New York, Queens, 139-01 Jamaica Avenue 11435 Queens,Jamaica Avenue 🧭 Map
This place the price & it's employees are amazing. Absolutely the place I will be returning to every time I visit NYC. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the rooms didn't have the norms of coffee machine blow dryer etc. Add those in & upgrade the TV & it's all good.
I really love this hotel.... Location..... Clean.,.. price..... Friendly employees..... I didn't give it 5 ⭐ because the TV sucks...... Regular TV and maybe headline News? 12 channels
Amazing, clean an fresh.. Friendly customer. Rooms are clean an neat, great view. Lovely bathroom.. Everything u need are around the area.. Love it
Excellent customer service, good price and great service
This motel is pretty ok.... Average motel prices are decent .Front desk staff not friendly, They more straight to the point
Love this place. They always make me happy and very comfortable. Thank you

Stayed here while attending to the 2016 US Open. If you understand the price point you are paying going in, you should set your expectations realistically. We were pleasantly surprised with the rooms - although small, they were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern enough and clean. The only thing we did in the hotel was sleep and eat breakfast, which is the usual continental food (plus waffle...
When I stayed there it was enjoyable and quiet. The breakfast was good and The Coffee was Nice and strong. Altogether I had a pleasant STAY
The rooms tend to be quite small. The blanket had stains on it. It definitely has the cheap feel of a motel room. Basic cable and air conditioning included. You get what you pay for.
Only was able to visit main floor . Didnt have the opportunity to see the rooms.
You get what you pay for. We stayed here for 10 Days and I was very surprised, as I thought it would be very bad because of the Reviews, but it wasn't. Rooms were clean and not that small (its enough place for a few days). Staff was nice and helpful. Furniture has seen better days, but its okay. I think the bathrooms got renovated a few years ago, they seemed very new. Bathroom was also very clean...

This hotel stay was a bit inconvenient in several ways. Accessing the front desk required going down a few stairs, which was challenging when traveling with luggage, especially since the only alternative was a small, cargo-style elevator. The bed was sagging in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.
Is a nice hotel and I enjoy being in there
Location is perfect in Flushing.
The room wasn't very good, and the facilities were old. The lobby was on the -1st floor, and it felt quite dark. The price wasn't cheap, but the only advantage was the proximity to many Chinese restaurants and the subway.
The room facilities are simple but clean and the service is good. The hotel is in a great location, with a small parking lot across the street and Main Street just a few hundred meters away, which is very convenient.
This time I stayed here alone on a business trip. The room was not big but very clean. The brightest view was that a plane flew by every 5 minutes outside the window. It was different for different airlines. Students who like taking photos can take a lot of photos. It would be better if you can live on a higher floor! It is very convenient to get to the Chinese restaurant Molly Key Milk Tea Shop next...

I got stranded from LaGuardia because of a big snowstorm and had to find a hotel for the night. I had ridden the train to Queens to get the Q70 to LaGuardia, so I was a little familiar with the Jackson Heights subway stop and knew I could get reliable transportation between there and the airport, so I found this hotel, which is only a few blocks away. It's not like a Four Seasons or anything, but I...
No complaints at all. Heater and AC worked well. House keeping on point. Right by subway to take into the city. Surrounded by great food. Would stay again.
People in the halls can see clearly into your room through the peep hole — creepy af. And lots of shifty couples coming in and out with no baggage…
Exceeded my expectation Clean room, friendly staffs. Easy check in. Conviently location. 7 train is block away. 30 mins ride to Times Square. McDonald and target is block away. Mexican, Indian and Nepali restaurants are near by. We enjoyed our stay. Wish: wish they have microwave , freeze and coffee maker.. We definitely recommend..
Loved the location, convenient to get around and lots of good food options. Clean and good sized room with a great view of Queens and Manhattan.
A decent hotel for an overnight stay. It's right next to the subway station and is very convenient location wise.

I made a reservation for my family since they came to visit, and they said that everything was great. Good breakfast, good staff, good bedroom, and good service. Thanks for the great experience!
They over charge you because they say one price then it comes out more. Should've been a little over 200 it was way over 300. Be careful or pay in cash.
Very nice place to stay overnight. Close to bridges, main highways. The price was right.
Underground parking, convenient. Room was accommodating, clean. Loved the breakfast with the Belgian waffles! As a business professional, I needed a last-minute, convenient place to stay with access to clients in Queens and Long Island. This hotel gets a thumbs up from me as it met all of my needs. I will be back!
The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is also clean. However there were a lot of loud noise from our room next door and the smell of strong smoke coming into our room. Front desk tried to calm them down, but noise continues and nothing was resolved so we had a sleepless night.
Very clean and organized. Friendly staff and very nice place! Love it. Definitely will be back!

A very good accommodation experience. The space was spacious and had a kitchen, and it was quiet. There were many shops and restaurants right outside.
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The rooms are spacious and modern. They also offer a complimentary airport shuttle to LaGuardia Airport every half hour. The hotel is conveniently located near Flushing, within walking distance, and there are many Chinese restaurants to choose from. The service is prompt and responsive to requests. Everything is pretty good...
There is no shampoo or shower gel, and the bathing facilities are a bit poor
I'd like to request a late checkout, ideally after lunch.
It's an old hotel, showing its age. The hallways have a strong odor, which they try to cover up with air fresheners. The air conditioning in the room is louder than a tractor.
The room was spacious, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. There's a free shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Flushing Main Street, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and taking the subway.

We got a room and the TV volume didn't worked. We got another room. This place needs to be taken care of more from the maintenance person, the toilet leaked inside the tank, the shower leaked, the shower floor was dirty, the fridge was very loud, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, All together I don't recommend this place. It is my opinion.
The room was spacious, with a living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The sofa bed was perfect for children, and it was excellent value for money in New York. There were two subway lines nearby, making transportation quite convenient. The staff were helpful, but the breakfast was not very good.
The room price of a three-star hotel is the same as that of a five-star hotel in Manhattan. The environment of this hotel is very poor, surrounded by railways and factories. The breakfast is very simple. I felt like vomiting when I had breakfast after staying for ten days. The room was not cleaned until three or four days later, and that was only after my repeated requests. It can be said that there...
I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness, brand-new condition, and professionalism of the staff at this facility. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to feel truly relaxed after long days of training throughout the week. I am considering returning to New York City as a tourist and plan to stay at this hotel instead of one in Manhattan, as it is much more accessible and...
We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and the structure in general is good. It has an excellent breakfast where they keep refilling things during the breakfast window. They have a honest gym that was useful for me. The room is good and has some great space. The location is amazing. It’s just one block from the N and W trains. This is one station from this 7 train
Clean rooms. Our family needed more space than the typical Manhattan hotels offer, and while it's out in Queens, you couldn't ask for a better location next to the N/W subway. It was easy getting into midtown, and the price was fair. Breakfast in the morning is a zoo, and they need better food options (they were always out of something) but everyone at the hotel was helpful, especially Omar at check...

I stayed there in 2019 and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, I would now like to retorn but there is no availability shown for any dates, and there is no contact email or Whatsapp either. Could it be closed?
Excellent location although the walk from the hotel to the Queens Plaza Station is very windy it ruins umbrellas every time it rains. I call it the umbrella graveyard.
To clear thing up, as I understand there's been some confusion about this place recently: the Fairfield Inn is being operated as one of the hotels that are working with Exodus Transitional Community, Inc. to house people being released from Rikers Island or the D.O.C.; it's being utilized exclusively for this purpose, so there's not any rooms available for the general public at this location currently...
See this place on a daily basis. On my way to work
Excellent customer service at front desk! Clean rooms. The bar is lacking in drink variety and good bartenders.
Beautiful hotel! Customer service was great! We forgot a pair of shoes and when we called they had already set them aside for us. Love the decorations. Clean rooms and sheets ! Cute little couch that pulled out into a bed! Mini fridge and a nice size bathroom. They had plenty of mirrors. I really enjoyed my time here! We were in and out all day 3pm-8am with no problem . Lobby is so nice with a little...

Very ordinary, nothing special.
My room was clean and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the location.
We were given a room on the first floor, next to the restaurant, which was very noisy from 5am onwards, and the soundproofing was poor.
Great love the breakfast items new rooms clean fresh love the stay only issue there is no parking only valet parking which will cost you 41 dollars per night but  on the street have lot of parking  behind the  hotel safe area  around the hotel cross the road have good resturant which stay open till 2am
The bathroom is very clean and comfortable to use. The service staff is friendly. It's a pity that it is close to the expressway, which is a bit noisy. The air conditioner is also quite loud.
The room is quite small.... I made a reservation because it was close to my friend's house, but I don't want to make a reservation again.

Didn’t like room service coming to my room at 9:00am asking if I was checking out
The place was the definition of mediocre. Had a nice clean room, a fairly outdated bathroom and some nice extras like a microwave and the option to request dishes if you want to cook yourself a meal. The location is convenient to the buses if you are planning to visit Midtown. The free breakfast was a scam though - they only offered oatmeal packets, granola bars and coffee/tea. Most hotels that offer...
Be very weary We stayed 2 nights. We were expecting the room to be stocked with the essential cooking utensils, cookware, and cutlery however you have to ask for it at the front desk. Would have been nice to know BEFORE we went up to the room. They didn't even bring it up to the room you have to go down and get it in trash bags. The pots were dirty. The dishes were dirty. They don't provide you with...
Convenient location for our needs, close access to expressway to get to an event venue and close to bus stop to get to the city. Kitchen was useful and there is a grocery store and shopping nearby. Beds were not comfortable and rooms were dated.
Very pleased with our stay easy location, clean room, friendly staff, very lowkey and quiet, easy parking. We would definitely stay here again.

First impressions, the staff at the main desk were excellent. The property could use little clean up outside when I booked the hotel, I didn’t know they were gonna charge me $44 to valet my car, but I do recommend the hotel strongly.
Staff was nice, helpful, and all for good rate. Would book again if in the area
Room was big by NYC standards. Checked in super late, checked out super early. Just enough for a shower and a short nap. A bit noisy facing the street even at 3am. First airport shuttle was promised at 4am, left at 4:05am so that's great! Was a little worried but not to worry. Staff was not engaging but hey, it was 2am at check in.
The rooms are HUGE but they smell musty and like they've been spayed with a deodorizer. Carpet is a bit worn too. Shuttle does not run after midnight so if you arrive late don't expect one. Front desk was great though. Market is well stocked and a free breakfast.
Our flight out of Laguardia was canceled, so we booked a room for the night. We were at the rental car area, as we had tried to get a rental car to drive home without any luck. I called the hotel to see if there was a shuttle, which there was. They came and picked us up at the rental car place and took us to the hotel. It was late and we got one of the last rooms, since many flights were canceled that...
I stay in many hotels, and this is one of my favorites. The staff here is just the best, you are delayed they take care of you and understand that weather happens, they go above and beyond... even better than some 5 stars in Manhattan, love the big rooms!! Overall always a pleasure being here! Thank you to the staff you guys are the best!

The staff here is A plus and I definitely will stay here again. The staff know it too!
This hotel was clean and comfortable budget accommodation. The rooms are tight and cozy, clean and quiet. Heating worked well on cold nights. Front desk staff and housekeepers were friendly. Hotel is in a safe location next to a large, quiet cemetery. We appreciated the free parking lot and our car felt secure there. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods, and the rooms had microwaves so...
Horrible odor assumed to be from cleaning chemicals in room. Front desk unwilling/unable to relocate...miserable first night. Second night tv wasnt working and I was then called at 2AM to check if it was now working. Very basic hotel with most basic conditions.
Staff and front desk was very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend as any attractions are subway/bus walking distance!
My family has stayed several times at this hotel and we have always been completely satisfied. The property is spotless, the rooms upgraded and very well appointed, and the breakfast well stocked with a variety of offerings.
Not bad, surrounded by cemeteries. Quick uber ride to a Peruvian restaurant that had a market and some bars nearby.. an experience

It’s very nice room and service and comfy bed. I’ll book it again.
The noise is loud and the sofa is dirty, but the transportation is convenient and the surrounding facilities are complete, especially many Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets
It's about a 40-minute subway ride to Manhattan. The room was clean. After checking in, I panicked when my card key didn't work at all, but I was able to get in with no problem using another key. There is a 7-Eleven about a 10-minute walk away, so you can also get some alcohol. There is a large fan in the room, which was very useful as it made it easy to dry laundry after hand washing it.
Very clean. Good location. Close to the subway. Food is close

The room was clean, good staff, & amenities,. The best thing about the room is every wall has a mirror. You can see yourself from every angle. Will love to return.
Room was clean. Difficult to find the shower light which was near the entrance no where near the shower. No counter in bathroom nor shower room.
As an American, this was not what I was used to. There is no lobby or food. It is a room full of antiques. Interesting is all I can say
A bit old dated and we heard the ringbell of the door all morning long when trying to sleep. It was however really clean and the bed was comfortable
Very convenient to airport and public transit. Staff at the front desk were always so nice and helpful! Everything is a bit dated yes but the room is clean and comfortable and everything worked. Would stay here again while in queens!
Only thing I didn’t like is the noise from outside because of the expressway right outside the hotel and the front guy was nice but appearance needs to be changed (musk was so dirty)

The room looks exactly like the pictures, the price is affordable, and the staff are very nice.
Great value for money in New York, and a convenient location.
The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel's location is super convenient for shopping and dining, and it's also close to the subway station. The room was pretty quiet too. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but that might be because there are so many other options nearby.
The hotel is a at perfect location in the middle of China Town and close to LGA. The room is new and clean. The breakfast is very good
The hotel's location was excellent, very close to where I needed to be. Stepping out, I saw many Asian faces, and the food was delicious. The breakfast with congee, eggs, and pickled vegetables with edamame was absolutely perfect for my taste buds – definitely a five-star review!
