I was there for a business meeting today and everyone from the elevator guy to the people serving lunch were excellent. They had a tasty dressing for the salad and everything was quite good. Highly recommend for professional meetings.

The lobby and building are beautiful. The bed/mattress was very comfortable. Staff and valet were friendly.

Nice place with great view of Monument Circle. Staff are generally nice. Valet staff was very helpful, especially helping to move props and gifts. Elevators are spacious. Food was good.

My first room was not to our satisfaction, stained pillows, stained mattress, air conditioner didn't work etc. However the manager Ali helped us out. Rooms are very spacious, but there is a large open space with no sitting chair or desk. The pillows on my couch are bigger than what is on the beds. I hate the zoom-bot check in.

It was the cheapest motel option in the area. Noisy guests during the night outside in the hallway. There was plastic under the sheets which made a rustling noise when moving around while sleep. The plastic also reflected body heat making me warm. The AC was noisy when going off and on.

Once they have made all the renovations it may be worth the money they charge but currently they are hard pressed to provide the level of service required to justify there fee's.

Had a couple problems they got fixed immidiatly the Maid is awesome and the front desk female is amazing

Really enjoy my stay every time I'm here. Hotel has great customer service, maintenance, and house keeping. I will definitely be back, and will recommend to my friends and family.

What staff there was, was great. The feont desk clerk was helping clean rooms at checkout. The hotel was clean and pet friendly. The hotel and infrastructure was very run down and the location is seemingly unsafe. The nearby restaurant was out of business and no onsite food.

Red roof no cash Pleasant accommodations, clean and neat. The beds were super soft. My only complaint of the whole experience, i made my reservations and paid online, with a service I trust with my credit information. If there is a deposit required, i usually pay that in cash so i dont have to give my card info to anyone else. This hotel does not accept cash deposits. I HATE that.

The room was reasonably clean. The biggest flaw was that the ventilation system was noisy -- the only way for it not to be making noise was for it to be unplugged.

Excellent Customer Service Customer service was excellent! Staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Simple clean rooms for those on a budget. No vending for drinks. Not particularly close to restaurants except pancakes restaurant that closes after lunch. Limited parking for semi trucks.

Heater didnt work right would not shut off got to hot in the room had to turn it off and on all night when they got cold we turned it on didn't get too hot we'd have to turn it off and that was all night long

Came in for a business trip and it was what I needed. Room was clean and had everything I needed.

We were looking at using the inn and nearby gazebo as a wedding venue. We stopped in to see if anyone was able to give us details and Eleni, the sales director, happened to be on shift. Amazing historical hotel. Our room was huge and very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Also we had jacuzzi in our room, so it was nice to take a bubble bath after long hot day. Personal was nice and helpful. The hotel is a little bit far from the Downtown, but if we were need to stay in Indianapolis again we would still stay there.

The room was awesome. I got way more than I either paid for or expected. I am a loyal Hilton Honors member. I stayed in a Hilton in another state/city the previous week. I was not impressed. But the IN stay was 'over the top' and put Hilton back to my #1 'go to' hotel.

I stayed here with my child while we were in town for Hamilton. We were put in a room directly across from the pool. She loved that! The whole stay was quiet out side of the occasional sirens outside. No hallway noise, no noise from pipes, even the heater and mini fridge were quiet. Everyone at the bell/valet stand was super nice. The television read "NO SIGNAL." I called the front desk. They told me to connect a series of cords into the modem. That didn't work. I called again and the young lady tried again to explain what I was doing wrong. i gave up. I was surprised that this wasn't addressed the next day of my stay. NOPE! That's not how Mariott rolls. The A/C unit hummmms louder than the plans overhead.

In the first room, the smoke alarm went off when i turned the heat on and there was a strong smell of something burning In the next room, i could not get the AC/Heat to come on at all, even though the display read "On." I did not want to change rooms again, so I opened the window, which worked well enough.

My stay was excellent. I really loved how big the room and bed. Also how quiet it was there. I was able to relax without worrying about noise or anyone around.

I like the motel 6 on bash road better. This one they ran out of towels so I had to wait for them to get washed before I could get some. They caulked a SCARY looking bath mat into the tub. I refused to set my bare feet on it. It was otherwise clean as could be expected. The staff was courteous enough. Not the best motel 6 I've ever seen but definitely it the worst.
