If your room isn't on a high enough floor, you'll be facing the third-floor pool downstairs, and in the afternoons, the hotel blasts very loud, high-energy music, which is incredibly disruptive

The rooms are good size and clean. The balcony is of good size with 2 chairs, a drink table and a lounge chair. The elevators are fast, so I never had to wait long for a ride up to the 24th floor

I stayed for several days in a row, and I wouldn't really recommend it. We had a balcony room with a partial ocean view, and the sea was quite beautiful on a nice day

The beach is across the street, so who need a pool? ? The staff treated us very well and acknowledge our Marriott status. All in all, if I come back to Hawaii, I will stay here again

The hotel is located in the Waikiki area, but this specific part generally feels less safe than the core shopping center area where Waikiki Target is located

Always a great stay and option in Waikiki. This hotel suits all and there are a variety of rooms.

Awesome location and services. Everyone was friendly and facilities looked decent. It's a bit old but most hotels in Wakiki are somewhat outdated so we could actually compromise this part.

Safe for solo travelers. Easy walk to all major tourist areas. Great bars in surrounding areas.

The soundproofing was quite poor; even though we weren't near the elevator, I could clearly hear people coming and going next door. The service was neither particularly good nor bad

Rooms were very clean and upscale. Free upgrade treated us to a ocean view room. Pets also allowed which is a big plus. Great location too. Highly recommended.

I booked a city view room, but it was on the side of the beach, so I could still see the ocean from the balcony. You could say it was a partial sea view

I got a King room with a city view on the 7th floor. The room was large, clean and one of the corners of the tower so it had a curving layout. Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was cold

I usually book with the Marriott down the street whenever I’m in Waikiki but I opted to try the Hyatt for the first time; it was also a little cheaper than the Marriott the day that I went

The bathroom in the unit is a little dated & needs to be updated & changed. This is my 2nd time staying here in the Airbnb rooms & I’m satisfied with it especially if it’s a quick trip

Flew in for a day to attend a funeral of a friend. Ala Moana hotel has 2 sections, the hotel rooms & the Airbnb (privately owned rooms). I stayed in the Airbnb privately owned rooms

Used valet to park my rental & the staff was super nice & friendly. It was centralized & super close to the mall. Convenient to walk over to the mall & grab a bite & shop a bit

There's some kind of hook by the door, but how are you supposed to hang all your towels there? Also, for honeymoons, everyone usually gets welcome gifts and decorations. but after checking in, there was nothing

I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there

The pool is on floor 5 and has a really nice view, sadly the main area was closed from 2pm for a wedding. You could still use the pools and drink service though. The fish tacos were really tasty

The oceanfront room offered a truly beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled lovely, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The access was also excellent

Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods

When I asked at the info desk, they said it's something they do after you've stayed one night, on the evening of the next day or something. They just brushed me off, and there was nothing at all during our entire stay

I think I was a bit misled by the platform about the “private beach” as it actually refer to a very small area that the hotel renting some umbrella for their guest and make it as a “private area” instead of a real private beach

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Getting around is also a breeze. Since this hotel just opened in 2025, the facilities are still in great condition.

The pool is small but the views are so stunning. The only thing I dislike was the towels on the pool chairs to make it known as it being “used” while nobody is near the chairs for hours. I wish there was a rule on this

Great breakfast but should have included in package. Naive about the daily resort charge which made it a very expensive stay, you’re not made aware until check out. Will be back but better prepared for hidden charges

The only things we didn't appreciate were that the pool beds were all occupied (with towels!) from 7 AM, making it impossible to find a bed next to the pool

Hotel staff very friendly, nice, maintained cleaned, lots of people coming and going. Pools close at 6pm Feet away from actual beach. ocean water very WARM, FRESH feeling

We opted for a room in the more expensive Ocean Tower, which offered lovely views of the pool and a partial ocean view. It was great to have a free water and ice dispenser

They also offer a good number of their own activities where you can learn about Hawaiian culture. Every evening, there were different bands playing for three hours, creating an amazing atmosphere

From the moment we arrived we were impressed by how friendly the staff was. Lots of shops amazing resturants. Everything was clean. We had a great stay while waiting to board our cruise ship.

At the front desk, one gentleman's attitude was a bit lukewarm, but all the ladies were very kind. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the beach and the city center

The restaurant downstairs is famous and delicious, though the tips were quite high. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive

Not only is the cost very reasonable you are extremely close to the beach! I chose the ocean view room for a few extra dollars more. Book ahead so you can get the good deals. I promise you won’t be disappointed

Let's start with the positives: The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning ocean view, and I woke up to the beautiful beach every morning 🥰. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful 🫶

Services like parking and housekeeping were prompt. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the small garden outside the restaurant was lovely, and the dining environment was comfortable

Huge shoutout to Magdalena for being an amazing housekeeper and really doing such a good job everyday, as well as the two F&B director and manager who were conducting all the free Christmas classes, from poke bowl making to cocktail mixing and gingerbread house design

You can borrow a free surf board / beach chair and all, which is really useful considering the ridiculous prices for their rental at the beach! We stayed here for 11 nights and loved our stay

Our room was on the 15th floor, with a lovely partial view of the ocean. The bed was comfy, and we had a walk in shower. The pool on the third floor was not the greatest, but nonetheless it was a nice place to relax

The room was spotless and spacious, with a well-designed wet and dry separation in the bathroom. It was fully equipped with amenities like a microwave, kettle, and safe, which was incredibly convenient

The hotel's location is also fantastic – right downstairs there's a bus stop and a popular udon noodle shop. Across the street, you'll find Target and a shopping mall

We spent our days sightseeing and our evenings exploring the area, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation filled with shopping and dining

The hotel environment is great, and they offer free morning yoga. There's a swimming pool, and it's super convenient with a supermarket right across the street for dining and entertainment

Highly recommend this place, the location is super convenient! It's right across from the International Market Place, which has all sorts of shops and plenty of dining options

When we pulled up it definitely looked like your basic hotel. Once you get close it's actually impressive. Beautiful modern rooms. My city view room was actually breathtaking. I would send anyone.

It was pretty good. It really is a beachfront room with decent service. The only thing I remember about breakfast was the pancakes.

Great location, very close to the convention center and Waikiki is also not far. The soundproofing is excellent, and the price is very good value for money for Hawaii! The hotel's breakfast is also quite good.

The hotel has a parking lot, a small gym, and a swimming pool, all fully equipped. There's even a small microwave in the room, which is quite convenient for heating up food

The room is not bad but the towels are a little dirty. Don’t really like the small toilet but it’s not Squeeze actually. But overall, it’s a very good effort and decent hotel. For the price, I think it’s still worth it👍🏻

Holiday inn express was great near to the beach ! And to the food trucks the breakfast was great several choices very clean and friendly! They had tours available and luggage shortage ! They got us a taxi to the cruise port for 4 van reasonably priced ! I use the again !

Location is at the end of what we called the ‘Waikīkī strip’ close the the mall and the beach. Not the hotels fault but a balcony would have made this hotel a 5 star plus!!!

I decided to spend my birthday in Hawaii and stayed at the Prince hotel which was amazing. I absolutely loved it there and I would go back and stay there again.

An excellent stay at price Waikīkī, we booked a twin ocean view room (bonus with this hotel is that all rooms face the ocean to some extent). Room was cleaned to an excellent standard everyday

It boasted stunning views of the city from the 30th floor. The suite consisted of two rooms and a kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove. It was practically like an apartment. I would happily stay here longer

The hotel offers parking for a fee, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets. As a gift, we were given shell beads and a card to rent a video from the vending machine downstairs

We stayed 4 nights but there was no house keeping service during our stay. But we could ask extra towels and toiletries when needed

Everything was perfect, except the outside windows that haven't been cleaned for a while and which makes the room a bit darker :( And the swimming pool is extremely small and not heated so mid-January I couldn't go in

However, I'm not sure if I misunderstood, but I was told that room cleaning was daily. Yet, if I didn't specifically request room cleaning at the front desk in the morning, the room wouldn't be cleaned

Every staff member I encountered at the hotel was kind and friendly. I asked them numerous questions over my 7-night stay, and they always answered thoroughly and satisfactorily

When I inquired the morning after it wasn't cleaned, the answer was always that it was 'on the list. ' Aside from that, everything else was perfect

Duke's staff are always wandering around the poolside checking for orders, so you can order from the menu on the spot. You can even drink alcohol while swimming in the pool. Floor rings are allowed in the pool

[Pool/Beach] - You can go directly to the beach from the pool. There were plenty of beach chairs reserved for the hotel, so it was easy to find a spot

The infinity pool is absolutely amazing, we were lucky we could enjoy the tortoises from the infinity pool. Stayed 4 nights for thanksgiving, we would definitely go back to Sheraton Waikīkī Beach

Suggest everyone to pay more attention to the air conditioning in your room especially the machine noise, my aircon was extremely old accompanied by intolerable loud noise that literally woke me up at auto turn on ( energy saving mode)

I am totally fine with the lack of guest’s follow up or any notification that the problem is fixed but kudos to the engineer who fixed my aircon with confidence and assurance that make the rest of my holiday a fantastic one

Front desk sent technician and fixed the problem in one afternoon eventually they have to replace filter and machine drum , conveniently removed shower cap trapped inside. The repair process was smooth

I then realized this is not the norm from my sister’s room was perfectly fine

From check in to our sad check out this hotel has customer service and a luxurious ambience down. Our room was beautiful, opening up to a gorgeous courtyard, pool, and ocean view

Had dinner in one of the ballrooms for a fundraising event. Dinner was great, service was excellent. Hotel is high class (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) with immaculate gardens and grounds. Restrooms are clean with bidet toilet seats

This is our second time staying at this hotel. What we really enjoy is the private pool for hotel guest. Units also have washer and dryer. Convenient for families.

It was perfect Maybe have a separate trash bin in kitchen for plastic water bottles to recycle We gave our extra food to the local unhoused (maybe provide guest with a telephone number to a local food pantry to leave unused packaged food)
