The room was clean, good staff, & amenities,. The best thing about the room is every wall has a mirror. You can see yourself from every angle. Will love to return.

Room was clean. Difficult to find the shower light which was near the entrance no where near the shower. No counter in bathroom nor shower room.

The hotel asked us not to check since they can only take cash at this time. They were not taking credit cards due to technical issues on there end. They canceled our booking.

Check in required cash only. Forced me to go to an atm machine at 11p at night. Then required an additional $50 for a deposit. Nearest atm had a $200 daily limit. Worst experience ever!

As an American, this was not what I was used to. There is no lobby or food. It is a room full of antiques. Interesting is all I can say

I had an extremely distressing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were unprofessional, and the room looked nothing like the online photos—there were ceiling issues, taped-up fixtures, and an overall unsafe environment. As soon as I entered the room, I immediately realized it was unacceptable, so within two minutes I went back down with my bags and requested to cancel and refund my booking. Instead of assisting professionally, the manager became aggressive, raised his voice, and even made inappropriate and ****** remarks. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I had to contact the police. No refund or resolution was provided. This was one of the most unpleasant and unsafe hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious before booking.

A bit old dated and we heard the ringbell of the door all morning long when trying to sleep. It was however really clean and the bed was comfortable

Very convenient to airport and public transit. Staff at the front desk were always so nice and helpful! Everything is a bit dated yes but the room is clean and comfortable and everything worked. Would stay here again while in queens!

Only thing I didn’t like is the noise from outside because of the expressway right outside the hotel and the front guy was nice but appearance needs to be changed (musk was so dirty)

Would not recommend, found presumably USED panties in the couch cushion 😭. Cleaning staff did not come when the room was unattended for over six hours. The front desk was personable and the decor looked nice but sanitary conditions were questionable. Also, found a hair under the comforter after first walking into the room.

The best empanadas in town. The variety is amazing, all kinds of flavors to choose from. Simply delicious chicken, beef, vegetables, cheese, plantain, an much more. Highly recommended.

Empanadas, different place..for a fast snack,or quick lunch, very good Empanadas, comes in corn or wheat, delicious.
I enjoy the delicious fish with potato and the traditional meat, it's right on the spot freshly made, they have a whole different type of empanadas for every taste at a great price,the staff are great also don't forget the drinks.
