The oceanfront room offered a truly beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled lovely, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The access was also excellent. I'd love to stay here again.

Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there...

I've stayed at three hotels in Hawaii, and this one was the cleanest. The room size was a bit smaller compared to other hotels, but it was fine. Since it was Christmas, they were giving out hot chocolate in the lobby, which was delicious. It's very close to the beach, and the pool is nice and pretty, but for beach equipment rentals, you have to go to a place quite a distance away, not the hotel itself...

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location was super convenient. I loved the beautiful view from the balcony. My only complaint is that the soundproofing in the room wasn't very good.

Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful historic hotel right on Waikiki Beach. Everything was perfect, except the outside windows that haven't been cleaned for a while and which makes the room a bit darker :( And the swimming pool is extremely small and not heated so mid-January I couldn't go in.

Prime location in Waikiki, a pink castle-like hotel right on the beach – perfect for a relaxing family vacation!

I stayed here for my very first trip to Hawaii. The hotel was beautifully maintained, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Very good! It is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Although it is not so luxurious, the people and environment here make you feel very comfortable. It is very suitable for vacation. There are shops and a private swimming pool right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The valet parking staff were very nice. Highly recommended.

The location was absolutely superb. Of course, the bathrooms and plumbing showed some signs of age, but that's perfectly acceptable when you consider it's a resort. And the hotel's atmosphere is simply wonderful!

I was very satisfied with the room; it was a good value for the price. The ocean view was fantastic, and the hotel's own beach was perfect for sunbathing, though it wasn't particularly clean for swimming. The service was also excellent, and the staff were very nice.

It's a little far from Waikiki, but there's a gentle breeze that you won't find in Waikiki. Restaurants along the beach are convenient, but personally, I prefer the Italian food.

Had a very satisfying stay. The hotel has a Japanese-style ambiance, and the kitchen facilities are fully equipped. The bathroom is also quite spacious. It's also close to the beach. There's a woman at the hotel lobby who speaks Chinese, which made communication smooth. The service was warm and welcoming. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Great value for money! It's close to the beach, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room has been renovated and is quite clean. However, only two elevators were operating, so waiting for one took a while. Overall, I'd recommend it.

We had to change rooms three times. The first room we were given was right above the garbage disposal, and then they moved us to one facing a construction site, so I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. They just moved us to a slightly better room, but it's right next to the AC unit. I have no idea how tonight will go. It feels like I came to Hawaii just to keep switching rooms!

Always a great stay and option in Waikiki. This hotel suits all and there are a variety of rooms.

Very close to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can see the sea from the elevator lobby on the guest floors, and enjoy a partial city and mountain view from the room. I decided to spend my birthday in Hawaii and stayed at the Prince hotel which was amazing. I absolutely loved it there and I would go back and stay there again.

An excellent stay at price Waikīkī, we booked a twin ocean view room (bonus with this hotel is that all rooms face the ocean to some extent). Room was cleaned to an excellent standard everyday. Location is at the end of what we called the ‘Waikīkī strip’ close the the mall and the beach. Not the hotels fault but a balcony would have made this hotel a 5 star plus!!!

Very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located for shopping, and the infinity pool is stunning. Unlike other resorts that are often packed with kids, this one is more suitable for adults, and perfect for business travelers or couples.

Being on the second floor, the music from the lobby echoed until late at night, which was a real shame. The location, however, is great and makes it easy to get anywhere.

My husband and I went on a trip to celebrate his 60th birthday. We had only briefly mentioned our trip plans in our prior communication, and yet, they surprised us with a box of chocolates! Everyone made us feel so celebrated, and it truly created wonderful memories. We will definitely be back again! And the location, needless to say, is absolutely perfect.

Well located hotel close to Wakiki beach. Staff very helpful with lots of options for food and entertainment in the facility and close by. Room comfortable with the partial ocen views advertised and great sunsets. The only downside was being told to come back at 3pm for checkin on arrival!

The location is absolutely perfect, no complaints there! It's also conveniently close to shopping and the beach, so no issues at all. I didn't have any meals at the hotel, so I can't comment on that, but the acai bowl I bought for breakfast at the bar/restaurant near the front desk was incredibly delicious! I stayed one night because I knew I definitely wanted to stay here when I came to Hawaii. The view from the room, the hotel staff's attitude, and the service were all very satisfying. There were Japanese staff members on hand, so I felt at ease and was able to check in on things. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

The room was beautiful! I was pleased with the ocean view. We were also given welcome fruit! There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, so it was easy to walk to anywhere.

The view was great and the room was comfortable. It was also easily accessible, with plenty of things to do within walking distance, like going to see Cirque du Soleil and shopping, so I was able to fully enjoy Waikiki.

First-class service, far exceeding the average American hotel

The best hotel on Waikiki Beach, with a great location and great service. I booked a room with two single beds. The sofa bed can also be opened into a single bed, which is suitable for families with children.

Very friendly staff, great hospitality, very helpful, and very cheerful.

Room was spotless and had more than what was needed for a family of 5. Staff and service were friendly and always available for anything needed. I'll plan future Oahu trips to HHV!

The sofa bed was missing a comforter and pillow, which I noticed when I was trying to set it up at night. I contacted them via text message and they sent it to me, but it took more than 30 minutes. I wish they had prepared it properly.

On the beach location, great service, clean rooms, many pools, on property parking with easy in and out.

Property layout is very confusing and no clear sign boards. Balcony was very noisy due to air duct exhaust, parking was terrible, it was very far and expensive. Kitchen was very good and house keeping services were excellent. Hillton Grand Islander is very far from the beach almost 10-12 mins walk.

The room was great, the weather was nice, and the cleaning was prompt and thorough.

The hotel's location is just a few minutes' walk from Waikiki Beach, but this also means it can be quite noisy at night. Overall, the hotel service is good, and the facilities are well-equipped, though the breakfast selection is somewhat limited.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was indeed the promised 1.5 meters wide. Plus, there was a sofa bed that folds out, so two kids could easily sleep there. The only real downside was the air conditioning; it was incredibly noisy, like a tractor! As for breakfast, it was packed with people, but since it was free, I won't really comment on it. I've attached a picture of the breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. However, the room was incredibly tiny, barely fitting a bed with just enough space to squeeze by. The bathroom smelled like vomit, and it stank for all three days of our stay. There are only three elevators, so going up and down often involved a long wait. Nice spot close to the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious but the building is a bit old. Pricey a bit. There are other similarly priced hotels that are a better deal for the money in the area. Building is only 20 floors - so ocean/mountain view is kinda limited. Breakfast is just okay. Its mostly the same menu everyday for people with dietary restrictions. Same fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread etc....

Breakfast area is in an open area and birds were dining with the guests, so be on the look out for bird poops. It rained in the morning so some guests got wet and did not even enjoy their breakfast.

The 2 bed room suite was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and loved the place a lot. The balcony view was great ( partial ocean views). The interiors looked a lot better in person than photos. Washer and dryer was a big plus. Kids loved the pools. Over all excellent experience! Would love to come again.

It was difficult to secure a reservation, as there weren't many rooms available. The staff were all friendly, and the surroundings were pleasant, a bit different from the bustling Waikiki area. I liked it, so next time I visit Hawaii, I'll stay at the Hilton Village.

Traveled with my 2 younger kids and we had an amazing time! Loved the atmosphere, very convenient with a food marketplace downstairs if you want to cook . The shopping centers and restaurants literally 5 mins away. Hardly used the pool because I rented a car and traveled and explored all the beaches. We enjoyed the beautiful beach. The room was excellent! Staff were very friendly. Will be coming back...

It was a very stylish hotel, with a great location overlooking Diamond Head. The staff were all kind and welcoming, and I never had a bad experience. I highly recommend it.

The view wasn't what I expected, but it was good enough. I was satisfied. I wondered if early check-in was possible, but I was lucky enough to be able to check in right away. The beach towels were available for unlimited rental, which was really convenient whenever I went to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

We stayed here for 7 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The view from out room was exactly as it was showed online. The coffee shop is excellent! I signed up for surf lessons through the shop located in the building. The instructors were fun and informative. The location is great. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Great location, situated in the centre, clean room, nice balcony.

The room was decent, and the price was fair. The location is super convenient for getting around. Bus stops for lines 20 and 42 are just about 100 meters away, offering easy access to the airport.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and visiting the beach. They offer complimentary coffee before 9 AM, and overall, it provides good value for money. However, the room we were assigned on our last night was street-facing, which made it incredibly noisy at night, and I didn't get a good night's sleep!

Super close to Waikiki Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. Public transport is also very convenient, with bus and trolley stops less than 100 meters from the property. The room was spotless, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The front desk staff speak Japanese and English, but it would be a bonus if they could speak a bit of Chinese too.

The room was decent, but it was advertised as a sea view room, and the reality was a huge letdown – the sea was so far away we could only see a tiny corner of it. The hotel's location isn't too far from the main street, nor is it too close, making it easily walkable. For the area, it offers pretty good value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent. You can easily walk to Ala Moana Center and the Duty Free shop downtown. The hotel environment is also quite good. Highly recommended!

The location was great, very close to the bus stop and a supermarket. The bathroom was a bit small with limited space for toiletries, but the room itself was spacious and clean. Early check-in cost an extra $50, but it's recommended if you arrive in the morning and want to relax in your room right away.

Great hotel with great value if book with trip.com. Hotel is near everywhere in Waikiki and Ala Moana.

It was an enjoyable and smooth check-in at the counter with friendly staffs!

I was very satisfied with this booking. The room was clean and tidy, and the scenery was beautiful with yachts docked in the beach and harbor. The surrounding facilities were comprehensive, including a large shopping complex nearby.

Best place to stay if you visit HNL! The hotel is quite far away from Waikiki, but its worth it. Parking is relatively cheap since you are paying resort fee. Room has balcony and very big bed! Loved staying here! will def come back. Staff were very helpful and friendly also!

Location is a bit off the busiest part of the beach but we like it quiet enough for us. Good size of rooms with a balcony. Not too many choices of restaurants around but still can make it to the biggest mall in walking distance.
