Great staff and clean room. Excellent location to Mall and restaurants. 2 minute drive to the Boardwalk.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Only negative was commotion outside of room at 1am from rowdy guest getting off elevator. Understandably that happens (we were first room off elevator). Otherwise would have been a perfect experience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We were able to walk to the ice cream shop. Check in person was able to give us two rooms close to each other.

The room was clean along with the property. It is convenient to the boardwalk, shopping and restaurants.

Hallways and lobby appeared clean allowed early check in. Walked into our room and it smelled like a moldy basement. Thought it was just the ac unit but found mold all over the electrical cords behind the night stand. While looking for the source of the smell we also found dirty socks next to the bed. Every morning we were awakened by the sounds of the game room down the hall after a staff member thought it was a good idea to prop open the game room door. Pool was run down. Handicap lift had the motor wires cut, kids splash pad coned off and a random pipe taped to the ladder dumping water into the pool. Will not be returning to this place again.

This was our first time staying at the Comfort resort and I have to say that my husband and I were very pleased with the service, from the amazing staff, cleanliness and so polite and the smiles were endless. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to all. Thank you Comfort Resorts!

This was a great location without being on the boardwalk, but close enough to everything. The staff was friendly, and the room was very nice and clean. Rooms have been renovated and new furniture and was very nice. The pool area needs a lot of updating. It’s faded, broken tiles on the pool, and they have a broken splash pad that has not worked for who knows how long. The free breakfast was adequate, however the area for guests to eat was very small and for some reason had an insane amount of flies all over which mad eating not great. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 6.5.

We called ahead of time and were assured that we could check in at 12pm. When we arrived, one room was ready while the other was not. It took hours for our friends to get into their room which was a huge inconvenience as we traveled 4-5 hours with young children, separately to vacation together. We simply would’ve have left later in the day had we known we couldn't technically check in until 3. We had to suites that joined together so this was NOT an inexpensive hotel stay.

This is the only issue we had. Everything else was wonderful. Location is convenient, staff is friendly, pool is indoors, our suites were big. They definitely had not been vacuumed before we got into the suites but otherwise, they were very clean.
