Dear Front Desk Manager, I am writing to formally request the refund of my $200 security deposit. I checked out of The Parc Hotel Flushing on February 11, 2026, and as of today, I have not yet received the refund. Please review my reservation and process the deposit refund as soon as possible. If there are any issues or additional information required, kindly let me know promptly. Thank you for...
Second time here for business trip, nice location with shopping mall aside.
I absolutely loved staying at The Parc Hotel. The experience was comfortable and pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I will surely come again. A special thanks to the reception staff—Shen was amazing and made the check-in process very smooth and welcoming. He also helped us with a great parking space, which made everything even easier. Overall, a wonderful stay...
The Parc Hotel in New York offers a comfortable stay with modern rooms, convenient amenities, and excellent connectivity to major attractions. Located in Flushing, it provides easy access to Citi Field, LaGuardia Airport, and local dining hotspots. Guests appreciate its clean interiors, friendly staff, and value-for-money services. Some rooms may feel compact, but they are well-designed for short stays...
I had a fantastic experience at the Parc Hotel due to your amazing colleagues who truly care. Jerry at the front desk helped me at check in and was very genuine. I appreciated his pride in doing great work and giving good customer service. I had a great room with a good view, I just an issue with my TV not working properly. Jerry immediately connected me to Joseph who came to my room and tried his...
Everything was great. The front desk offered Chinese-speaking service, which was a nice touch. The room had an amazing view. Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown. We stayed for 7 days, and the congee was only hot on two of those days. But with Chinatown right next door, we could always sort ourselves out!

The Wyndham Garden LIC is in a great location and safe neighborhood. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The E train subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. A very clean hotel with helpful staff and reasonable rates compared to Manhattan.
The Wyndham Garden is in a great neighborhood with restaurants, churches and convenience stores nearby. Short walk to the subway! Just a block walk to great views of Manhattan with great views. Ferry stop is also available.
This hotel has a very good location near Manhattan. Price/quality was very good. We enjoyed our stay en we recommend this hotel. Breakfast: more then enough choice. The staff was friendly and gave good service. Cleaning of the room: several times during our stay. And we got new towels when we asked.
The staff at this location was very pleasant staff upon arrival and check-in. The room was clean and new. Breakfast is included which I loved. Check-out went very smoothly as well. For business trips or vacation this location in LIC is a subway ride to Manhattan!
Many of us were there for cancelled flights and many people with lost luggage. The staff navigated it all with ease. The front desk employees were amazing and even had recommendations and made sure to invite us to breakfast in the morning. In the morning I got a very nice "good morning" from the cleaning staff. While the room could use a little updating- the shower and the soaps were amazing. Breakfast...
Booked our room through Agoda and I was very pleased with the cleanliness, service, and location. Initially, our check-in time was 3pm when we asked the front desk. However, the nice lady at the desk notified us that they were able to turn around a room quickly and got us in by 1pm while we waited at the lobby which was greatly appreciated. Felt relatively safe which was important for just a group...

The room is in average condition and the price is relatively high, but the only advantage is free breakfast and free parking. Others are just okay.
Loved it. We hit Citi field for concerts and will go here for every one after as it's easy to get to, parking, hot breakfast and the staff is awesome. Put up with my questions and not having my reservation info, with a smile and politeness. Slept well, no loud stuff nearby, no rowdy people yelling. Just a good, clean, nice place to stay while you are in the area.
Had an event in Queens to attend over the Memorial day weekend and was a bit worried of what to expect knowing the chaos in New York. Well, let me tell you...pleasantly surprised! Outstanding customer service by Jessica who is amazing! We would stay here again because of her. Excellent location, we felt safe to have our vehicle in the parking lot which was a huge plus and even walked around the area...
This time we were here, we were able to stay the entire week,. The only tiny negative feed back is the sounds that get into the rooms from the parking lot. I had room 101 closest to the entrance/exit and directly outside of parking lot. Last time I I had room C09 right below the breakfast area. It's a small space they make the best of and I totally understand, but Tuesday morning I was Slammed...
Great hotel overall. The front desk woman that works in the morning is phenomenal. Food was above standard for a Holiday Inn. My room was on the back of the building so you could hear traffic through the window and the ac unit was loud all night trying to keep up as it was 91 degrees the day I stayed. Good food choices within walking distance.
The room facilities are very good, the bedding is comfortable and clean ~

The room was relatively clean; compared to 2023, breakfast no longer included Chinese dishes like steamed buns and fried dough sticks, it was all Western food; the downsides were that the shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable, making showering inconvenient, and the shampoo didn't lather very well.
Great Hotel, good location and service. Friendly and helpful staff :)
The location is good, close to public transport and Asian restaurants. The service is adequate, lacking empathy. The rooms are clean and well soundproofed. They serve a self-service breakfast that does the job.
Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. The free breakfast was a nice touch, offering congee, eggs, and milk. Plus, it's super convenient to get to Manhattan via the Line 7 subway. All in all, a solid choice!
The location is convenient, there are food and shopping nearby, there is a food court nearby with different choices, and it is an Asian residential area. The hotel is a bit old, a traditional American-style Chinese hotel. A simple breakfast is enough, don't have any special requirements, just sleep for one or two nights. The hygiene conditions are acceptable! Just an ordinary overnight hotel 😅
I booked a solo room for one night and my stay was good. It was clean. Breakfast was good. I even have another booking for 2 nights the next day… 😊😊😊

Not the kind of hotel that I was expecting for a price.
Adria was awesome! spent one night for a concert, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. would definitely stay again
I reside in Washington, DC and rarely get time in NY. I didn't have high expectations for the hotel I booked as it was only for one night to attend a Gala but I must say, my friends and I were highly impressed by the Adria. It was the perfect spot to stay for the purpose of being in NY. Free parking, clean room, quiet room despite being on a busy street, amazing staff and free breakfast! I would definitely...
I appreciate being able to check in early. But the front desk girl with the black hair a bit arrogant! Get someone nice & respectful!
I would highly recommend this hotel, easy parking, great location , room is clean , bed is comfortable, not noisy even though on the Main Street, friendly and easy check in process. We really enjoyed the stay :)
The hotel parking was very convenient, the rooms were clean, and I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and I recommend this hotel 100%
It was just me staying in the room so it was perfect. My room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to both JFK and LaGuardia airport. The only problem I had was my room window was facing a brick wall
The facilities are relatively new, and it is convenient to go to JFK, but it is close to the road and it is really noisy at night. If you are afraid of noise when sleeping, I suggest you book carefully.
The surrounding environment is very poor, the room is small and similar to domestic guesthouses, especially the requirement of a deposit of 150 US dollars. It has been almost a month since I returned to China and it took several communications with Ctrip to get the deposit back.
Everything is normal! Ctrip is a great platform!
Friendly service, not far from the subway

Very convenient to transportation. Lots of food stalls everywhere, shops and all. It’s another China Town.
Excellent location, convenient transportation, many Chinese restaurants.
The location is a congested place
The room is just average, similar to a guesthouse in China. The bed is relatively large and the standard room can sleep 4 people. The facilities are relatively old. But the living environment is quite convenient. There is food to eat downstairs, which is no different from living in China.
Good location, close to train and lots of Chinese food options
Good location near BTS line 7, easy to find food, lots of food, lively at night, teenagers fill the restaurants, many shopping malls around such as Macy's, Target, New World Mall, which has a food center downstairs, we ate here because there is Thai food. Very warm and truly hospitable environment. Friendly, professional and helpful staff members, nice breakfast. Overall great experience by my family during a peak festive season!
In town to watch the New York Islanders and this hotel was a great choice. About a 15-minute drive from the arena, which was very convenient. Breakfast is included and was a nice bonus. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Perfect spot for a short stay. The staff were friendly and honest, which really made the experience even better.
We had some issues during one of our stays and consequent communications with an employee who is no longer there (not related to our issue), and Jess the manager was amazing troubleshooting the issue and being able to compensate us for the trouble we were having. The hotel itself is great-- the rooms are a good size, comfortable bedding, we only wish the bathrooms were a bit bigger, but not a big deal...
I don't know why the ratings of this kind of motel on Ctrip are so low. This chain hotel is generally good, and the breakfast is also very good. It may be compared with domestic hotels of the same price.

Everyone is so nice clean room feel safe. The young lady who checked me in and out was very very nice.. thank you
I didnt have refrigeration however i didnt see anything on the site stating they did not provide a refrigerator. Bed slept nice and the train in the background was a nice touch. Slept right through it.
Great budget choice if you want near LGA. I have never stayed in Queens before on previous NYC trips. Granted hotel is right on Roosevelt AVe and the El in front of hotel, but rooms not facing the El are just fine. Hotel was clean. Couldn't sleep very well for two nights because guests in the room next door were partying so loudly all night... Not good and no refund.
Considering the location and price, I think it's a reasonable choice. However, the towels were a bit spotty, so those who prefer cleanliness should be cautious.
This is a motel-style hotel without parking, but free parking is available nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station in the city center. You can stay here occasionally if you want to save money.
The service was very good; the conditions were average, and the transportation was not very convenient.
The hotel is designed in traditional Chinese style, but it doesn't look old at all. It's very clean. When I booked the room, I was told that breakfast was not included, but in fact, there was free coffee and toast on the basement floor, which was very affordable. The service staff were neatly dressed and well-disciplined. Very satisfied 👍
Stayed with my sister Pros - Big, soft, clean bed - Clean bathroom, standard - Air-conditioner Cons - No refrigerator - If you sleep on the side of the road, you might be worried that police cars or fire trucks will be loudly disturbing you all the time - Location is not very good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station, but if you take the bus, you will arrive in front of the hotel.

Clean, tidy and elegant environment
In a Chinese section of town (cool). Older place but redone well. Latch was broken off the hinges. Water from shower ran slightly all night. Planes going over loudly all day and night. Bed was ‘springy’ but ok. Pillows were fantastic. AC was cold as ice. Quiet. Close to the Mets stadium. Plenty of restaurants around.  Clean except for hair in the shower.
The flight was delayed and landed very late. It was already 2 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk was still very patient to help me check in and check out until 2 p.m.
Always kept team of guardians (police) at the entrance of hotel. This is disgusting, mainly when the guard stoped me, to indict me that I didn't pay, asking questions to customers. Ugly, bad experience. I don't understand why the hotel kept guards inside, inside, the hotel, they offend me, tried me like inmate. Urrrr.... Unfortunately Next time, I looked for best option, never come back lake hotel
I read the reviews before coming here and thought it would be bad, but the actual room was OK, better than expected. The only thing is that the hotel is not soundproof and the people in the next room were very noisy at night. However, American hotels are too expensive, so this one is relatively cheap and it is OK for a two-day stay.

Great location, but the room was a bit small.
Great experience. Asked for towels but never received. A bit on the smaller side but not bad for price
The advantage is that you can park for free. The only thing that is a bit disappointing is that the hotel room is not soundproof and a bit noisy.
The price is reasonable, the room is clean and quiet, the location is convenient, and there are many entertainment places nearby.
Close to the airport, good value for money.
A two-star hotel with average accommodation quality. There is a Q25 bus in front of the hotel that can take you to the subway station, which is an advantage. The water pressure is very small and you can only wash it slowly. It costs more than $100 a night, which is also an advantage.

I would give it 5 stars because everything went nice and smoothly. However, the rooms are SO SMALL! We got the king size bed and the pictures looked more spacious but it was so tiny! Also, anytime anyone opened or shut the door the whole room shifted a bit! But, altogether it wasn't a bad stay!
The hotel is very clean and new but the immediate area is horrible. Right next to the school bus yard and trash truck yard. I was on the top floor #4 very noisy in the room I slept in. The room is clean. The bed very comfortable, pillows and sheet's perfect. The front desk very good. The hotel required a $100.00 cleaning deposit I wasn't aware of. Shuttle service good!
The lights in the rooms have some sort of sensor which is extremely annoying. I wouldn't do long term stays, this hotel is strictly for 1 night maybe 2 if you're desperate. On the plus side the rooms are very clean, they have great cable channels & the WiFi is good.
We stayed one night at the Best Western JFK. There was plenty of parking (a provided pass was supplied) and someone was at the register, waiting to help us upon arrival. Check-in was painless and the room was small, but comfortable and clean. It contained a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub. Luckily, the hotel wasn't too busy because we could hear practically everything in the hallways with the door...
The rooms facing the airport are loud. But it's fine for its a quick transport to jfk. It's your typical no frills type airport hotel. Good breakfast. Near places that deliver if you don't want to go out. Staff are fine.
I used this location while my flight connection from Paris and was excellent choice to have time for a quick shower and rest. The bathroom has a ceiling halogen light with a timer that keeps you warm after the shower, that is great when the outside is 29 Fahrenheit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Decent place if you need a room with parking, but don’t expect much inside. Rooms are in need of repair and updating.
The staff are nice and the parking is good. They could do better with breakfast, breakfast is very bad for the price of the hotel.

The location of this hotel is very good and easy access to the train station and food stores are very close too. The hotel room needs more cleaning and the carpet is very dirty with probably a blood or ink stain. I can't determine if it's an ink or blood. See attached pictures. No kettle for coffee in the room.
Room was clean but there was a loud noise in the basement for a ac pump. Front desk was helpful and nice. Disappointed there was not breakfast, even coffee. No cups in the room. Seems a though they could do simple things to make guest stay better. area safe and has lots of good restaurants.
My overall experience was OK. However, there are some basics that would enhance guest experience even though it's a 2-star establishment. E.g. an effort to clean the rooms and change the linen a bit more often and replacing the current key cards system with a more reliable one so one doesn't have to have their keys recoded each time they return to the hotel. The location in my opinion is excellent...
neat and clean. asked for non smoking but they provided a smoking room. Internet is not good at some rooms
As far as location goes places to eat are quite scarce, there is a McDonald's across the street but I'll pass. Parking is also an issue until after 7pm, be prepared to pay for parking until then. The room was clean and up to date, nothing sticks out too much as far as service went, it's just average, I would stay again. 3/5
Very convenient location with many restaurants closeby. The subway ‘7’ is at a 2 min walking distance. Free parking (limited slots) and free breakfast are an added advantage. Stayed at this hotel years ago during a big trip. I was so scared as I was completely alone and it was my first time travelling from another country. They went above and beyond to reassure me and despite being a young lady on my own I felt so safe and taken care of.
