This hotel exceeded all expectations. The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, making the entire space feel elegant yet comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Dining at The Keep Restaurant was a true highlight; the food was exceptional in both quality and presentation. A wonderful stay from start to finish.

From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of amazing. Liz at the front desk was incredibly kind and exceeded all expectations for hospitality. Her customer service truly reflects the care taken in vetting the staff. Thank you, Liz.
As if that wasn’t enough, the outstanding breakfast staff sealed the experience. Demetria and Sonji were exceptional and so pleasant and full of light and character, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff greeted me warmly in passing and wished me a Happy New Year.
The level of care and professionalism across the entire team is truly something to be proud of. Thank you to everyone who made my stay and New Year so special. I hope this message reaches the right people so each of you receives the recognition you deserve.

The room was great, the staff was wonderful, the only issue was being able to hear everyone in the hallway from our room when trying to sleep.

The room was beautiful and clean. However, the bathroom particularly the toilet room was absolutely freezing. It was very cold outside but the main room was a perfect temperature. Still the bathroom was unbearably cold.

Friendly staff. Being a city hotel, there was a loud rumbling throughout the night. There would be one minute of silence and then it would start up again. Who knows what it was? That kept me from sleeping, but it was the only downside of the hotel and no doubt could not be avoided.

King suite not avail. Queen suite terribly dark. Staff said corner suite brighter but the “ corner “ was a brick wall behind curtains! Waited 2 hrs for a room change. Offered a lamp. Refused to allow me to speak to GM. Wouldn’t provide any discount on room charge either or comps, Marriott points only?!

Great for Events near the Palace Theatre
Unique Hotel. Close to Palace Theatre and Restaurant The Keep. Nice comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room and attentive help
The room was very clean. I did find a floor lamp that would not light near the closet that was needed to see well at that corner. I reported it and when zi returned the light bulb was replaced & the lamp worked well!
I’m happy to have the Keurig with coffee supplies available for wake up also!
