Spacious room, easy self service parking. Nice staff, cleaning staff were prompt & kind. Easy access to the city. 15 min Drive from Central Park. I plan to stay here again.

The room was very spacious. The balcony was excellent, and it was a huge plus that smoking was allowed there. The swimming pool was also beautiful.

Amazing price for New York, with cool views. We had a balcony room that was really nice, the one draw back I would say is the noise from the bridge traffic.

Very good hotel in Queens near Roosevelt bridge. Market near if any need. Metro goes everywhere around NYC districts from the location. I recommend.

It is a 15-minute walk from the subway station. If you go back too late, it will be quite dark on the road. It is recommended to go together and not alone. The room is large but the coffee machine provided is full of dust.

I hate publishing false information the most. Free pick-up: Fake! Shuttle bus: No! Double breakfast: Not provided either! Communicated with customer service, nothing was solved! The traffic is far away. You have to bypass the parking lot and go through the long basement passage to see the front desk. The surroundings are desolate and even eating is a problem! Ultra-high squat toilets are a problem for anyone with short legs! The pillow is also a square and super thick pillow, which makes my neck hurt, and there is not even a comfortable pillow! The broken bedside lamp and coffee machine in the room were just decorations and could not be used at all! There is only one charging socket, so it would be a headache for two people to use it at the same time!

Finally got to come back for the lobster bake... VERY GOOD!

This place is very nice for the view. Otherwise I think the food is okay and overpriced (which is allowed because you’re mostly paying for the view and ambiance) I thankfully I had a Groupon for $60 but still had to pay extra and gratuity was already included. I think this place is nice for a birthday or a celebration but not a regular dinner.

Went there with a Groupon. Service was not great. They lost my reservation (never use a phone to mage a reservation anymore) and the staff kept saying they were really busy even though the restaurant was less than 50% full.
The food was great. The lobster bake they had was a great lobster with plenty of sides. And the dessert was top notch.

The perfect place to have a NYC wedding!!! Between the stunning views, accommodating staff who answered my hundreds of questions and guided me through the planning process, superb food, and competitive prices- penthouse 808 made our decision to get married here a very easy one. Our guests could not get over how gorgeous the venue was and they truly made wedding planning so much easier as they provided everything from tables, chairs, linens, a DJ, food, drinks, staff, menus, and handled all set up and break down! Thanks to Elyse for all her help!

Pleasant upscale venue with an eye-popping view of the bridge and the Manhattan skyline. Some dishes are Instagram worthy, but lose much of their magic when actually tasted. Drinks were good, and service was decent, even though the place was humming on the Sunday evening I was there. That said, the prices are high, especially for what you get. Also, chalk it up to snobbery, but when I pay that much I prefer an atmosphere of quiet cool, and this was more like dinner at the dance club; dim lighting, pumping dance music, and VIP bottle service, fireworks and all. I wouldn't mind returning now and then, especially with out of towners, but probably just for a quick drink to enjoy the sweet summer air high above the river.
