Today noticed this hotel canceled our booking without any explanation or calling.

Outrageous experience and first time from Marriott hotel chain experience and we are so shock is the understatement.

We booked the hotel more than half year ago to be a key part of next month US open tennis travel experience.

I am putting this hotel service level at 1 (rather 0 if this is an option). As the published phone number not working either no matter what time we called today.

Escalated to Marriott customer service and cross finger to see whether they will fix the issue.

Never been in there, walking past it daily and see plenty of garbage thrown on the sidewalk due to its residents. Not sure why they allow people to live there rent free and not have to worry about the trash they are leaving everywhere. It’s not a good idea to have this going on in the neighborhood.

First impressions, the staff at the main desk were excellent. The property could use little clean up outside
when I booked the hotel, I didn’t know they were gonna charge me $44 to valet my car, but I do recommend the hotel strongly.

We did not stay since the hotel is no longer in business. It is now a homeless shelter. We had to frantically find another room for the night just a couple hours before our concert. This hotel should be removed from all sites so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

This property needs to be removed. There is no public Access.
It has been secured by the City of NY or Homeland Security as a welcome center for Migrants and Asylum seekers.
Take this property of the system immediately.
No a hotel!

Won't use ********** again
The hotel was closed for renovation and we were moved to a new hotel in an area we didn't want to stay, and we were denied a chance to cancel. I called Marriott and they said ********** was informed of the closure in January but we were not informed until mid-May.

This NOT a hotel. It is an immigrant homeless shelter. We prepaid our room in December for travel on 5/14/24. We arrived from Europe and were deposited at the lobby of this hotel. It is a HOMELESS SHELTER, and we paid $300 for a room there. We were instant targets with all our luggage standing on the street in this neighborhood. We thankfully got out without loss of life or property. We have filed complaints with Marriott and capital one travel. STAY AWAY

******* doesn’t even know the property closed and we had nowhere to stay. Pathetic!!!

We chose this hotel for our trip to see the US Open Tennis. It was rated as one of the top hotels to book for the US Open. The biggest issue is their poor customer service. They chose to end their shuttle service at 10:45 at night. This policy left us stranded at Flushing Meadows around midnight after the women’s semis along with about a dozen other guests of this hotel. We watched as guests from other hotels picked up by shuttles. We had been told by our driver on the way to Flushing Meadows that we could get on the Days Inn shuttle to be taken back to Springhill. However, that did not turn out to be the case. After walking home from the tournament in the middle of the night, I went to the front desk to complain. He just reminded me of a sign they’d put in the lobby about service terminating at 1045pm-which doesn’t explain why other hotels in the area were operating a shuttle. To be fair, the shuttle service was extended to 12:45 after I called the next morning to complain to management. However, this experience tells me this hotel is not very good at customer service and should no longer be considered the best choice of accommodation if you’re going to the US Open. To be fair, the rooms were well maintained and the included breakfast was very good.

Come here hungry....It literally is "all you can eat".
Salad bar is unbelievable. They should offer just the salad bar at a reduced price as there is plenty of meat options in the salad bar. The oxtail is delicious.
Plenty of room for big parties.
I highly recommend it for special family occasions.

Excellent food. However, they need something better then the card on the table to let the guys going from table to table to see if it’s green or red. We had ours in red from them to STOP ? coming to our table. They still continued to come ??‍♀️

Excellent food. I went there for a wedding rehearsal on a Thursday night. Staff were very attentive to make sure that we were able to try all of the different meat that they had available. Upon request the even brought out specialty items such as chicken hearts and Brazilian cheese bread. All of us were completely stuffed by the end of the meal. All 40 of us received food and drinks at the exact same time. The even had a specialty menu for my two-year-old niece.

Having dine at this establishment on a few occasions when it was called Greenfield and experience great service and food didn't know what to expect under new management. To my delight i can honestly say that the new management has improved on what was already wonderful dinning experience. It was my birthday celebration accompanying me for her very first time here at Rainhas was my wife and we both truly enjoy the entire evening. Emely our waitress/hostess cater to our every need and made sure that our request were met and manage to exceed our expectations. This restaurant is highly recommended for large groups, family gatherings, romantic couples and business dining be sure to bring a appetite.
