiki beach. Staff very helpful with lots of options for food and entertainment in the facility and close by. Room comfortable with the partial ocen views advertised and great sunsets. The only downside was being told to come back at 3pm for checkin on arrival!
The location is absolutely perfect, no complaints there! It's also conveniently close to shopping and the beach, so no issues at all. I didn't have any meals at the hotel, so I can't comment on that, but the acai bowl I bought for breakfast at the bar/restaurant near the front desk was incredibly delicious! You should definitely try it.
It's right in front of the Royal Hawaiian. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything great but your book seems not to be appreciated. For example, I got a lot of pleasure and goodies when I book from Amex travel site.
Great location, 2 minutes walk from all the nice designer stores and lovely food places. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well maintained, beds are comfortable. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing, we were lucky we could enjoy the tortoises from the infinity pool. Stayed 4 nights for thanksgiving, we would definitely go back to Sheraton Waikīkī Beach
Staff at House keeping, pool and restaurant are very friendly
Suggest everyone to pay more attention to the air conditioning in your room especially the machine noise, my aircon was extremely old accompanied by intolerable loud noise that literally woke me up at auto turn on ( energy saving mode). The hotel's location is great, but the service is really poor, especially the wait for check-in and room assignment. They completely disregard guests' feelings.
I had seen a lot of negative reviews on various platforms before, but I didn't experience any of those issues myself. 1. I checked in earlier than the official time. I stayed one night because I knew I definitely wanted to stay here when I came to Hawaii. The view from the room, the hotel staff's attitude, and the service were all very satisfying. There were Japanese staff members on hand, so I felt at ease and was able to check in on things. I'd definitely like to stay here again.
The room was beautiful! I was pleased with the ocean view. We were also given welcome fruit! There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, so it was easy to walk to anywhere.
The view was great and the room was comfortable. It was also easily accessible, with plenty of things to do within walking distance, like going to see Cirque du Soleil and shopping, so I was able to fully enjoy Waikiki.
First-class service, far exceeding the average American hotel
The best hotel on Waikiki Beach, with a great location and great service. I booked a room with two single beds. The sofa bed can also be opened into a single bed, which is suitable for families with children.
First of all, the location is perfect♪ The view and access are impeccable♪ I made the reservation for my son's family, and they really liked it, so it was worth it. I'd definitely like to use it again the next time I go♪ Thank you very much.

Room was spotless and had more than what was needed for a family of 5. Staff and service were friendly and always available for anything needed. I'll plan future Oahu trips to HHV!
Love the spacious rooms and wonderful staff. Would definitely be coming back!
The sofa bed was missing a comforter and pillow, which I noticed when I was trying to set it up at night. I contacted them via text message and they sent it to me, but it took more than 30 minutes. I wish they had prepared it properly.
On the beach location, great service, clean rooms, many pools, on property parking with easy in and out.
Property layout is very confusing and no clear sign boards. Balcony was very noisy due to air duct exhaust, parking was terrible, it was very far and expensive. Kitchen was very good and house keeping services were excellent. Hillton Grand Islander is very far from the beach almost 10-12 mins walk.

I was very satisfied with the room; it was a good value for the price. The ocean view was fantastic, and the hotel's own beach was perfect for sunbathing, though it wasn't particularly clean for swimming. The service was also excellent, and the staff were very nice.
It's a little far from Waikiki, but there's a gentle breeze that you won't find in Waikiki. Restaurants along the beach are convenient, but personally, I prefer the Italian food.
Beautiful hotel with a nice beach. The only problem is that the breakfast buffet has too few varieties.

Great location, situated in the centre, clean room, nice balcony.
The room was decent, and the price was fair. The location is super convenient for getting around. Bus stops for lines 20 and 42 are just about 100 meters away, offering easy access to the airport.
The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and visiting the beach. They offer complimentary coffee before 9 AM, and overall, it provides good value for money. However, the room we were assigned on our last night was street-facing, which made it incredibly noisy at night, and I didn't get a good night's sleep!

The 2 bed room suite was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and loved the place a lot. The balcony view was great ( partial ocean views). The interiors looked a lot better in person than photos. Washer and dryer was a big plus. Kids loved the pools. Over all excellent experience! Would love to come again.
It was difficult to secure a reservation, as there weren't many rooms available. The staff were all friendly, and the surroundings were pleasant, a bit different from the bustling Waikiki area. I liked it, so next time I visit Hawaii, I'll stay at the Hilton Village.

Pros: The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. The staff were friendly. The facilities were complete. The bedding was comfortable. The balcony was lovely. This was the worse Marriott property I have ever stayed in. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. NONE! The shower was extremely SMALL! Someone who was 250-300 pounds would not have fit in the shower.  Front desk and housekeeping never answered the phone and I called numerous times.  The workers were pleasant but the room I stayed in was sub standard. I will not stay here again.
I went into this reservation with low expectations cause previous reviews have been so bad. Overall, it was fine, but the staff at the front desk did seem not overly excited to help anybody. We had to wait two hours to check in when we got there because something was wrong with the “system“. We were put in the second tower, which only had one elevator and so there was always a long wait for the elevator...
Overall very good hotel and stay, great location perfect for families or those on vacation. Lotta costs but comes with the territory since it’s Hawaii resort costs parking etc can’t really blame the hotel comes with travel to Hawaii similar to Vegas. They make all their money off travel tourism etc but loved our room, the pool, service etc there was a piece of gum on our carpet when we got in that...
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, target, coffee, and the beach. The rooms have paper thin walls and all night we heard noisy people, trucks outside, roosters, etc, it was LOUD! One of our rooms was super hot the whole day.
Great location. Walkable to beaches and shopping. I’m not much of a “shopper” but for all of you shoppers, there’s plenty of action to be had. The nearby beaches are beautiful. But you already knew that. Dedicated ride share spot to wait for your chariot to whisk you around the island. This property is absolutely doable for your Oahu adventures.
Combined business and pleasure trip. Outstanding service from the staff, both at the front desk and the valet guys. Location is fine: easy walk to all the glitz and hustle and bustle of Waikiki (if that is what you are looking for). Pool is surprisingly nice and quiet, even though it's next to the parking lot and there is no view. As for the rooms, I can only comment on our room: bed was comfortable...

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a Waikiki Trolley stop right in front. Despite the affordable price, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathrooms are spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and even accommodated our last-minute request to extend our stay. I'd definitely want to stay here again.
The staff were all so kind and wonderful. The power went out at night, but they handled it without any fuss, which I really appreciated. It's also within walking distance to the beach, and having the ABC Store inside the building was a plus.
The service was great and the location was convenient. Considering the affordable price, it's pretty good if you don't compare it to beachfront hotels. It's a good choice for a stay the day before your flight off the island. Excellent value for money!
Spent 2 nights at Hotel La Croix on Oahu. Arrived quite early; around noon and figured I’d try to see if I could get an early check in.
