Was there 4or 5 days before someone decided to clean my rm I asked 3x and I was told it was not my day

The table lamps bulb was bad kept going out. The TV wouldnt work when we got to the room.

Room was just as expected clean and relaxing. Staff were very friendly n professional. We didn’t have breakfast. We just didn’t wanna pay extra for breakfast. I prefer it be included with room .

The location was perfect
I was in charlotte for the Hornets and Warrior game easy walk to and from the game
Plenty of restaurants and entertainment

Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect for us to walk around to anywhere we needed to go! We will definitely stay here for future trips

Great stay and comfortable room. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The dining staff were polite and friendly. I had a small issue with the sink but the staff were quick to respond and fixed the problem. Overall I had a great stay.

Very walkable distance to The Spectrum Center, which is why we were there. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. Enjoyed talking with Fernando at the bar. Flatbread pizza was awesome. Will stay there again when we visit Charlotte. Only downfall was coffee pot in room did not work.

We liked the ease of check in and how it was very clean. Multiple outlets are great! I think we had received this room in error - toilet constantly runs after flushing and outlet is missing a screw so the outlet box comes off the wall. And couldn't fix the blinds - it was bright all night and pillow were odd. Too flat or stiff, or I sick I to them. Beds were comfy and bathrooms well stocked.

Checkin had seven guests in line, one employee checking everyone in and took too long. The employee did a good job and was polite, but he did not have enough help. I was asked if I wanted “valet” parking for a charge of $35 per day. I responded yes. The standard understanding of valet parking is that someone parks your car. When I returned with my car key, I was told that you have to park your own car. Serious bait and switch situation here. Lots of nickel and diming at this hotel with no continental breakfast and maid service every other day. The latter issue should be included in the ******* informational details. The bar mixologist Gari Fields was excellent. He was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

There was no heat in the room. They staff only offered blankets. not to move rooms and they didn’t have heaters.

Loved this buffalo wild wings location. Quick and friendly service. My food was hot and my server filled my glass before I got to the bottom each time. Even the greeter was amazing and addressed us as soon as we entered the door.

It's right under the NASCAR hall of fame and next to the ice skating. Basically a regular buffalo wild wings. Servers were nice and beer was cold.

Food always comes out fast, hot and fresh! Caribbean Jerk and Teriyaki wings are my favorite. Their signature cocktails hit the spot. Servers are nice and welcoming. Great spot to grab some good food and drinks before a Hornets game that's a few blocks away or any other event Uptown.

I have to admit that I can be a difficult customer. So, I must give kudos when they are due. There was a 5 minute wait, the service was quick and personable; Abbie was engaging and maintained a great sense of humor; and I loved the wings because they prepared them just like I ordered them. LOL

Normally a nice restaurant. But not yesterday. The food taste was old. The French fries from the night before. The receptionist told me that the restaurant is fully booked. Smile 98 % was empty and I was alone. Smile. Normally I love NEW but not this one. Sorry guys bad job. The waiter was fine but the rest of the crew should take more care about guests and should not spend so much time for mailing and smoking
