The oceanfront room offered a truly beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled lovely, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The access was also excellent. I'd love to stay here again.
Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there...
The stay was great, lovely staff!! We celebrated are 10 year anniversary and had the best time
I've stayed at three hotels in Hawaii, and this one was the cleanest. The room size was a bit smaller compared to other hotels, but it was fine. Since it was Christmas, they were giving out hot chocolate in the lobby, which was delicious. It's very close to the beach, and the pool is nice and pretty, but for beach equipment rentals, you have to go to a place quite a distance away, not the hotel itself...
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location was super convenient. I loved the beautiful view from the balcony. My only complaint is that the soundproofing in the room wasn't very good.
Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful historic hotel right on Waikiki Beach. Everything was perfect, except the outside windows that haven't been cleaned for a while and which makes the room a bit darker :( And the swimming pool is extremely small and not heated so mid-January I couldn't go in.
This my dream resort, but to be honest for the amount we paid, that’s nothing so special. Sorry. It’s an old and heritage resort but well kept. The bathroom not really good . Pool not good too. Maybe for this amount can can many resort out there.

Very good! It is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Although it is not so luxurious, the people and environment here make you feel very comfortable. It is very suitable for vacation. There are shops and a private swimming pool right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The valet parking staff were very nice. Highly recommended.
Awesome gracious historic hotel with lovely amenities and traditional style. I stayed in the historic building which was a buz of activity but inside the rooms, were spacious, beautifully appointed with nice amenities and very quiet out of the fray of tourist noises and convenient base of operations for the guests. Very magical place. We stayed at the ocean front room on our honeymoon. You'll see beautiful ocean, diamond Head, sunset, with sound of waves and birds. Had dinner in one of the ballrooms for a fundraising event. Dinner was great, service was excellent. Grounds are clean. Hotel is high class (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) with immaculate gardens and grounds. I was very satisfied with the room; it was a good value for the price. The ocean view was fantastic, and the hotel's own beach was perfect for sunbathing, though it wasn't particularly clean for swimming. The service was also excellent, and the staff were very nice.
It's a little far from Waikiki, but there's a gentle breeze that you won't find in Waikiki. Restaurants along the beach are convenient, but personally, I prefer the Italian food.
Beautiful hotel with a nice beach. The only problem is that the breakfast buffet has too few varieties.
Extremely comfortable and sunny.
Early check-in was available, and it was quiet and clean, which was great. The pool wasn't crowded, so the kids had a great time.

Incredible experience at the hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean, up to date and comfortable. Service is second to none. I only wish it was a Little Closer to the beach. It was about a 6 min walk, so not terrible, I just love an ocean view hotel room!
