Studio 6 Suites Las Vegas, NV – Tropicana in Las Vegas

I was not informed in advance that a $100 cash deposit per night was required, which was a bit surprising.
The room I was assigned had a faint urine smell, and about half of the towels had stains or hair on them.
I chose this place because hotel prices were extremely high due to CES and I had an early morning flight.
If I face a similar situation again, I would choose a safer room even if it costs more.

The toile, hair dryer and coffee maker were broken. It spend to change ones 1 day. I couldn't take hot shower. The hotel never be able to keep my baggage.

The rooms were clean and cleaners were nice.
Most of receptionists were polite. However there was a bad experience on the service by the front desk. One of female receptionist seemed to be arrogant and rude. This was what happened - An old gentleman couldn't open his door for his room due to his the access control was low battery. He was so old that he couldn't walk to the front desk. So I went to the front desk with the old man's card key that he gave to me, and start talking to a white woman (I am NEITHER a racist NOR a gender discriminator) . And she gave me a poker face and then just IGNORED me. When I repeated my words, she impatiently grabbed the key, and said to the security, "the key is fine, I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT!!!", "follow him to the room". She totally ignored me, and never said a word to me. I WAS STANDING THERE LIKE A IDIOT!!!!!!!! And the security followed me to the old man and helped him to fixed battery for the door.
I didn't understand that - the door access control was faulty, what is the point if the key is fine?
On the other side, I could NOT get any signal in the room. I know access to the Internet is not free. But how can I pay if I can't even connect to the payment portal?! So I had to go out of my room, and walked to the neighbor motel, and paid to them for the Internet access.
