There’s always something wrong in these type hotels. The a/c unit stayed stuck on so we had to unplug it to get comfortable. It was 60 degrees!!!

Beds in room 111 are old and very uncomfortable. We were in a non smoking room yet the bed covering had multiple burn holes in both beds.
The bathroom sink had a bad paint job and 3 inch melted spots. The room above us had a prostitute in it all night long with the door slamming and stomping on the floor bed creaking as the john had fun. All in all a very sleepless 2 nights. Prostitutes in the parking lot along with homeless. We will not be staying at this Motel 6 again unless forced to. Price for the room was way out of line considering what was provided.

Room was okay . The tv wasn't so great. The staff was phenomenal. If the rooms were as great as the staff then it would be one of the best hotels ever

It w was horable we requested a non smoking rm however the rm smelled like someone had been smoking in there for days and to top it my husband took his shower and the bath towel likes as though it was never washed. I went back to the front desk that night upon arrival regarding to tell the gentlemen about the smell I immediately told him to cancel my next night and he offered to give us another rm I personally didn't want to take that chance. So the next morning when checking lift I mention to the lady about the towel she seemed less Enthused and didn't even acknowledge when I came in.If I could have gave it a O posting I would have

The staff are great and make sure you are comfortable.
My only concern is the door in 210 does not close and lock the wind pushed door open. Had to use latch and bolt lock to keep closed.
Other than that the place is clean coffee is hot and fresh.

Two strangers began banging on my door around 8 pm. I refused to open it and told them to go to the office. A third man returned with them with keys in his hands and banged on my door. I called the office scared to death and asked for help. The girl said the man with keys was from the motel and they were looking for papers the two had left in the room the night before. I had received no call in advance that he was coming. I asked her to come down to the room immediately. In the meantime the 3 were still banging on my door. I called my daughter in a panic and asked her to stay on the line to hear what was happening. Finally the female staff member arrived. I allowed only her in to look for the papers. Nothing was found. This incident left me scared and shaken. I couldn't sleep that night in fear that they would return. I feel the staff should have handled it differently. Again, I received no call as to why this was happening!! Maybe better training for the staff is needed. If this ever happens again I will definitely call the police instead of relying on the staff to handle it properly. I have stayed here many times, but can no longer feel safe.

Buy decent bedding! Keep the place clean! Provide basics like soap and shampoo! There was the tiniest bar of soap in a plastic bag, and that's it. I slept with the light on, as I was afraid bedbugs would bite me. The room looked filthy.

At this hotel I was surrounded by drug users, prostitutes, and God knows who else.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Over $200 for 6 hours in this awful place.

Motel6, let me tell you as a former Marriott development professional, your hotel on Boulder Highway in Las Vegas is doing irrevocable damage to your brand!

I have stayed several times and the rooms are always clean. The staff at front desk are always polite and in good mood it does get a little loud at night but manageable. All and all it's a good night sleep

No guide for the TV ? ! Need a better itemized bill. Yes I will stay again when in Vegas. Also need free Internet. U just add cost to the bill. Very discreetly. Have Tom Bowdett leave the Light ???on!!

I was there on 10/25/2017 at about 0900pm and ordered 2 sandwiches, these guys are hands down the Best Sandwich Artist out here in Vegas. Thanks guys and the young lady that took my payment was very políte. Thanks guys.

Manager acted like it was no big deal that no tea was made. Said they didn't know how to make it Realky?? Flatbread was supposed to be toasted but was soggy. Very disappointing experience! Store really dirty, walls, floors, chairs and windows!!

Poor environment! The inside of this place is so dirty, the staff seems to be less knowledgeable about how to make a sub sandwich. I couldn't stay to eat my food the whole time the guy was making my sub I just felt like I should have passed this place up.

I've been coming here for more than 3 yrs. I have never need to get out of my car to order my frapp. Until today it's been the 3rd time they dont put alot of whip n caramel on my frappucino. Ever since they remodel their location they've always gave me my wrong order. Their customer service and the way they make their orders is bad ? sorry. I won't longer get my starbucks here. A+ to starbucks on Mark st &Sunset.

Half of the workers just throw the stuff on your sandwich in a sloppy mess. The other half are great workers. Depending on who's at the counter decides whether or not I eat here.

I really don't agree with most of your review's the young man who waited on me 8/16/2017 at approx 4:50 PM was great, poor guy was there by himself he was very busy but he moved the line and didnt lose his cool. He was also very respectful of the custoners. This Subway is in a casino can get very busy at any given moment, I was happy with service received, only one disappoint could have had more tables or counters to eat at.

Overall terrible experience. No kind of customer service. The girl that helped me was rude and got an attitude when I asked her to change her gloves. she had grabbed the marker to write on a sandwich and proceeded to touch my sub..... definitely won't be coming back. Makes me wonder if their employees know people food handling.

They had no spinach prepped, the line looked dirty and not stocked. Simply unorganized and Unsanitary.

Completely unsatisfied.
Really disappointing.
