This is simply the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I travel extensively and I hate this hotel. First, I could not get a working TV. Second, they have this pathetic little dining area with three tables and a buffet, which I assumed was included or for a price. Instead, you were supposed to sit there and wait for a table. Service were overpriced terrible food. There’s a parking garage that I was unable to use because they blocked it off for a party forcing me to find street parking. In all my years of traveling, I never felt that I needed to file a complaint about any hotel let alone contact their corporate office, which I plan to do.

Place is in a great spot with lots of walkable restaurants, bars, and grocery store in the same parking area. James at the front was very friendly and even asked which floor we would prefer. Pool is super small and was busy but we did get to enjoy when it got a little less busy. Salt water which is my preference. Towels were gone but I understand that they were busy. Would have been nice to have an extra towel in our room. We just had two and my partner and I just shared which doesn’t bother us but I’m sure some people would have issues with. Overall nice place for a reasonable price. Would stay again.

This hotel was amazing! We had 3 rooms plus and event at one of their ballrooms. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help us make this celebration beautiful and memorable. The food was delicious, the ballroom was beautiful with a huge balcony and the hotel rooms were spacious and clean and felt very modern. Linda, Gia, and Lisa are a huge asset to this hotel and their hospitality made us feel at home. The hotel location is great with walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Great service and great hotel!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte- Waverly turned out quite solid for the price I paid! I was welcomed to the property by Kat, who even sent a text to my personal phone to check in on me during my stay. Top tier guest service for sure. As for the hotel, this is a 7-story hotel property in a development district, within close walking distance to shopping and dining options like McDonald's, Bojangles, Chick Fil A, Whole Foods Market, and more. My room, a two-queen room, was well-maintained and I noticed no major flaws. The hotel was quiet despite being near a busy road, and is also in respectable new condition. My only complaint is mostly with the brand standards from Hilton Garden Inn- notably, the lack of a free breakfast. But that isn't this individual property's fault at all. Ultimately, I certainly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area.

This is one of the best hotels around. I love love the location. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Food, shopping and a place for the children to run and play! The staff is readily available. James is awesome!! If you you're looking for a place to stay for a day, week or the weekend check them out!

My family and I stayed at this location twice about 4 weeks apart between stays. The rooms are very clean! When I saw housekeeping scrubbing the couches in the lobby I knew cleanliness was definitely a standard for this hotel! Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating as well as the housekeeping staff. We will definitely be back!

Got here with a confirmed reservation for 4 people and two queen beds. I paid in advance for the room. I was told they had no room with two beds and would have to pay for a second room. Immediately double the price but at 12:15am after a 14hour drive, I just had to do it. I asked the manager to honor the reservation and give us the 2nd room complimentary but it was just, nope…take it or leave it. I’ve always loved Hilton and stay often but I’m over it. I will say that the rooms are nice though but we would have chosen a different place if we knew we couldn’t have the room we needed. Never again.

Clean, well-located, convenient hotel. This hotel is located within a shopping and entertainment area. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, apartments, and a Whole Foods store all in an area designed to be walkable and resemble a town square. I enjoy staying here when visiting family in the area due to the convenience of everything being right there. The hotel itself is modern and well designed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This hotel is phenomenal! The location cannot be beat! Easy on-site parking that is free. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping our room clean daily! I was able to walk everywhere. Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. I would recommend this to anyone! Will definitely stay here again!
