Very convenient location to major attractions and airport.

Very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly, the only downside was the parking. You can valet for $10 or $15. There is no immediate parking but you have access to a parking garage that you will have to walk a short distance to and from.

My room was spotless… My minions smelled very fresh… The shower was very clean and water pressurewas good as well. The staff was very attentive. The valet service was awesome. I like that I could call for my car from my room from the app and it be ready when I got downstairs. They were very helpful with removing or placing items in my car. They opened the door for me and everything. I will definitely be staying again.

It was a new hotel, so it was clean and the design was great. It was a little inconvenient because there was a separate parking lot, but other than that, the facility had a good atmosphere.

This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in during this business trip. It is recommended by guests. There is a coffee bar on the second floor where you can chat and discuss things. You can go to the restaurant on the top floor to drink at night. The surrounding facilities are complete, including restaurants and shopping mail opposite. It is not far from the airport.

This hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the service staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection is rich and delicious. The overall stay experience is very satisfactory, great value for money, and highly recommended.

Huge disappointment. First visit. Ambiance was beautiful, service great but food sub par. Ordered Coconut curry chicken one of my favorite dishes, no coconut, very little curry, and made with pesto. Probably will never venture there again, even for the cheesecake.

Awful service once again. I went in at 9:40 And didn't get my food until 10:13. It was slow and not busy at all. People who came in after me got their food and left. I only ordered tots and a piece of cheesecake. They were rude and acted like it was no big deal. Time is money. Apparently cheesecake factory needs to hire some better employees. This is the 3rd time it's been like this.

We went to eat here today for my birthday. It was one of the best times we had. I told our waiter “Blue” he made it even better. This guy was on the ball. He didn’t miss a beat. Love this place..

This was my first visit. I was very disappointed in my lunch. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes and tea. I took a bite of my sandwich and a large piece of chicken skin came out. I could not chew it so I had to remove it in the presence of my two guests. It was very embarrassing.
My server came over and I told him about it. My friend asked if we could get something off the bill. Adam, my server said he would ask the manager. He came back with a very small serving of chicken salad and told me he couldn’t adjust the bill any. I said ok. Then the manager came by to confirm that no adjustment could be made.
I also purchased 2 pieces of cheesecake. They look delicious! Perhaps you could advise the chef to pay a little more attention when making the chicken salad.

Went this afternoon to the Southpark location. 15 minutes wait which was not unreasonable and the people at the front were very friendly and courteous. And there is where it stops. The waiter ever smiled, nor made eye contact. I have his name if you would like to have a coaching session on what a excellent waiter looks like. He never made eye contact, was looking all around instead of taking care of the people in front of him. It was as if he thought he was doing us a favor. Everything took too long, the appetizer was excellent but the main meal was cold. It then took 20 minutes after we completed the meal before he came back. Asking two questions again not looking at us .... do you want cheesecake and will this be one check or two? Not a thank you when he.gave us the bill. Again another 20 minutes before he came back to pick it up. I work in retail and know that the only way to have customers return is by the relationship you build and the service that you provide. This experience failed on both levels.
