Everything was great. The front desk offered Chinese-speaking service, which was a nice touch. The room had an amazing view. Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown. We stayed for 7 days, and the congee was only hot on two of those days. But with Chinatown right next door, we could always sort ourselves out!

The Wyndham Garden LIC is in a great location and safe neighborhood. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The E train subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. A very clean hotel with helpful staff and reasonable rates compared to Manhattan.

This hotel has a very good location near Manhattan. Price/quality was very good. We enjoyed our stay en we recommend this hotel. Breakfast: more then enough choice. The room is in average condition and the price is relatively high, but the only advantage is free breakfast and free parking. Others are just okay.

Loved it. We hit Citi field for concerts and will go here for every one after as it's easy to get to, parking, hot breakfast and the staff is awesome. Put up with my questions and not having my reservation info, with a smile and politeness. Slept well, no loud stuff nearby, no rowdy people yelling. Great hotel overall. The front desk woman that works in the morning is phenomenal. Food was above standard for a Holiday Inn. My room was on the back of the building so you could hear traffic through the window and the ac unit was loud all night trying to keep up as it was 91 degrees the day I stayed. Good food choices within walking distance.

The room was relatively clean; compared to 2023, breakfast no longer included Chinese dishes like steamed buns and fried dough sticks, it was all Western food; the downsides were that the shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable, making showering inconvenient, and the shampoo didn't lather very well.

The location is good, close to public transport and Asian restaurants. The service is adequate, lacking empathy. The rooms are clean and well soundproofed. They serve a self-service breakfast that does the job.

Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. The free breakfast was a nice touch, offering congee, eggs, and milk. Plus, it's super convenient to get to Manhattan via the Line 7 subway. All in all, a solid choice!

The location is convenient, there are food and shopping nearby, there is a food court nearby with different choices, and it is an Asian residential area. The hotel is a bit old, a traditional American-style Chinese hotel. A simple breakfast is enough, don't have any special requirements, just sleep for one or two nights. The hygiene conditions are acceptable! Just an ordinary overnight hotel 😅

It was just me staying in the room so it was perfect. My room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to both JFK and LaGuardia airport. The only problem I had was my room window was facing a brick wall

The facilities are relatively new, and it is convenient to go to JFK, but it is close to the road and it is really noisy at night. If you are afraid of noise when sleeping, I suggest you book carefully.

The surrounding environment is very poor, the room is small and similar to domestic guesthouses, especially the requirement of a deposit of 150 US dollars. It has been almost a month since I returned to China and it took several communications with Ctrip to get the deposit back.

The location is a congested place

The room is just average, similar to a guesthouse in China. The bed is relatively large and the standard room can sleep 4 people. The facilities are relatively old. But the living environment is quite convenient. There is food to eat downstairs, which is no different from living in China.

In town to watch the New York Islanders and this hotel was a great choice. About a 15-minute drive from the arena, which was very convenient. Breakfast is included and was a nice bonus. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Perfect spot for a short stay. The staff were friendly and honest, which really made the experience even better.

We had some issues during one of our stays and consequent communications with an employee who is no longer there (not related to our issue), and Jess the manager was amazing troubleshooting the issue and being able to compensate us for the trouble we were having. I don't know why the ratings of this kind of motel on Ctrip are so low. This chain hotel is generally good, and the breakfast is also very good. It may be compared with domestic hotels of the same price.

When L booked the hotel,I knew that there was a subway next to the hotel,but I didn't know that the subway was a double storey elevated subway above the ground,and the noise wad very loud all night.

Couldn't sleep very well for two nights because guests in the room next door were partying so loudly all night... Not good and no refund.

The hotel is designed in traditional Chinese style, but it doesn't look old at all. It's very clean. When I booked the room, I was told that breakfast was not included, but in fact, there was free coffee and toast on the basement floor, which was very affordable. Clean, tidy and elegant environment

In a Chinese section of town (cool). Older place but redone well. Latch was broken off the hinges. Water from shower ran slightly all night. Planes going over loudly all day and night. Bed was ‘springy’ but ok. Pillows were fantastic. AC was cold as ice. Quiet. Close to the Mets stadium. Plenty of restaurants around.  Clean except for hair in the shower.

The flight was delayed and landed very late. It was already 2 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk was still very patient to help me check in and check out until 2 p.m.

Always kept team of guardians (police) at the entrance of hotel. This is disgusting, mainly when the guard stoped me, to indict me that I didn't pay, asking questions to customers. Ugly, bad experience. I don't understand why the hotel kept guards inside, inside, the hotel, they offend me, tried me like inmate. Urrrr.... I read the reviews before coming here and thought it would be bad, but the actual room was OK, better than expected. The only thing is that the hotel is not soundproof and the people in the next room were very noisy at night. However, American hotels are too expensive, so this one is relatively cheap and it is OK for a two-day stay.

The advantage is that you can park for free. The only thing that is a bit disappointing is that the hotel room is not soundproof and a bit noisy.

Close to the airport, good value for money.

A two-star hotel with average accommodation quality. There is a Q25 bus in front of the hotel that can take you to the subway station, which is an advantage. The water pressure is very small and you can only wash it slowly. It costs more than $100 a night, which is also an advantage.

I would give it 5 stars because everything went nice and smoothly. However, the rooms are SO SMALL! We got the king size bed and the pictures looked more spacious but it was so tiny! Also, anytime anyone opened or shut the door the whole room shifted a bit! But, altogether it wasn't a bad stay!

The hotel is very clean and new but the immediate area is horrible. Right next to the school bus yard and trash truck yard. I was on the top floor #4 very noisy in the room I slept in. The lights in the rooms have some sort of sensor which is extremely annoying. I wouldn't do long term stays, this hotel is strictly for 1 night maybe 2 if you're desperate. On the plus side the rooms are very clean, they have great cable channels & the WiFi is good.

We stayed one night at the Best Western JFK. There was plenty of parking (a provided pass was supplied) and someone was at the register, waiting to help us upon arrival. Check-in was painless and the room was small, but comfortable and clean. It contained a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub. Luckily, the hotel wasn't too busy because we could hear practically everything in the hallways with the door...

The rooms facing the airport are loud. But it's fine for its a quick transport to jfk. It's your typical no frills type airport hotel. Good breakfast. Near places that deliver if you don't want to go out. Staff are fine.

I used this location while my flight connection from Paris and was excellent choice to have time for a quick shower and rest. The bathroom has a ceiling halogen light with a timer that keeps you warm after the shower, that is great when the outside is 29 Fahrenheit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was very nice and easy, and the location was great as it had lots of dining options right around it. It was also only 5 minutes away from the yellow line so you could get into manhattan extremely easily. The rooms were nothing special but there was also nothing bad.

The location of this hotel is very good and easy access to the train station and food stores are very close too. The hotel room needs more cleaning and the carpet is very dirty with probably a blood or ink stain. I can't determine if it's an ink or blood. See attached pictures. No kettle for coffee in the room.

Room was clean but there was a loud noise in the basement for a ac pump. Front desk was helpful and nice. Disappointed there was not breakfast, even coffee. No cups in the room. Seems a though they could do simple things to make guest stay better. area safe and has lots of good restaurants.

My overall experience was OK. However, there are some basics that would enhance guest experience even though it's a 2-star establishment. E.g. an effort to clean the rooms and change the linen a bit more often and replacing the current key cards system with a more reliable one so one doesn't have to have their keys recoded each time they return to the hotel. As far as location goes places to eat are quite scarce, there is a McDonald's across the street but I'll pass. Parking is also an issue until after 7pm, be prepared to pay for parking until then. Clean room, decent service and situated directly above a gym. The noise is absolutely unbearable. Every couple minutes, you can literally feel someone dropping barbells below you. The noise might be better on the fourth floor, but the third floor has a nice walk-out terrace from your room.

Checking in and out was smooth. However, the room given to me was clearly old and not well maintained. The mirror, door lock, and door peephole were broken.

Hotel was rather expensive and they do not have an in-house diner. Rooms were clean and well furnished.

It is in a very good spot where there are buses right in front of the hotel and an array of restaurants to chose from.

The place it self is nice and so is the room, but the room service and staff could use a attitude adjustment from jerks to kind and peaceful or playful, they just don't act professional.

Stayed at this hotel years ago during a big trip. I was so scared as I was completely alone and it was my first time travelling from another country. They went above and beyond to reassure me and despite being a young lady on my own I felt so safe and taken care of. It'd probably be a very long review if I left all the info but I'd highly recommend this place for any first time travellers
