Update: I was randomly charged “taxes” two months from my stay at this Courtyard by Marriott location. When I called to inquire why and if I will be charged again, I was matter of factly told yes for my second stay, and that’ll occur later when they get around to it because they recently “updated” their system so they’re apparently going through all the non-taxed accounts. How is that my problem? I was for sure charged a rate that included taxes… sketchy stuff
My husband is a Marriott member so we only stay in Marriott hotels. Might have to change up since they all apparently recently updated to a “new system”

From amazing staff to amenities and a large clean room, we couldn’t have been more surprised! This property is beautiful and clean. The bistro offers a bar, food and starbucks. Our coffees were deliciously well made. We loved our stay so much we are returning for our brief trip to Santa Fe. My kids loved walking the property and the tranquil courtyard area.

Hotel was great. We were told the pool was heated. No one who we saw getting in enjoy the experience, including us. But it was cold. Jacuzzi was great nice and hot with the jets very forceful.

We had switched from another hotel that was very disappointing. We were very happy with the hotel. The only complaint is the ac was right next to the bed so that person froze and the other bed was warm. Not great room planning.

It was interesting to say the least. Everyone was nice. That wasn’t a problem. The laundry facilities were in need of repair. Only one of two washers worked but only with the phone app no change and only one of two dryers were working. The hotel reminds me of something out of the “Backrooms”. It’s a maze at first. And the fact that they exposed part of it was a little different but I am sure they had their reasons. We had windows that looked straight out into a closed hallway. lol. Also instead of a sitting area in the suite I rented we had a large executive meeting type desk with like 10 nice desk chairs. I wasn’t mad about it just a little confused. We had our cats with us and to my surprise we had an awesome screened in patio put the side of the main bedroom. That was perfect. My kitties were able to feel like they had an awesome space just for them. I really appreciated that aspect. Overall it was a good stay. Thanks guys!!

This was a lovely spot to stay the night for our family. The only complaint I would have would be the layout of the hotel; it was very confusing trying to get oriented to where the rooms were in relation to the other parts of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and pretty spacious for our family of six.

I was very disappointed the hotel did not provide airport shuddle, as advertised.
No help on taxi service.
Just false advertising....

The stay was Okay! There was a spider in our bathroom. And the mattress was so plush and not comfortable, we got backpain the morning after.
Overall very old facility and overrated.

17.10.2025 Patrick

The room fridge looked like the same one my wife got for free off the side of road years ago, bedroom door didn't close, toilet would run unless you jiggled the handle after flushing, balcony door doesn't lock, and the one working hot tub has trash floating in it.

Older property
Dacor is good though rooms are small
Very suitable for business travel, not so much for leisure.
Not much competition to choose from!

The elevator broke while inside. Stuck for about 10m. Couldn't find anybody at the front desk. After getting out, they refused to do anything
