It is ok at best. Though I found nothing particularly bad about the place, from my experience, it's just ordinary. I was offered a special iced tea with no sugar which was great. Two weeks later I asked for the same iced tea at the same Chilly's and my server had no idea what I was talking about.
If you are hungry and have no more options then Chilly's the place to go...

For starters, the appetizers coupled with drinks were decent so I got my hopes up for a satisfying meal. What we ended up being served as our main course was nothing short of repulsive. I ordered one of the burgers thinking that it would be a safe meal. After taking just one bite it was obvious that something was horribly wrong. I opened up my burger to see that not only was everything covered in a layer of grease but the patty was practically rubber and the bacon looked as if it had melted into the bun and the cheese [pic].

My friend had gotten a fajita which came with a side of rice and beans. The beans were watery as if they had been cooked, frozen, then microwaved before serving. The rice, although well seasoned, tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge next to rotting meat and produce for a couple of weeks. To give a sense of what it tasted like, imagine if you could taste what an old folks home smelled like.

Although I could probably criticize other aspects of the meal my friends and I were served, the blaring issues I tasted seem like a hazard. There is something extremely wrong going on in that kitchen and the only person I hope goes there is a health inspector. I honestly hope that this was a rare one-time occurrence but either way I will not be dining here again.

Food is decent for a local sandwich spot but the customer service is off the charts terrible. They are inconsistent with how often they actually get an order right. Today will mark the 3rd time in a month time span (eat there once a week) that they have messed my order up one way or another. When they actually get the order wrong and you point it out they get an attitude like you should be grateful you just paid $10 for an average size over priced sandwich. Today I ordered a soda for one of my co-coworkers which of course they put the wrong drink in the bag. (I should have checked it with their track record).. Since its pouring outside I didn't want to run back outside to fix their screw up so I asked one of the cashier girls on the phone to have the correct drink brought up. She of course had an attitude and told me it would take 20+ minutes to have one brought up to my office since all their delivery guys were busy (probably fixing other orders)... So I just asked the girl to refund the 1.75 my coworker paid for the 20 oz soda so we can go buy another one ourselves. Her response: "Since you took the other soda we cannot refund you" I didn't even debate it. I told the girl she lost more than one customer with the response and hung up the phone.... The owner is never present. Might explain why the employees get away with murder...

Ordered a tossed salad, got a chopped salad with dressing on the side. Explained that I ordered tossed salad, so they remade it without chopping, but still left the dressing on the side and didn't toss it. The ingredients weren't what I ordered and I did not have the time to correct the issue again. Sorry, but you guys disappointed me and I won't be back.
