Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, Honolulu1 / 50

This is my 4th time in Hawaii, and my 3rd stay at this hotel. Overall, the experience has been great. The only minor issue is the noticeable noise when doors open and close, but all in all, it's a very good hotel.
Location is good. Rooms are clean. Wiew is very nice. Swimmin pools are very small; not very affective. Housekeepers very kind. Luggage department very helpful. Tour prices extemely high.
Every team member I met was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my stay perfect. This resort combines luxury, comfort, and the magic of Hawaii in the best possible way
Title: Paradise on Waikiki Beach 🌴🌊 Staying at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa was an unforgettable experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Waikiki Beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Honolulu
My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a balcony where I could watch the sunrise over the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning felt like pure bliss
Dining on-site was a delight—the breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, and the beachfront restaurants made every meal feel like a special occasion. What really stood out was the warm aloha spirit from the staff

Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff..!
Awesome location and services. Everyone was friendly and facilities looked decent. It's a bit old but most hotels in Wakiki are somewhat outdated so we could actually compromise this part.
Always a great stay and option in Waikiki. This hotel suits all and there are a variety of rooms.
Safe for solo travelers. Easy walk to all major tourist areas. Great bars in surrounding areas.
Great location and reasonably priced compared to surrounding hotels.
However, only two elevators were operating, so waiting for one took a while

The soundproofing was quite poor; even though we weren't near the elevator, I could clearly hear people coming and going next door. The service was neither particularly good nor bad
The hotel's location is excellent, with shopping and dining options just a short walk away
Great location, right across from Waikiki Beach, which is super convenient if you want to enjoy the sand. It's also walkable to luxury stores, though it's a bit of a distance
Rooms were very clean and upscale. Free upgrade treated us to a ocean view room. Pets also allowed which is a big plus. Great location too. Highly recommended.
I booked a city view room, but it was on the side of the beach, so I could still see the ocean from the balcony. You could say it was a partial sea view
Perfect Location for every where. Shopping mall, Food, Beach, It little bit old facilities, but good service.

The oceanfront room offered a truly beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled lovely, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The access was also excellent
Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location was super convenient. I loved the beautiful view from the balcony. My only complaint is that the soundproofing in the room wasn't very good.
The stay was great, lovely staff!! We celebrated are 10 year anniversary and had the best time
Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor
Beautiful Hotel! Located right across the beach and at the end of the tourist ***** so not as crowded compared to hotels located on the center of the *****

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Getting around is also a breeze. Since this hotel just opened in 2025, the facilities are still in great condition.
Very good and historical hotel, but needing some reforms. Banyan rooms are really, really small and generically old. Also, these rooms don’t have a balcony…
Great breakfast but should have included in package. Naive about the daily resort charge which made it a very expensive stay, you’re not made aware until check out. Will be back but better prepared for hidden charges
This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away
Balcony was closed due to “safety reasons” -sucked If you walk/drive down towards HONOLULU ZOO there’s actual MAN MADE rock boarder. where KIDS can swim freely … WAVES BLOCKED BY ROCKS
Hotel staff very friendly, nice, maintained cleaned, lots of people coming and going. Pools close at 6pm Feet away from actual beach. ocean water very WARM, FRESH feeling

They also offer a good number of their own activities where you can learn about Hawaiian culture. Every evening, there were different bands playing for three hours, creating an amazing atmosphere
Next to the beach, Very good location to explore Waikīkī main tourist area. The staff is nice and welcoming.
At the front desk, one gentleman's attitude was a bit lukewarm, but all the ladies were very kind. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the beach and the city center
Check-in was smooth, the rooms are excellent (albeit maybe a bit on the small side for three persons, and we did miss not having a barhtub), the view excellent (description said “ocean view” and it was better than expected, even from the Pacific Tower), restaurants both great
The location is perfect, just a few min walk from the Royal Hawaiian Center; and the hotel has its own /small/ beach with really a good view of the sunset
The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick

Not only is the cost very reasonable you are extremely close to the beach! I chose the ocean view room for a few extra dollars more. Book ahead so you can get the good deals. I promise you won’t be disappointed
Very close to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can see the sea from the elevator lobby on the guest floors, and enjoy a partial city and mountain view from the room
Let's start with the positives: The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning ocean view, and I woke up to the beautiful beach every morning 🥰. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful 🫶
Services like parking and housekeeping were prompt. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the small garden outside the restaurant was lovely, and the dining environment was comfortable
Huge shoutout to Magdalena for being an amazing housekeeper and really doing such a good job everyday, as well as the two F&B director and manager who were conducting all the free Christmas classes, from poke bowl making to cocktail mixing and gingerbread house design
You can borrow a free surf board / beach chair and all, which is really useful considering the ridiculous prices for their rental at the beach! We stayed here for 11 nights and loved our stay

The hotel environment is great, and they offer free morning yoga. There's a swimming pool, and it's super convenient with a supermarket right across the street for dining and entertainment
Highly recommend this place, the location is super convenient! It's right across from the International Market Place, which has all sorts of shops and plenty of dining options
Finding food and drinks nearby was a breeze, and it's only about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained
We spent our days sightseeing and our evenings exploring the area, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation filled with shopping and dining
I also picked up my rental car from the 'zuzuche' (car rental service) counter on the first floor of that mall, which was incredibly easy
We also used the pool that was open until 11 so they a was a big plus! We’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit

The service here is by far the best. The front desk staff took care of us the moment we arrived, but, it didn't stop there. Our room has a great view and the room is clean
It was pretty good. It really is a beachfront room with decent service. The only thing I remember about breakfast was the pancakes.
Great location, very close to the convention center and Waikiki is also not far. The soundproofing is excellent, and the price is very good value for money for Hawaii! The hotel's breakfast is also quite good.
Complementary breakfast is provided and has a staff that cares about YOU. !! The food is good, and we couldn't be happier. Were coming back next year !!!!
Convenient location, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was also good!
There were no vegetables with the meal, but otherwise, it was very satisfying!

The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you to different parts of Waikiki during the day. The gym is also open 24 hours which is a good way to work off all the delicious food you’ll be eating
I specially booked this hotel to watch the fireworks on Friday. The location is really a plus, and it is very close to the fireworks beach. The sea view room has a good view
Outside the window is the yacht dock, and there is the sea in the distance. Next to it is the Hilton Resort. The surrounding environment is very comfortable
Situated on the harbor, fantastic views from the hotel room! Restaurant had great food! And the hotel staff were very helpful, as were the cleaning staff (especially Sky and Marilyn)
There is also the largest outlet nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. I am very satisfied with the overall experience
Good location to walk to the biggest shopping center but needs 20 mins walk to the main tourist and food area. The hotel staff are nice and kind.

Very good! It is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Although it is not so luxurious, the people and environment here make you feel very comfortable. It is very suitable for vacation
This my dream resort, but to be honest for the amount we paid, that’s nothing so special. It’s an old and heritage resort but well kept. The bathroom not really good. Maybe for this amount can can many resort out there
Hotel chosen for our honeymoon, what can I say Fantastic, for me it is the most beautiful resort in Hawaii because it has history and inside you can breathe the scent of this amazing archipelago
I stayed here for my very first trip to Hawaii. The hotel was beautifully maintained, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again.
Prime location in Waikiki, a pink castle-like hotel right on the beach – perfect for a relaxing family vacation!

Everything was great except for the really weak water pressure in the shower. The mountain view was amazing, and I spent a good amount of time chilling on the balcony with a coffee
The room was also very spacious and had a kitchen. The location was excellent, close to the beach and a supermarket
The suite's sofa can be expanded into a large bed, and parking is $35 a day. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. There are many A, B, C stores nearby, so the price/performance ratio is good
In the future, when booking overseas hotels, I think I should write in English directly to avoid translation errors. The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation
It boasted stunning views of the city from the 30th floor. The suite consisted of two rooms and a kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove. It was practically like an apartment. I would happily stay here longer
The hotel offers parking for a fee, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets. As a gift, we were given shell beads and a card to rent a video from the vending machine downstairs

Everything great but your book seems not to be appreciated. For example, I got a lot of pleasure and goodies when I book from Amex travel site.
Suggest everyone to pay more attention to the air conditioning in your room especially the machine noise, my aircon was extremely old accompanied by intolerable loud noise that literally woke me up at auto turn on ( energy saving mode)
Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki
The infinity pool is absolutely amazing, we were lucky we could enjoy the tortoises from the infinity pool. Stayed 4 nights for thanksgiving, we would definitely go back to Sheraton Waikīkī Beach
I am totally fine with the lack of guest’s follow up or any notification that the problem is fixed but kudos to the engineer who fixed my aircon with confidence and assurance that make the rest of my holiday a fantastic one

I would definitely book Twin Fin again! Perfect location, clean, staff was wonderful! They took very good care of us booking tours with explicit information to get us where we needed to be! I also love that you can check out paddle boards, body boards etc for free! It’s included in your stay! Also they provided water bottles that were refillable for our entire stay with fresh cool water fountains all...
However, I'm not sure if I misunderstood, but I was told that room cleaning was daily. Yet, if I didn't specifically request room cleaning at the front desk in the morning, the room wouldn't be cleaned
The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the zoo and Diamond Head. It's just a 10-minute walk to the shopping district, and Waikiki Beach is right outside. The location is truly excellent
We stayed here for 10 days and had a great time. Its a perfect location across the street from beach. They have cleaning room service every day or every other day, which is what we chose
Every staff member I encountered at the hotel was kind and friendly. I asked them numerous questions over my 7-night stay, and they always answered thoroughly and satisfactorily
When I inquired the morning after it wasn't cleaned, the answer was always that it was 'on the list. ' Aside from that, everything else was perfect

The hotel is old and lacks character. The restaurant on the first floor always has long queues, but the food isn't particularly good. The floors are low-ceilinged, the room doors are small, and the shower is tiny
This hotel was perfect for my trip. [Room] - Spacious - The sink was large. I was able to spread out all my amenities. The large mirror and magnifying mirror made applying makeup easy. - The toilet flushed smoothly
- There were also multiple outlets on the side beds, so charging my phone was easy. - Two adults and a small child could sleep comfortably on the king bed. There was also a sofa bed, but we didn't use it
- The bathroom had a large luggage storage area with over 10 hangers. I brought folding hangers but didn't use them. I was able to easily fit three inflatable swim rings and a suitcase
- There were plenty of chests of drawers, so I was able to store all my clothes. - There was a large mirror behind the sofa, making it easy to get ready
Several hotels in the area have their own unique features, and larger hotels offer flexible check-out times and easy access to ocean-view rooms. I'll stick to larger chain hotels in the future

Amazing views of the beach! Excellent rooms with all the amenities. Beds and sheets are comfortable. Cute little robes for the kiddos. They have left nothing out here. Complimentary beach bags with water and towels
Very few hiltons still make diamond members feel valued but at this hotel the opposite is true. Diamond status at this hotel still means something. A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of waikiki
Our family are here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we were gifted a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Additionally, the team congratulated us throughout our stay and made us feel like real VIPs
The location is super convenient, around 2 mins walk to the beach and only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants of Waikiki. The hotel itself has an amazing infinity pool

We will definitely be back again! And the location, needless to say, is absolutely perfect
The only downside was being told to come back at 3pm for checkin on arrival!
Surprising experience here! A high cost- performance hotel at the heart of Waikiki. Four main advantages: nice staff, convenient location, deposit free, and brand new room

Sunday brunch is awesome! Even the breakfast buffet at House Without a Key is really good. This place is so quiet and serene you forget you're in the middle of Waikiki.
I stayed one night because I knew I definitely wanted to stay here when I came to Hawaii. The view from the room, the hotel staff's attitude, and the service were all very satisfying
The best hotel on Waikiki Beach, with a great location and great service. I booked a room with two single beds. The sofa bed can also be opened into a single bed, which is suitable for families with children.
There were Japanese staff members on hand, so I felt at ease and was able to check in on things. I'd definitely like to stay here again
The view was great and the room was comfortable. It was also easily accessible, with plenty of things to do within walking distance, like going to see Cirque du Soleil and shopping, so I was able to fully enjoy Waikiki.
Perfect design, room, service, view and food. There are kettles, bottled water, coffee machines, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. It is quiet and atmospheric, and it is a hotel worth staying in again.

The room was just renovated with partial sea view. Excellent pool with jacuzzi. Good location- very close to everything. Much recommended
Basic hotel and basic amenities pool was in shade whole day we were there (Oct) good location to walk everywhere though
Renovation is great, but bathrooms are tiny! Only one can fit and it would have to be a thin person. Otherwise, the room is good, but walls are thin. There's also a charge for everything
For most of the stay this has been a normal, as good as expected, hotel. Last night, we realized that our transportation today would be more complicated than expected
The location is very good. You can go anywhere.
Oh, also the gym present on the premises was much more well equipped than I would've expected and should be enough for the typical gym rat to flex a little bit before going to the beach(not enough for a serious session ofc)

The room was clean. Staff was responsive when we had an issue with one of the televisions. The ocean view was as expected (in a good way).
I loved the hotel, I was just wish the pools stayed open later! We didn't get to swim in the pools due to doing other things on the island, the pools close way to early, the pools were the reason I booked the stay and we didn't even get to experience them
It was perfect Maybe have a separate trash bin in kitchen for plastic water bottles to recycle We gave our extra food to the local unhoused (maybe provide guest with a telephone number to a local food pantry to leave unused packaged food)
This is our second time staying at this hotel. What we really enjoy is the private pool for hotel guest. Units also have washer and dryer. Convenient for families.
It was a very pleasant trip. Our first time in Waikiki and definitely not our last. The only thing is that the bathroom door doesn’t close or lock.
When we extended our stay at the hotel, they gave us the same room type, so we didn't have to pack our luggage and change rooms
