I stayed for several days in a row, and I wouldn't really recommend it. We had a balcony room with a partial ocean view, and the sea was quite beautiful on a nice day. However, the biggest issue with this hotel is how incredibly noisy it is due to the constant flow of people. If your room isn't on a high enough floor, you'll be facing the third-floor pool downstairs, and in the afternoons, the hotel...
Great location, ocean view, and convenient! Large rooms, with balcony.
This is my 4th time in Hawaii, and my 3rd stay at this hotel. Overall, the experience has been great. The only minor issue is the noticeable noise when doors open and close, but all in all, it's a very good hotel.
Location is good.
Rooms are clean. Wiew is very nice.
Swimmin pools are very small; not very affective.
Housekeepers very kind.
Luggage department very helpful.
Tour prices extemely high.
Our room had beautiful ocean view and diamond head view which was exactly as I booked. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay.
The room was clean. The only things missing were toothbrushes, slippers, and Wi-Fi. From the room, you could see a partial view of Waikiki Beach, which was still very beautiful.

I booked a city view room, but it was on the side of the beach, so I could still see the ocean from the balcony. You could say it was a partial sea view. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area which was convenient. However, the shower and bathtub were combined and felt a bit cramped and inconvenient, but it was manageable. The soundproofing was quite poor; even...
Great location, right across from Waikiki Beach, which is super convenient if you want to enjoy the sand. It's also walkable to luxury stores, though it's a bit of a distance. The room amenities are typical of an old-school American hotel. The shower curtain in the tub is hard to use. The lower floors are incredibly noisy; you absolutely need earplugs to sleep, otherwise, the poor soundproofing will...
It was okay, pretty old staff was nice
The room was spacious, but the facilities were a bit old, though complete and clean. The location was convenient for getting around, and the view was lovely. The buffet was also great and met expectations, it was just very crowded!
Perfect Location for every where.

Great location, clean, kind service. The room is a little old here and there even after renovation, but that didn't bother me.
Great value for money! It's close to the beach, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room has been renovated and is quite clean. However, only two elevators were operating, so waiting for one took a while. Overall, I'd recommend it.
We had to change rooms three times. The first room we were given was right above the garbage disposal, and then they moved us to one facing a construction site, so I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. They just moved us to a slightly better room, but it's right next to the AC unit. I have no idea how tonight will go. It feels like I came to Hawaii just to keep switching rooms!
Always a great stay and option in Waikiki. This hotel suits all and there are a variety of rooms.
Great location and reasonably priced compared to surrounding hotels.

The oceanfront room offered a truly beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled lovely, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The access was also excellent. I'd love to stay here again.
Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there...
The stay was great, lovely staff!! We celebrated are 10 year anniversary and had the best time
I've stayed at three hotels in Hawaii, and this one was the cleanest. The room size was a bit smaller compared to other hotels, but it was fine. Since it was Christmas, they were giving out hot chocolate in the lobby, which was delicious.
It's very close to the beach, and the pool is nice and pretty, but for beach equipment rentals, you have to go to a place quite a distance away, not the hotel itself...
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location was super convenient. I loved the beautiful view from the balcony. My only complaint is that the soundproofing in the room wasn't very good.
Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Getting around is also a breeze. Since this hotel just opened in 2025, the facilities are still in great condition.
Very good and historical hotel, but needing some reforms. Banyan rooms are really, really small and generically old. Also, these rooms don’t have a balcony…
Nice room, but the front desk was terrible.
Perfect location. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Great breakfast but should have included in package. Daily charge very expensive. Naive about the daily resort charge which made it a very expensive stay, you’re not made aware until check out. Great holiday though. Will be back but better prepared for hidden charges
Perfect experience for our stay

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. There are free activities available every day, and some paid excursions like island hopping. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy at night.
Next to the beach, Very good location to explore Waikīkī main tourist area. The staff is nice and welcoming.
Fantastic location, with a surf school right next door – super convenient!
We opted for a room in the more expensive Ocean Tower, which offered lovely views of the pool and a partial ocean view. It was great to have a free water and ice dispenser. Very close to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can see the sea from the elevator lobby on the guest floors, and enjoy a partial city and mountain view from the room. Services like parking and housekeeping were prompt. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the small garden outside the restaurant was lovely, and the dining environment was comfortable.
Not bad, but still a bit different from hotels in China. Make sure to book a sea view, otherwise it's not worth it.
Amazing hotel location for the price! 5 minutes walk to the beach, big rooms, lovely queen size beds, and there were so many free services and lessons for the Christmas season. You can borrow a free surf board / beach chair and all, which is really useful considering the ridiculous prices for their rental at the beach! We stayed here for 11 nights and loved our stay.

The room was spotless and spacious, with a well-designed wet and dry separation in the bathroom. It was fully equipped with amenities like a microwave, kettle, and safe, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this place, the location is super convenient! It's right across from the International Market Place, which has all sorts of shops and plenty of dining options. I also picked up my rental car from the 'zuzuche' (car rental service) counter on the first floor of that mall, which was incredibly easy. Finding food and drinks nearby was a breeze, and it's only about a 7-8 minute walk to...
The hotel environment is great, and they offer free morning yoga. There's a swimming pool, and it's super convenient with a supermarket right across the street for dining and entertainment. The beach is also very close. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. The hotel even provides free umbrellas and chairs on the beach.
Loved our stay! The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Waikiki, cleaned and well maintained, and spacious. We also used the pool that was open until 11 so they a was a big plus! We’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit.
The location is fantastic! It's right by the beach, and there are tons of dining options downstairs and nearby. Plus, there's a Target store and a shopping mall right across the street.
The hotel is located by the road. This time, I was given a room on the fourth floor, which was directly above the pool, making it very noisy. The value for money was acceptable.

It was pretty good. It really is a beachfront room with decent service. The only thing I remember about breakfast was the pancakes.
Great location, very close to the convention center and Waikiki is also not far. The soundproofing is excellent, and the price is very good value for money for Hawaii! The hotel's breakfast is also quite good.
Convenient location, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was also good!
There were no vegetables with the meal, but otherwise, it was very satisfying!
The hotel has a parking lot, a small gym, and a swimming pool, all fully equipped. There's even a small microwave in the room, which is quite convenient for heating up food. Shell and Foodhall are right next door, and it's less than a 5-minute drive away.

Very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located for shopping, and the infinity pool is stunning. Unlike other resorts that are often packed with kids, this one is more suitable for adults, and perfect for business travelers or couples.
Location is great and near to Ala Moana Mall, beach park etc. Room is spacious and our room offers stunning view during sunset. Honolulu Coffee at the lobby is our favourite go-to for coffee & sandwiches.
My family and I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location of the hotel was close to Ala Moana Center, Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, and of course the Waikiki Beach.

Wonderful historic hotel right on Waikiki Beach. Everything was perfect, except the outside windows that haven't been cleaned for a while and which makes the room a bit darker :(
And the swimming pool is extremely small and not heated so mid-January I couldn't go in.
This my dream resort, but to be honest for the amount we paid, that’s nothing so special. Sorry. It’s an old and heritage resort but well kept. The bathroom not really good . Pool not good too. Maybe for this amount can can many resort out there.
Prime location in Waikiki, a pink castle-like hotel right on the beach – perfect for a relaxing family vacation!
Hotel chosen for our honeymoon, what can I say Fantastic, for me it is the most beautiful resort in Hawaii because it has history and inside you can breathe the scent of this amazing archipelago.
Thank you for everything!
Mahalo and see you soon!
I stayed here for my very first trip to Hawaii. The hotel was beautifully maintained, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Everything was great except for the really weak water pressure in the shower. The mountain view was amazing, and I spent a good amount of time chilling on the balcony with a coffee. The room was also very spacious and had a kitchen. The location was excellent, close to the beach and a supermarket.
We really liked the hotel. It boasted stunning views of the city from the 30th floor. The suite consisted of two rooms and a kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove. It was practically like an apartment. I would happily stay here longer. The hotel offers parking for a fee, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets.

We are quite disappointed at the stay. We spent over 200 dollar per night at booking for room above 27th floor with sea view. Then when we arrive, the bill increased 100 dollars per night as vacation/tax/facility usage without notification. We ended up paying more than 1300 USD for 4 nights. And there is no room cleaning for my entire stay. When I requested the cleaning, the front desk told me that...
The suite's sofa can be expanded into a large bed, and parking is $35 a day. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. There are many A, B, C stores nearby, so the price/performance ratio is good. The downside is that the shower water is quite small.

Well located hotel close to Wakiki beach. Staff very helpful with lots of options for food and entertainment in the facility and close by. Room comfortable with the partial ocen views advertised and great sunsets.

The sofa bed was missing a comforter and pillow, which I noticed when I was trying to set it up at night. I contacted them via text message and they sent it to me, but it took more than 30 minutes. I wish they had prepared it properly.
Kitchen fully equipped, but dated. Presented mold around facet and backsplash. Rooms dated and carpet need replaced.
